I love this place! So clean and cute! The coffee is very good too. A great to place to chill or do your own stuff. Service is friendly as well.

Nice place with a decent selection. I thought I found my new coffee place that supports military/veterans/first responders.Came in for the first time on Saturday Sept 11 and was given the 10% (with valid ID of course) so I was excited to try something else from here. Came back on Sept 15 before work and was told they dont give the discount anymore. All the batista said was it changes so fast.If you dont care for the military/first responders, you wont care about this review. This is just my personal opinion/experience.

Will definitely be contacting the manager/owner after this review. Extremely disgusted by the whole visit. It was our 1st time trying this place since moving here. When a barista has to ASK what a quad shot is, there is already a problem. Forgot multiple things on my order. Overfilled the drink and I burned my hand in front of barista who didn’t even ask if I needed ice after. Completely forgot one drink and when I asked where it was he argued with me saying I needed to pay for it because it “wasn’t on the ticket”. Not my fault the order was taken wrong. For a $30 order that I generously tipped, wrong customer service choice. Not to mention the coffees all tasted watered down and coffees leaking, lids falling off, and cheap sleeves that were falling off when we got to car. One barista yelled loudly after everything in a smart Alec tone, “have a beautiful day!!” When we left. Will not be coming here again. Period. 😡😡

Used to be my favorite place to get my favorite pastry, almond croissant. Stopped by 2 weeks ago and got one. It was filled with plenty of almond cream as opposed to almond marzipan (which is more traditional) but still delicious. Went back 4 different time around 10am this last week and they were sold out each time. Called ahead today and got one. It was terrible! I brought it back and said there is absolutely no almond cream in this! They were very reluctant to replace it and one girl said something about almond syrup. So you are replacing almond cream with almond syrup? There was hardly any almond flavor to my croissant. $4.00 for an almond croissant that doesnt taste like an almond croissant? I wont be returning.

This is a really cool coffee shop. The staff is super friendly and they have a delicious selection of pastries. I got the house coffee and it was perfect!! My wife got the dirty chai and the Açaí breakfast bowl and loved both!! We’re excited to go back!

Definitely won’t be back to this place. First of all none of the employees were wearing masks or gloves. I ordered an açaí bowl and one of the girls had her hair down and kept touching her hair and proceeded to make the açaí bowl without washing her hands. If employees are handling food they should be wearing gloves at a minimum. Also it was the world’s smallest açaí bowl and cost $9.50. My fiancé said the coffee is very bitter too.

This place can so easily be anyones new hangout spot. The decor is humble and serene. The coffee is delicious, simple and easy menu, and the best part is the space to sit and chat.Its as if the owners wanted nothing more than to create a space for people to get together and actually catch up.

Cold brew is on par with most places, has a deep rich taste to it, would recommend the large as its 20 oz.The breakfast bowl takes the cake, definitely order that, its $9.50, but tastes amazing. Nice little location, good alternative from Starbucks.

Coffee is SO good! I love the specialty drinks, especially the white chocolate mocha. The croissants are delicious and handmade. They also have hot breakfast and an açaí bar. WiFi and comfy seating inside, too!

So this place has ‘regulars’ who get to cut in line. I’ve been going for the past few days, but I’m over it. Bad service isn’t worth it. Do yourself a favor and hit the Italian spot for great coffee in Old Town.

Ordered a 16 oz dark roast latte, waited 25 mins inside the store and received a 12 oz and was told that was what I ordered. Didn’t feel like arguing, and just walked out. First time here, I figured I’d give it a chance, not coming back.

Place is too notch, simple menu, no complicated ordering style, and friendly staff. Service is fast and kind, while you wait each table has suggested questions to ask your date and puzzles to solve!

This place is truly amazing! The atmosphere is peaceful and serene, the staff is helpful and friendly and the drinks and food are delicious! My children and I come often and we all have different things that are our favorites. Cannot go wrong here!

I love the stylish simplicity with some of the best coffee I have ever enjoyed. It doesnt bother me that theres no WIFI which actually encourages us to enjoy a conversation - love it! EAST is my new favorite place.

I went to have coffee this morning and get about an hour of work done while I waited for my next appointment. This place has no WiFi.I prefer to not go to Starbucks but it seems I will not be able to hang out at this coffee shop ever again. It is the perfect location for me after dropping kids off but if I cant get any work done I have to go elsewhere

The coffee is delicious, the establishment is quaint and comfortable, and the pastries are fluffy and light. I recommend it for couples or to just have a quick snack with coffee and internet. Even the house brew coffee is exceptional.

Clean and office setting to set up your PC and get some work done. Friendly staff with easy food and good coffee. Can not go wrong with East Coffee

They have good food and drinks with fast service and all in all it was relatively cheap. A plus side is that they werent sure what our order was so they came to ask about who wanted cream in their drink and who didnt

Coffee is good but atmosphere is held back by tailoring primarily to Christians. I prefer to feel comfortable in coffee shops... not preached to.

One of the reviews said East Coffee has coffee and God. Im not sure about the God, but I agree about the coffee. I also saw tea, a sandwich press, an empty pastry case, a no WiFi sign, and lots of children (pre-teens and teenagers). I felt like I walked on to a children only playground. Every adult that entered the cafe quickly left. My partner and I followed aft. It seemed like a good place for the Christian locals to drop off their like minded offspring. Kids need a positive place to hangout (very strong youth group vibe). My only suggestion would be to actually offer food for paying customers. There were very few food options. A simple menu doesnt mean simply out of food.
