Ex temp and I can say this has been the worst experience at a job Ive had! Soo much down time and lack of leadership and just a lack of anything really, nobody knows whats going on just standing around for hours at a time and getting yelled at for not doing anything when no work is given.. they may make a great product but they are not a good company to work for

For the reefer units,my product was Lime Drums,u have to go to w Alameda Dr,docks 112 to 122.right after the Tempe Milk Plant,a small entrance to Sun Orchard,in the pic where the Blue dot is.

The orange juice is incredible, you havent had good orange juice until you try theirs. I also would recommend the prickly pear as well.

Drop n hook area is on Alemeda. If tank unloading and have to live unload you have 3 tight bays. Not much room. There not to informative on unloading pumping time.

The guy you check in with is lazy and has dont give a shot attitude i hate coming here

Went for job interview, the people all seems very nice.

Arrived at 9:15 am. Was told the usual go park we will call you. So we went and parked at Signature Breads, due to it being the only place to park. They called at 10:11am to go back into dock. Got over to dock and was told since we had no empty weight ticket ( done before we loaded in CA) that we would have to go wait again. They would work us in. The dock supervisor was very rude and snappy at us. Told us that he drove for 30 years and he always gotta empty weight. We were told by dispatch and the broker we could get the empty weight when we were unloaded. Apparently Limoneira were we picked up from does not weight any of their product. They put all the same weight on all the bills,38880. So the dock supervisor said he had 2 trucks in front of us. And we were like ok no prob. Well we were wrong. He took 5 trucks before getting to us. He did ask if we needed the restroom. And said he was sorry. But you could tell he was not. If he did this for 30 years then he would not have done it to begin with. Hubby decided at 4:15 pm to go see if we could even get unloaded today. They must have seen him coming because we finally got into a dock at 4:26 pm. Was unloaded by 5:26 pm. It only took an hour. And the dock supervisor had already went home. They close at 5 pm. The poor dock worker brought us our paperwork. So ladies and gentlemen please get a empty weight and a loaded weight ticket, before you get here. Otherwise you will be there all dang day. The only reason they got one star is for off loading. I feel for anyone who has to come here.
