I called this shop to make an appointment to get my car checked. I was told to arrive anytime after 7am. I arrived at 8:30am only to be told that I needed to return after 9am because that is when the mechanics arrive. I did not have an issue with that at all. Upon returning the person at the counter started bantering with me over the time issue. I just wanted my car to be checked. He was very unprofessional as there were customers in the area waiting to be seen as well. After all of the bantering a mechanic finally checked my vehicle and quoted me a ridiculous amount of money. I will never be returning back to this establishment.

Never ever again! They forgot to put back my cooling liquid reservoir after some minor diagnostics. I could have gotten stranded on a highway!!! or worse! Plus they charge TWICE on average of what other great mechanics ask. When I went there to get my reservoir back, they said to wait an hour or more. Put it back myself.

I dropped by at this dealer to have a used car checked out before Id purchase it from a local private owner. My experience was amazing. Not only did they check out the car completely, they also took the car out for a test drive and gave me their honest opinion. If I were to live closer to this area I would definitely use this car repair shop for my car. I can highly recommend it !!! I just sent them some chocolates..

I recently got a flat tire, the staff was really nice and accommodating (which was really nice because it was the day before Christmas Eve). I really needed to get home for the weekend and holiday. They changed my tire and I was back on the road the same day. Price was extremely fair especially considering the holiday, the time crunch and the speed with which they performed the task. And the staff is friendly and funny - I was really upset about the tire, so Jimmy, John and Vic really tried to keep me in good spirits!! I appreciate the exceptional customer service!! Most of their customers have been going there for decades, because once you find a treasure like Hios, you hold onto it. They held my car for 3 weeks told me it would cost 800 to fix when i asked for the breakdown and called back they lowered price to 300 then after i agreed to fix the car they held the car for 3 weeks the whole time telling me its taking so long so they can get the cheapest parts and give the best price then after three weeks of me waiting on the car they said it would be 800 to fix........
