My neighborhood was frequently receiving reports of theft and robbery. My parents live alone in the house while I go to the office. For their safety, I called United Auto Locksmith to replace my house locks with smart locks.

Technician did not complete the service that was paid for, then refused to fix the issue he created by making a faulty key. Customer service was no help, neither was management. They commit consumer fraud, the product you buy is not guaranteed. I highly recommend you avoid this place

I was told bi technical that the service will be 65 only to open the door, after show up and unlock the door charger me 120 cash no recip, when I complain the told me is ok give me $ 100, be aware they are like scammers, if you only need to unlock the car call the tow truck company better price and they paid taxes

He responded on the same day that called right promptly. He replaced all the locks and replaced one and all work better than ever. It is nice to be acquainted with such advance quality service for a very reasonable price still exists, if you need a dependable and high rated locksmith, look no more.

I can’t speak on behalf of the of all the services that are offered from this company. But in regards to being locked out of your car and needing a replacement key I would highly suggest going another route.Requested a replacement key service & received a call from the technician. The tech maintained a professional manner on the phone but had this miserable demeanor. After the call, I received a call from the main number/customer service & they advised that my tech was here. When checking outside, no one was around.Waited 30 mins and called the customer service line to check on the status and was advised that the technician just arrived and that I’ll receive a call from him.Didn’t receive any call and checked outside - no one was there again.When calling to cancel the request, that advised that yet again, my tech was almost at my house and for me to hold on. But just cancelled outright.

The technicians from the United Auto Locksmith were very knowledgeable and professional. They arrived at the scheduled time and quickly started working on my locks. Above all, they gave me some valuable tips on how to keep the locks maintained, and charged very reasonably. 5 stars!

I was locked out of my apartment house on a Saturday evening while doing important work. I instantly called this locksmith expert. Locksmith expert was capable to assist me and save the day! He was very supportive and proficient to open my door in a short time.

Locksmith came fast; I think it was within an hour of calling to repair my main door lock. It had gotten wedged because it was out of order. The technician gave me numerous alternatives for how to make it work and even gave me an indication of different brands of locks and which ones work the preeminent for the best money.

My office locks were out of dated and wanted to install innovative one. I was totally confused about locks and Locksmith took all responsibility for installation of every locks. They did an excellent job for me at reasonable cost.

After waiting 6 hours for a tech, he could not get the key right and I asked him to please have another tech come out and he got upset and I asked for my money back he began to scream and get disrespectful and he gave me my money back but took off with my glove compartment lock and I called the company and they hung up on me several times. After waiting all day for my key to be made now to have to deal with this nonsense and such unprofessional business owners is beyond me I filed a police report and trying to get in contact with an owner or someone because now I can’t get my key made without that lock and it’s so uncalled for to have someone steal my lock from me because he couldn’t do the job right! Worse business ever and worse experience in my life!

I made contact to get a lock repaired last week that had a key broken down in it. I got an approximation and the work done, along with three other locks I had wanted to modify, all before 50 minutes had passed from my call.

Worst service ever .Would not call to open a gym locker.
