Good place for a quick dog. I had the 4 peaks beer brat with horseradish and sauerkraut. Tasty, cheap, and fast. Thirsty Dog 2 Go hits all three.

I don’t often eat hot dogs. Maybe 4x a year. Typically at a ball game.I popped in out of curiosity after meeting some friends on Mill Ave and asked for a recommendation. The guy working was cool and told me to start with the Fat Dog. I just did the basics, relish and mustard.It was the best hot dog I’ve ever had. Seriously. It was AWESOME!

Absolutely the best convenient store X restaurant in tempe. They have literally everything you could think of at a low price. Their hotdogs slap too. And they have a tv with sports on just incase you get bored. Cannot think of a better convenience store/restaurant

I placed an order for 2 hotdogs with sauerkraut and ketchup, a warm pretzel and a 2liter of Coke... the hotdogs were overcooked, the pretzel never got delivered and instead of a 2liter of coke...I got a 2liter of Diet Coke...its supposed to be a hot dog spot...so, what happened? I emailed the restaurant...still havent received a response...

Best Hotdogs in the ₩orld, Bar None. Also Amongst the Best Stocked Convenience Stores of All Time. So Many Awesome Flavors of Ice Tea, Even Flavored Yerba Mates, Blueberry, Raspberry and Mint. I like this place so much that I went home just to write a positive review about it! Usually only do this when Ive got something to complain about. But Thirsty Dog is really good, cheap, and the managers are always very friendly.Im a former Chicagoan so that qualifies me as an expert on hot dogs, or at least Chicago dogs. These are honestly some of the best Ive had, better than most I had in Chicago too.If there is ever a Tempe without Thirsty Dog 2 Go, I think Ill be done with Downtown Tempe as well.

Staffing is excellent

A little shop with pop, chips etc. but they also do take out hot dogs and sausages. Went there twice during the week - the hot dogs were excellent with good toppings. Would certainly go back again. My only complaint is that they were out of bratwurst and I wanted to try one. Will go earlier next time. Good service. There are a couple of seats at a counter but you will most likely do takeout.

Great Small C-Store on Campus with Great Staff

The dogs here are delicious, made to order, and very reasonable in price. Like having a delicious hotdog stand in the middle of a small convenience store. You can pick up snack food, all your alcohol needs, and a bite to eat at the same spot. Service is friendly and quick, but dont expect to fit everyone. Good for a party of four, no more.

Been wanting to give this place a try for last few months because i pass by it everyday on the way to work. I finally tried the Chicago style hot dog which was ok. Im from Chicago so im picky. Much better than a gas station hot dog but not worth $7.00 alone. Staff was very friendly though. They have beer as well.

Extremely nice staff and convenient place to grab snacks, drinks, beer, and a hot dog if youre hungry! The pizza dog is my favorite.This is not a sit down restaurant, although they do have some tables and chairs outside.

Great hot dogs !!!! Did I say great hot dogs cuz I meant great hot dogs they have beer sodas snack foods random random other stuff and its a fun little place to pop in and check out at the very least they definitely love their football especially the kind in Tempe you know pitchforks and all that and they have awesome breakfast burritos as well as awesome quesadillas but by far their hot dogs are the best you can customize basically anything about them except for the fact that theyre a hot dog and not a hamburger or something like that they also have some very awesome brats if you like brats and the only downside is you cannot drink a beer in there while you eat your hot dog but other than that its awesome and since I used to work there I feel like I have better Insight than most anyone I still love their hotdogs I still try to pop in there every once in awhile to make sure theyre doing okay and make sure those hot dogs still tastes great and they still do you can call ahead and they will have your order ready when you get there Im sure that they also do doordash now they didnt do that when I work there but Im sure they do now but anyways if youre in Tempe and you want an awesome hot dog go to Thirsty Dog to go its awesome

This place is convenient and has a nice selection. my only complaint is that weird smell...not sure what is making the smell but it is definitely something they are cooking the dogs or brats on. The smell clings to your clothes. I am shocked the owners dont smell that. It is definitely not an attractive smell.

Nice little hole in the wall mercantile style store (think Olsen Mercantile from Little House on the Prairie) but also kind of a rustic manual look and feel (think 12 year old Fort house). We had a couple of hot dogs and they were okay.
