We have always been happy with our purchases here: snow blower, fridge, washer. Now we need a new countertop microwave and prefer brands like Whirlpool or Kenmore, which I grew up with. However, searching the website, not a single microwave I chose to view is available in Sears Hometown Tehachapi. Perhaps an issue with the webmaster? Inventory not updated? Being able to shop online then run down and pick one up is always preferable to waiting for delivery and the possibility of damage. And Walmart does not have the quality that can be relied on. Update/response to owner: we were looking for a countertop appliance, NOT over the range.

The best customer service around....if you need appliances....Dan will bet anyones price. Family has been going to him for the last 15+ years. His dedication to his business, his family, his employees and long list of term clients speaks volumes of his business ethics and integrity.

I went in yesterday Thursday Oct 22nd. To look for a gas range. There was a older lady working it was around 11 am. We wore our mask in but she didnt have one on.... at all! A little disappointed about that. All the businesses here seem to follow those guidelines. Why didnt she have one on? We want to feel a little safer when we walk into a buisness!! Wont be going back if I dont feel safe.

The owner was very knowledgeable and kind.. We will be revisiting that store.

Walked in talked with the guy about a a dishwasher bought the dishwasher I wanted, and he didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need.

Was having problems with a washer i purchased and i didnt have the receipt but the staff helped us get everything straightened out and another copy and had the place that repairs them call us the same day thats why we love shoping local.. very pleased with the customer service

We ordered something from Sears. To be picked up at the store. The lady said she had no one to help load the item & to pls come back later. I came back at 5 ish. This time it was a nan. He said he couldnt help bc it was heavy. Argggg! So he made an appointment for my husband to be there the next day (today). Promised there would be help. My husband was there, but they once again claimed they couldnt help----. Good grief----. Very disappointing.
