This place has shown professionalism and care to my mother. She went in for an examination and were very courteous to her. She selected the type of hearing aid and put a down payment. Day later, she realized that she was not able to afford it and wanted to cancel her order. Albert understood but mentioned the product was shipped and the check was not cashed. They could have charged a cancellation fee but all that was needed to pay was for the $25 shipping. The process was painless and I like to thank Al and Scott for taking the time and care towards my mother.

My 5:00 PM appointment yesterday 3/8/2019 was very timely. John is always attentive, very nice person and always makes my appointment done on time . I highly recommend this place. Thank you John ! Keep up a good job!
