This place it so cool too of the art of equipment. They have been great to work with, for sure will do my next even there.

Called in September to try to speak with someone about having a baby shower their. Never got a call back then I decided to text on google got a response but once I said I was interested that was October the 14th. I never got a response.. I honestly feel that this is so unprofessional… If you are closed to the public why not say that why waste people time smh… Definitely will never contact or refer people to call this place..

Yuval( owner) is a complete mensch.He overlooked our daughters bat mitzvah from start to finish. The event was remarkable and memorable. His staff is top notch and so are his amenities. We have interviewed multiple event spaces, and signed up with Yuval on the spot as he made us feel confident and comfortable with his offer. We are extremely happy with our choice!

I call many times to book this venue, nobody ever calls back. Not away to run a business. Extremely disappointed best spend my money somewhere else who are better at dealing with people.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. We had our companies holiday party here in December. The owner was awesome and super helpful. Place was great and the staff that the location provided were amazing. We cannot wait to have our next party here. Thanks again for all your help!

Attended a New Years Eve party with my family and had the best experience. The venue is beautiful, the parking in the back was very convenient, the projector was used to post pictures and videos and the lit up dance floor was a hit! Would recommend this space to anyone interested in hosting their event here.

The Avenue Event Space is an ideal space for any occasion. The price structure is ABSOLUTELY reasonable for its offerings. They (staff) were easy to work with, making my booking and event hassle free and straight forward. The owner was AMAZING with such a great heart!!! The ambiance (lighting, dance floor, LED Bar/Lounge area) are great, especially for the price. The sound system is more than sufficient, even though I decided on booking my own DJ with his sound equipment. Even with providing my own catering, I saved thousands of dollars on having my nieces Sweet 16 at the Avenue Event Space. Several years back, I spent 2 times that amount for my daughters Sweet 16 at another location. If you are looking for a GREAT space for a reasonable cost, the Avenue Event Space is the spot!!!!!

The venue was great. This was the first time working with this hall. The owner and me made agreements and did not have any issues. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will be looking forward to doing more events with them.

We recently made a Moroccan Henna party at the Avenue last week for our daughter. It was a fantastic experience from booking through the party! We couldnt be happier with the service, commitment, and overall dedication of the management at this space, and all at a very affordable rate. I had a masquerade ball @ this place on February 13, 2015.Avenue event space is a great spot. Very versatile for many different kinds of events. But what makes this place even greater is the team. The owner was very accommodating and Fabian and Mr. C. were truly a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. All of my guests raved about the venue and the staff. I will be using Avenue Event Space in the future and would highly recommend it to all. This establishment is definitely an asset to the community and has limitless potential.

We celebrated my daughter’s bat mitzvah last night at The Avenue.Three words.AMAZING. AFFORDABLE. UNFORGETTABLE.We had about 107 people. Mostly kids and family. The Avenue is a turn key operational event space that makes every party special. From the moment the kids arrived until they went home they were entertained on and off the dance floor. The music was great. The food was great. The staff was great. The owner, Yuval, worked with me to stay within my budget while even giving me many extras you could not get anywhere else for the price he gave me. My daughter came to me not even half way through the party and said how happy she was.A big thank you to Yuval and his and entire staff for making my daughter, my family, her friends and most importantly...myself...very happy!!!

I spoke with the owner to get a quote and when I let them know that what they were asking for wasnt in my price range he was very nasty asked (his exact words) Why would I contact an event venue for that rate? How very unprofessional. There was no agreement I completely crossed them off the list. He was asking for $1,600 for a 3-4 hour daytime event of 50 to 60 people where I would be providing my own decorations food and DJ. That may be common for most events venues of people who have crowds of 100 + but I did not. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never contact them in the future do to their unprofessionalism.Look at their response and you can see the attitude that they have. I only hung up on them after they tried to call me back a few days later after being very rude and disrespectful. You need to learn how to speak to people.I said that I did not need a dance floor, LED Lights, a, DJ, food or anything of the kind. I have my own tables and chairs. I told you all that I needed was a space. Im not going to spend 3k for a venue for 3-4 hours thats totally unheard of in this area. It should last at least 6 hours for that rate. All I needed was an empty venue for 3-4 hours for a very small crowd. Im not having hundreds of guest, 50 people maximum you fool.Lying about the matter makes you look incoherent. It does not clean up the mess at all. your disgusting and i would NEVER consider this venue even if it was a large event. Other reviews have already said the inside is DIRTY so I can only imagine.I spoke with the owner the entire time. It was the same person. they are lying in this response. Maybe you should try to be more professional. I will tell all my friends and family members just how horrible you actually are and why you are a horrible VENUE.

Excellent location, easy access to both highways and buses. This place is absolutely beautiful inside with LED lighting everywhere. Ask for Yuval, he will make sure your event is spectacular! He is very accommodating and easy to work with. Book the space, you wont be sorry.

