We loved our chairs from INMOD, just as pictured. When one small part was missing, we contacted their customer service. Erik took over, confirmed what part we needed, followed up with a tracking number and made sure we received the parts. It is so refreshing to deal with one person, who knows the situation, responds quickly and stays in touch. He was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and courteous. What more could one ask for, he truly defines what we all want in Customer Service. I would never hesitate to order from Inmod in the future.

Marchesa Bar Table/Peyton Bar StoolsReceived replacement Marchesa Table (1st one damaged in shipping) at no charge, along with pair of Peyton Bar Stools that we ordered. Both shipments arrived with boxes damaged but thankfully no damage to any of the pieces -we love all and excited to have in our media room! Thank you, Sara for all of your help!

Unpacking the boxes, we discovered that we had ordered the wrong color for seats on counter stools. We called customer service and were offered the chance to purchase replacement seats; the pandemic precludes companies from accepting returns. We bought the seats we should have ordered and are very happy. We recommend Inmod because their products are top drawer and their customer service is understanding and very helpful.

Erik’s customer service made all the difference in my challenging experience with InMod. He listened to my frustration and showed empathy, which made me feel like he cared. He followed up with several emails to ensure all was well with me as well as my order. When he found out that there was a problem with the delivery, he looked into it right away before calling me back to provide a resolve.
