If I could give ZERO stars I would. I had the displeasure of having to deal with an employee named Rori. She was very unprofessional. She was very unknowledgeable about Riteaid and its policies. She was never at the register when there was a line of people to check out. She was too busy on her phone. She was also not interested in my concerns and showed she had no knowledge about any products at rite aid and didn’t even try helping to address my questions or concerns. If I have to I’ll go somewhere else to get good customer service because Riteaid chooses to hire teenagers who put priority over texting than helping customers.I will be taking my business elsewhere rather than deal with rude “customer service”.

The store hours havent changed and all the employees are helpful, cheery and knowledgeable. I just miss the ice cream that they have closed because of Carona virus. But I know they will open it back soon.

Pharmacist was really upsetting me, I called to have a prescription transferred and the pharmacist told me on the phone ok, you’ll have to have Walgreens call us to have that done. Next thing you know I tell Walgreens Nevermind I won’t have it transferred over. I’ll go there and get it and then when I get back to rite aid the lady told me she transferred it over WITHOUT TELLING ME THE FIRST TIME ON THE PHONE. They were not helpful in fixing the situation and she was rude. ILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS EVER.

These people have absolutely no clue of what they’re doing. They are completely rude they have no consideration for anybody’s feelings. On top of that I and other people I know have had our prescription shorted and then been told that we were the ones at fault.

This store sucks. The staff are rude take forever to fill your prescription. I have called in to see if prescription is ready for pickup was put on hold for 25 minutes. Another time I was on hold for so long I drove into store from bear valley and was still on hold when I got there. Had a prescription that multiple pills where broke in half not one or two pills but a bunch. What are they doing stealing half pills.

The store manager of this store is so rude! Long black hair. She is always walking around with an attitude and God forbid you have to ask her something or need a price check because they dont price their items she acts so bothered by it. Ive seen her be so rude to her employees Id hate to work for her.

They have stolen benzodiazepines and pain meds from me. They treat their customers like complete garbage. Their attitudes are like the paying customers are simply annoying them if asked even the SIMPLEST question. I will never go back. These people shouldn’t be allowed to work in any store.

This place is bunk. My doctor accidentally oredered a wrong size capsule for the dosage I needed for my medication. When I saw the mistake, I never picked it up. My doctor then called them to order the correct dosage for me.They called me and told me that I had to wait a month because I had just picked it up and it was too early to get more.First off, I had never picked up the smaller dosage. Second off, even if I had picked it up, my doctor changed the dosage which required larger capsules. There is no reason for them to fight me on this.I got it sent over to Walgreens and had no issues at all. Walgreens might not be perfect but at least they are intelligent enough to understand such a basic thing.

If I could give negative Stars I would this Rite Aid Pharmacy is horrible. I get a call that my medicine is ready I go down there an hour later to pick it up and they have nothing ready that is the third time that has happened told I have to wait an hour before my medicine is ready whats the point of the phone call girl working the counter has a bad attitude always does same girl changing all of my meds to Walgreens this place is a joke

The staff is friendly and helpful. The downside is the prescriptions take really long.

Could tell that the pharmacist was bothered to help me. I was ignored for at least 10 min. Will take my business to walgreens.
