You can not get these people to call you back tried numerous times to get ahold of someone always the same woman answers the phone and says she will get them to call you back and they never do so I will contact anyone else that can install a garage door opener at this point I don’t care if it costs more money then GDS they sux

Called on a Monday morning to request replacement of existing garage door opener that was no longer functioning. Gordon was not able to accommodate me that day, however I was scheduled for the next day and was given the price of a new opener. The installer, James arrived before the scheduled time and within the hour I had a new unit installed with all of my “old” openers programmed to the new unit. Service at its best, quick and efficient.

Very professional. Gordon did an outstanding job with walking me through the process which included estimated costs. The appointment was scheduled but delayed. Jamie, the technician, called me prior to my appointment to let me know that there was an issue with the customers system ahead of me and that he would be running late and apologized for the delay. When Jamie arrived he was very professional and efficient. He tried to save the 20 year old motor but the 20 year old motor could not be saved, lol. Jamie installed the new system in about 45 - 50 minutes. Jamie is awesome!
