Great communication and fast!

Contacted them early and spoke with Sandra. I informed her that I needed some posters made same day. She said it wouldnt be a problem and that I had to email the documents I needed printed. I then spent the next 5 hours emailing back and forth with them. Needless to say, I wasnt able to pick them up same day. When I spoke with Minesh, who said he was the owner, he became dismissive and had a very cavalier attitude. It actually wound being a good thing because Office Depot was able to get them to me first thing in the morning at half the cost. I would not recommend these guys.

I was highly impressed by the team performance, from the art people that were able to replicate the decals with just a few pictures and the installation team that was able to react to a last minute changes, I’m highly satisfied with their professionalism and results.

I work regularly with the team at Signarama and not only are they thorough, but they were very patient with the many changes and adjustments we had to make! Minesh and the design team are very helpful and let us know when there might be an issue with the artwork based on measurements that they get before hand, so it makes it easy for everyone come installation day. This place is hands down the best. I ordered vynil on line because I didnt have time to go shop for it. Of course it came in the wrong dimensions lol. So this morning I went from shop to shop to get in made correctly in time for my inspection. This was the only sign company who could do it same day and saved my butt. So grateful for this amazing team who stepped up and went above and beyond for a small startup business like mine!!!

Signarama is my go to supplier for all of my projects. I know I can depend on their attention to detail and quick turnaround to help me provide the best quality and customer service to my clients.

I went in to meet the owner a little while back to do some business. They kept me waiting 45 minutes and then when the owner finally did come out, he was really rude and short. I mean maybe he didnt have time to meet so he should have rescheduled something instead of making me wait 45 minutes. It seems like all that the owner cares about is himself. In short, I never called to reschedule. I live nearby and I will never attempt to do business with this company again.

We have been customers of Signarama for years. Anytime we need something it is always ready very fast with good attention to detail.

So I took my 1 week old vehicle down to get a couple parts wrapped on it. I was quoted $350, and told it would not be a problem to wrap the parts. I brought it down 3 days later and dropped it off at 830am to get them done. (I was told it would be an all day job) when I returned at 430pm I found chunks of vinyl pealing, large pieces missing inbetween, and worst of all scratches on my brand new hood. The installer promptly rebuttaled that he did not scratch it, but then offers to just charge me for materials (@ $150). Eventually coming to the point where he tells me I didnt have to pay anything for it and well just chalk it up as a wash. So I gotta ask, is it worth paying high dollar just to get your vehicle messed up and settle with crap, or take it elsewhere.. buyer beware.
