After using this company for over 10 years, they refused to accept that there could’ve been a human error miscalculation for a few missing labels. Refused to do anything for me when I said I was missing some from the order. I’ll be going elsewhere, sadly.

Used to be good. Since theyve gotten Konnor Dudley their customer service has gone down hill. I had an issue with the proof when I contacted him he was rude, refused to listen to the issue and hung up on me.I HAD used them for 2 years. Because of Konnor I have found a new company who listens and when I have a question or issue fixes it and is VERY helpful and has wonderful customer service.I no longer use them and send several other vendors to my NEW company.Konnor, you need to learn customer relations and service. Because of YOU youve not only lost my business but several other vendors!
