I emailed this company for a better price. After receiving no response after several tries, I finally received a quote. This company gave me a quote on the wrong item numbers, not the ones I requested. I then called the company. I went through the item numbers with a gentleman from the company and he said it was corrected and I would receive a quote. I did, but two of the items now had the wrong quantity listed. I had to call again to get that corrected. The only reason why I ended up ordering from this company is because they offered the best price but if I could have gotten a price elsewhere close to this, I would have never ordered from them. Their customer service is absolutely horrible!! All they had to do was read my first email which listed all the items, their numbers, and the listed price. I did all the work for them and they still screwed it up twice. I asked for free shipping after all of this figuring they would make up for the horrible service. I didnt receive free shipping in the end. Not a way to do business.

Very poor system and service. Ordered online, then sent two emails to cancel. They sent the product and when I returned them they charged a 15% restock fee.

Good selection of products but very poor customer service... I have been waiting for over a year for Wong to return my call regarding one simple wall plate. After I talked with him three times I gave up. I placed another order and needed some info regarding the light fixtures. I talked with Justin three times and explained that I was still waiting for Wong to return my call. He committed to researching the issue and returning my call. I never heard from Justin. Then I called and left several messages for Minji whom I was told was the manager. I never heard from Minji.I finally talked with Jennifer who was supposed to be the store manager. After speaking with Jennifer, I realized Mr. Supply did not need my business so I arranged to return their product. Mr. Supply has a lot of good products but unfortunately they do not have employees that can follow-up...

Customer service was extremely helpful and efficient. Will definitely order from here again.I left 2 items out of my order, called the next day, they sent said items while waiving aditional shipping cost.Thats some real class right there.
