Very pleased with the service I received today at JiffyLube in Tehachapi! I called ahead of time to make sure it wouldn’t take up all of my Saturday for an oil change. The guy on the phone said it would be quick and typically takes 15-20 minutes… surprisingly enough, I was able to pull right in to the service lane and immediately begin service to my vehicle.Even more, the tech noticed that my PCV valve on my Jeep was destroyed and spewing oil everywhere. To my surprise, he offered to put in a new valve for me if it was available at the neighboring auto parts store. Must be my lucky day because there was one available and is now being installed. These guys didn’t even know I have a long drive planned tomorrow… the technicians could have just saved me a lot of grief!Highly recommend and I will be taking my vehicles here moving forwad.

They did the 60,000 mile major service on my SUBARU Outback. The entire crew were super friendly, courteous, focused, knowledgeable and professional. Great experience at this location today.

Quick and professional service. Got the vehicle in and inspected, new air cleaner, synthetic oil (manufacturer recommended) and then back on the road. The staff was professional and assisting the entire time. Would recommend.

So the dude that approached me was a little rude. When I arrived they just pulled my car in and went straight to it so both my girl and i went across the street to get some necessities and came right back so instead of keeping it professional he was bitchin about where were we that he didnt know what job I needed but after that it was quick and was told that I have an excessive oil and or transmission leak. And all of the employees agreed so I went to get it checked out and nothing. All good. And to top it off it was 54 bucks for the cheapest non synthetic oil job. My have things changed. Anyways right after that I began to have battery problems but Ill assume they had nothing to do with it. Either way thanks kids.

Every time I drive into the Jiffy Lube in Tehachapi, I am always impressed at their professionalism, great communication skills, very helpful in answering questions, and not feeling like they are trying to sell you extra services, but leaving it up to you after explaining.

Even though on my air filter there is a K&N sticker that says “do not discard” these dimwits not only discarded it but replaced it with a cheap paper thing. So disappointed.

They saved me a ton of time on things I was going to do myself!... Jiffy Lube has come a long way from just a fast oil change. Stopped in today while traveling and asked if they could service my transfer case on my Chevy, diesel dually. The manager was great. They said no problem and gave a price that was 1/2 of what the dealer wanted. As they worked they mentioned a few other things they could do... clean my K&N filter, change my fuel filter, etc. They were not pushy telling me I had to do it... Just let me know they offered that service. Very professional. I had them do it all...! They saved me a ton of time on things I was going to do myself, and I had no idea they could even do most of this. Super happy! 6 Stars!

If you are in Tehachapi you have to go to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Ive been a jiffy Lube customer since the 90s and this is at the top of my list. There was absolutely no waiting on a weekday afternoon. I sat in my car while 2 friendly technicians seviced the car. Extremely clean shop and uniforms. They were done in 10 minutes including replacement of windshield wipers. I chatted with them and they even recommended nearby restaurants to me to have lunch. It doesnt get any better than this.

We have been to this location quite a few times. Mostly oil changes, tire repair, new tires, etc. Polite and attentive staff. Our only negative experience was the oil stain on the new driveway that was a result of a loose oil pan plug after our last oil change on one of our cars. As long as something like that doesnt happen again, we will keep going to this location.

They are very welcoming and make you feel like your home

I went here a few months back for a quick oil change as I was short on free time to do it myself. I asked them please do not tighten the oil filter canister too much so that I can take it off on the next change After a few hours, smash knuckles, and broken tools I can confidently say they maliciously over tightened it.

Expensive. Told me a light was out and later said it wasnt out? In the bill comments it says Leaking excessively upon arrival ? i wasnt told about this and leaking from where? $50 for oil change no thanks

Back in May I had driven my car into town and was having brake trouble. I took it in the next morning which was a Saturday during the Memorial Day weekend, when no other mechanic shops were open. They were really accommodating. Unfortunately they couldnt source the parts I needed for my odd sized drum brakes, but they did clean them up and inspect them for me. I needed to continue on my way so they made some adjustments and added brake fluid because I was really low. They explained that I could make it to my destination safely, as my brakes were, but showed me the source of the problem so I could get it fixed once home.After spending about 30 mins checking all four brakes and cleaning them up, adjusting, etc., they tested the brakes around the parking lot and then handed me my keys and thanked me for stopping by. They didnt charge me anything for the time spent or the fluids used. I even offered to pay something, but they insisted I was good. They seemed like some stand up guys.

Nice and fast!

I called to see if they could change my fuel filter in my van and if they had the filter in stock. They said yes. Detoured to get there. After a 20-30 minute wait they could not locate the filter in the shop or at a couple nearby supply stores. Needed an oil change as well but at that point I decided to bag the whole service.

The staff at jiffy lube is very professional. For anyone to put a bad image on these extremely hard working guys is not dignified by a computer error nor by the actions of the company its self. To take it as far as a community disgrace is ignorant. These guys strive to consistently go above and beyond for customers.

They mixed my fluids put coolant in my power stearing and power stearing fluid in my coolant on a 335i bmw . they told me they checked everything and everything was fine head lights no leaks ect knowing my reverse light my diver side fog and headlight are out and it says so on the screen of the car.. Then asked if they do tune ups on such cars and said we do but we recommend you take it to BMW they get the job done right WTH??

WARNING! If you are going to do business with these people, be very careful how you pay them. On December 31, 2013, I paid them $69.01 with a check. They not only cashed the check, they also ran an ACH (electronic transfer) of my check, In other words, they double billed me, I called them and they assured me they would send a refund check. Long story short, they never did. I had to go to my bank to get the ACH debit reversed. Adding insult to injury, today I found out that Jiffy lube filed a claim with TeleCheck for supposedly my having put a stop payment on the check, which they cashed! They not only charged me twice, now they want to charge me a 3rd time. Im 73 and angry at the thought that such people are operating in our community.