I rented this space for my husbands 30th birthday party. From start to finish, working with Yuval was an amazing experience. He was available to answer all my questions and concerns. He took care of booking the DJ and bar tender for me. After explaining what I needed, the room was set up exactly how I wanted. His team was available to help before, during and after the party with what ever I needed. I highly recommend Avenue Event space for any party or event!!!!!!

We hosted our daughters bat mitzvah party there this weekend. It was fabulous! The DJ was awesome, the dance motivator had the kids dancing all night long. The wait staff was extremely professional going above and beyond. We chose the package option to have the food from Sabbaba-it was delicious and abundant!!! All for a reasonable price.Yuval was able to help us get a few extra details like a photo booth and a special dessert for the kids. He was always attentive, helpful and we hope to have another reason to party there again.

Save yourself, money, time and embarrassment. Dont EVER book an event there. Recently attended a Bat Mitzvah there and the place was filthy, run down, smelled like spray paint. The bathrooms werent ever cleaned in 4 hours with having 70+ kids there. They put out about 50 dinner paper napkins for hand towels. The hand soap dispensers still had the price tags on them, probably from the Dollar Store. Really???The exterior of both the front and back of the facility were disgusting. The hostess mentioned to me how disappointed she was with the facility, experience and ownership. Equipment not working and not available as contracted.the poor BM girl was so disappointed.You have been warned.....

We had a Bar Mizva and decided to use the Event Space for both the davening and the meal thereafter. The owner helped us all the way: to plan, to organize. He was there during the event — in addition to his employee — and helped us turn the space into a mini shul and thereafter turn it back to an event space. Very special experience for our Bar Mizva boy, we are very happy that we ended up doing the Bar Mizva in this format in this space. Highly recommended.

It is indeed the best place to have a family get together. My wifes surprise birthday party was a huge success... thanks to the help of Yuval, Fabian and Mr. C. Reasonable and just a wonderful ambiance......no other place comes close....love the guys and looking forward to having many more events here

Really cool event space, lights for any occasion.Windows and doors are blacked out and sign looks faded so it looks like it’s not in business but makes it very private.

I have used Avenue Event Space several times, and every time theyve been extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They have very efficient staff and the price for the venue is a great deal for the size of space. I will continue to work with them in the future!

Let me just say that the outside of this building looks sketchy--VERY sketchy. It looks like an abandoned warehouse where someone would be trapped in a superhero TV show. The windows and doors are dark so at first glance it looks kind of ominous and dead. This, and the fact that it was a bit tricky for me to find parking, is the reason I took off a star.However, the inside is very nice! Decent sound system, space for various activities. I didnt meet any of the owners or employees so I have nothing to say there, but the interior looks very festive and fun for all ages.If you host your event here make sure to assuage your guests fears in advance: its actually pretty nice, dont be alarmed by the outside.

I planned my sister babyshower at Avenue event space. Not only was the place gorgeous without a small touch of decor but it was very spacious. The babyshower came out beautiful, all the guest were impressed with the place. The tables and chairs are beautiful and do not need much work. The dance floor is perfect for dancing or party games!! The bar area is an a nice spot right infront of the dance floor. There are tables for food placement. The employees were helpful, nice, responsible and very attentive to our needs. Even after the event they helped us, we forgot a usb that was used to have pictures shown on the big beautiful screen they found the usb and we picked it up.Thank you Avenue Event Space for making this babyshower perfect. The babyshower mom to be was extremely pleased and happy. All the photos came out beautiful.

I recently had my son’s bar mitzvah at the Avenue Event Space in Teaneck. I strongly recommend this event space to anyone looking to throw any kind of party. The owner, Yuval was so wonderful to work with. Multiple times he went out of his way to help me with the planning. The actual event space is beautifully decorated. The set up was perfect for my friends and family. Everybody had a fabulous time and the party ran perfectly. Yuval stayed the entire time to make sure that all of the details went well, including when my photographer was unable to show up due to a personal emergency. Yuval took out his camera and photographed the entire party himself. I would definitely throw another party at the Avenue! I highly recommend it for any kind of party in Teaneck!

This venue is a bit pricey but very cozy. Parking can be a little troublesome but nothing like NY.

Wow! Is the first thing that comes to mind.This had to be the most amazing kids Bar Mitzvah celebration.The kids had a ball. The staff kept everything so orderly.The food was plentiful as well as delicious. There was seating for everyone, with extra.One of the details that amazed me, was that everything was included. Not only the tables and chairs, lounges and ottomans, but the amazing light effects, the DJ, The photography and sound system.I left that evening with two discs of professional pictures, that will be cherished for years to come, and we were able to enjoy and not think about taking our own pictures all evening.My Son thinks the above is too wordy, and said Mom, just two words...TOTALLY AWSOMEThe Jaffe Family thanks Yuval and his staff for a wonderful experience!!
