Do not waste you time and money, they do not provide follow up support at all..Go to Home depot or anywhere else.Also, dont pay until you are completely satisfied.Stay away.

Easy business, straight forward. I made a 10:00 appointment and then had to change to a much earlier time to avoid sprinklers. Guys showed up at the clock tick of 8:30 and were quick and efficient but did a very nice installation. I was meant to go pay that afternoon but had something come up and I quite literally forgot to stop by and pay them. I called them apologetically and they said no problem well see you tomorrow. I guarantee that wouldnt fly at Home Depot. I grew up in this small town and moved away to the big city and it was pretty refreshing to see small town business trust is still playing out.Why go to a box store when you can support a local business that gives you the same (or better) value and definitely more personalized treatment?

Great people who really help their customers. They service all your carpet needs. I never knew so much could be done to save carpet (cleaning, repairs, and streaching). Plus its affordable.

We really appreciate these people. We were getting ready then move into our new house, had carpet cleaned, etc. After carpet cleaning, some of the carpet came up, so we had to get someone in here quickly before we moved in and stretch the carpet. I thought for sure we werent going to find anyone, because we were moving in the next day. My realtor suggest Moses, gave me his number and he sent 2 guys over the next morning and got it taken care of, hours before we moved in. Moses just gained another customer, this was a life saver. And they didnt charge us anything extra. I felt guilty and gave them move money, just to show them our appreciation. Thanks Moses!

Tile looked great at first.....then the edging started to pull away from the wall...called to let them know since it was guaranteed ...told me they would take care of it...never called me back...Ill go to home depot next time.
