WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was promised a 2 week turnaround. 2 weeks turned into 8 months! The contractor would show up for a couple hours then not come back for weeks at a time.I was double charged for many items and even charged 3 different times for the kitchen sink installation.The contractor lied and said completed work and never actually did it, but I still received the bill. I told the company that this particular contractor was not allowed on my property anymore, but they still sent him back to complete the work he lied about doing. I EVEN CAUGHT HIM SMOKING A CIGARETTE INSIDE MY HOUSE!! Not on the porch, inside my house!They finally sent new contractors to finish the job. I asked for a quote to paint the house because I was curious what the cost would be. I used to work at Lowes so I was wondering if it would just be easier for me to do it using my discount or have them do it. They went ahead and painted the house without me giving the go-ahead. Fine. Its done so ill just pay that.When I received my final bill, their was a bill for almost $3,000 that said miscellaneous work. I did not approve this work nor could they even explain what this $3,000 of miscellaneous labor was!! They just demanded I had to pay for it.I paid my final bill, about $8k, but not the $3k of miscellaneous work they couldnt explain.( nor did I sign off on)I then received a text message from Greg who is the manager i believe, saying, EVERYONE HAS THEIR JUDGMENT DAY!Extremely unprofessional companyI hope this feedback prevents you from making the same mistake I made

They should be embarrassed by the work they did on my parents ceiling. I can only imagine the guy that came out saw an older couple, one having had a recent stroke, and figured he could do a terrible job, charge an arm and a leg and get away with it. I wish I could rate negative stars.

I had a simple hole that needed patched on the 2nd floor exterior of my house. I told them i needed it done reasonably quickly. After coming out and looking and then giving me a quote, nothing happened for 3 weeks. I was then told that they didnt have a ladder that could reach... its a 2 story house on a flat lot. The hole was just above the height of a window. Would not recommend. Just go ahead and throw those ValPak coupons away.

Called (spoke with a Joy) on Monday 6/7 for service, was told to expect a call that afternoon. Never happened. Called back on 6/9 to express my dissatisfaction about being lied to and the same creature hung up on me.So my review? Her name is undeserved; and this is not a reliable business.

I hired this company to complete a couple of post-closing improvements for my real estate clients that recently purchased a new home. Andy On-Call was courteous and upfront about pricing when I inquired about the services, they showed up promptly, sent friendly employees, and appear to have completed the tasks correctly. Definitely a good resource for home improvement projects that I can personally recommend.

I have used this service over the years but will NO longer be doing so going forward. In the end, my project was not entirely completed correctly so I shared my concerns with the owner (the one and only time he reached out to me) and I was told if I allowed the worker back in my home it would be completed as I requested. This did not happen!! My warning to anyone considering using Andy On Call is just be prepared because this company does not seem to follow through on their word.

I am not able to advise on their work because we never got that far. After making contact I was advised they would get in touch with me. They did and asked if they could come out in an hour I advised them I was not able because I was at work. Later on we did make an appointment for them to evaluate and give me a quote. They never showed or called. I called an hour and half later and was advised there was an emergency, ok. Left it that and ended having to call back. Second appointment it was the same no show or call. I went to where there location is supposed to be and never established they existed. I can only assume it is a shady service trying to prey on elderly. Use them at your risk

I recently listed my home in Travelers Rest and the home inspection yielded a rather large punch list. I called Andy on Call and they sent Allen to look at repairing my air conditioner, leaky faucets and wiring issues. He gave me a very fair quote on the work. He showed up as promised and finished right on time. Allen was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. As a single mom I felt very comfortable having Allen and his helper in my home. My realtor suggested that replacing my siding would get me a much better sales price, so I had Andy on Call quote on installing vinyl siding on my home. Their quote was much better than the other two quotes that I got. Once again, they showed up on time, completed on time and my house looks beautiful! I would recommend Andy on Call for any home repair or improvement projects.

We were very pleased with the work ethic of Allen and Bob. The end product made our house more inviting and improved its value from a 2 bed/1 bath to a 3 bed/ 2 bath of living space. Very professional workmanship makes it easy to say if we have any future projects Andy On Call will be our choice.

The staff is so helpful, respectful and professional. They have wonderful prices and quick service. Couldnt ask for anything better. I will never use anyone but Andy on call! Thank you all

They arrived as scheduled and were very professional. Having already explained our needed repairs to the telephone receptionist, who was very knowledgeable and polite, they knew exactly what was necessary to quote the job. They remodeled our mast bath and we are so pleased. Had them again to replace heat and air. Very satisfied and saved hundreds of dollars.

Unbelievable. Contacted Andy on Call for a quote on a simple ring door bell installation. Unreal quote of $300....installer stated that is what the going price is Unreal. Best Buy is $100...I feel totally blown away with such price gouging

We were not their priority. They came did a crappy job and took our money. These people are liars. Racist people. Treated us with no respect. They didnt do what we asked them to do, they continue to argue with us. Now we have to redo our house again spending more money.

I had them install a new/extra hvac vent in our great room. First guys came and worked in our attic and did a POOR job, plus I cannot prove it, but I think one of them took a small electronic device from my attic, along with a backpack and two travel mugs. they denied it, I cannot find it. I called main office and office manager helped me work thru the poor construction process. It was fixed but took second repairman 3 trips to finally fix it. Second repairman did a good job and was knowledgeable and courteous.I will NEVER call them again.

Andy on Call is my go to option for all of my home improvement needs. Over the past 12 years they have replaced my AC system, upgraded my screened in porch to a beautiful sunroom, installed a new front door, installed a tankless hot water heater, completed various paining projects, installed new lighting in my kitchen, repaired a broken water line and many other projects. Their pricing is always fair, they always show up and complete the project on time. I just call Andy for all of my home improvement and repair projects.

Had them do some work back in February. Have an issue that should be under their one year guarantee. Scheduling this follow up has been troublesome. First was told they would be out on Monday. Monday came and no show. Was told they told me Tuesday. Could.not do Tuesday as I had moved work commitments from Monday to Tuesday. Then told they would come out that Friday. No show again. Told they would be out two weeks from Friday, and another no show. Mind you I had to make contact to find out they were not coming.Be wary of using them - if something goes wrong later it seems they do not honor their work.
