The staff changesconstantly. Some of the new staff has no clue about the product.. new guy Chris is educated and a sweet heart constant missing products.. products that fo on sale they cant get in..

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. Mikayla - the manager and Ariana were both completely disrespectful. If I could give 0 stars I would. They told me not come in because of the social distancing which is completely understandable but when I came in the told me 4 times before that I needed to hurry and shop because they were closing. Keep in mind they hadn’t even hit closing time yet. If you are limiting the number of people in the store (which is smart with corona) you need to be accommodating and not rush customers out of your store before closing. Let me tell you they definitely lost some money because after I was treated this way I did not buy what I had planned to.

I wanted to return a cape I bought 40 minutes prior. Associate behind the counter due the spread of Covid, we cant at this time accept your return mean while the customer ahead of me is purchasing and entered without a mask. Contradicting dont you think?

Every interaction I’ve had with the girl with the blonde hair was good and she has amazing customer service skills... girl with the red hair not so much and very rude sometimes. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars.

The service at this location used to be spectacular but lately I hate coming to this location. They never have anything in stock and when you ask the associate becomes condescending and just obnoxious. God forbid you ask about sale items. I will personally skip this location from now on. The guys and gals from the Ray location are always extremely helpful and friendly

Even with everything shut down, I called placed my order and Mikyla was super helpful and nice. She had everything ready to go when I came to pick it up. A few things out of stock, but not the end of the world.

Incredibly rude staff. The woman with the short orange/red hair should be fired. Actually looking into it as well because she has a lot of negative reviews...clearly she’s an issue. I overheard them whispering about me like they were teenage girls. I will go out of my way to avoid this location, it’s sad because they’re so close to my house. Do not go here unless you want a negative experience
