Got the passenger rear tire replaced because of a screw, so we would have a safe drive to STL. On the way back, the driver rear tire ended up leaking and luckily didnt blow on us before we pulled over to put the spare on. There were multiple huge patches on the tire where tread was not only flat, but unraveling and frayed. I personally feel like its dangerous and unnecessary to allow a person to leave with their tire like that and never even mention it. The vehicle was obviously lifted where the rear tires were both visible to the technician. We had no idea the other tire was that bad at all. We knew it would need changed soon because we had replaced all 3 of the others within 6 months and we drive 2+ hours every day for work.

Was referred to Neal Tire Service by the mechanic at Taylorville Walmart. Needed a special key to remove locking lug nuts on my car. An employee, James. Was outside the Neal building working on a truck tire. When I drove up beside him he came to my car and immediately began helping me with my lug nut problem. He even got, Mike, the district manager to assist. This kind of service is very rare and deserves to be acknowledged. Would have purchased the tire needed, however they do not carry the brand o needed. Neals does a lot more than just tires. They are a full service shop. Put this business on your go to places for all of your automotive needs.

GREAT SERVICE

As a team members of a small business we always try to keep other business going. One of the owners of the small business I am part of, took his truck in last november for a quote on tires finally about to get the tires for this truck which we thought would have been about 400 bucks after receiving a call saying it would now cost 1200 bucks the owner of neils got very nasty when we questioned the price jump he gave us some run around about the quote was for car tires now why would a person give a quote for car tires on a big work truck. To top it all of this guy told my boss to come in and basically offered to throw down with him..... very unprofessional and shady will never do business with them again.... really wish larry would still be there at least he would have made things right and gotten better customer service
