Lazy at best. These clowns have been on our property a few different times and left it a complete mess. I called them out the first time they did it, and the tech was very rude. This time I didnt catch them, but I did take some pictures. Im also reporting this to our HOA. Hopefully your days are numbered here! Awful and unacceptable!
Great company to work with! JR and Jeremy did an amazing job installing our fire alarm system at our family inn. JR always kept us updated with the project. It took three weeks to complete the job and it was done seamlessly!
We’ve been using Bay Alarm for years for our business with no problems. We recently added a second location and they sent a technician named Ken Kaiser to install. He was friendly, professional, showed me how to use the app based function and left the place clean. We are very pleased with Bay Alarm.
We just had a camera system installed. Darren Bauer and Ken Kaiser are awesome technicians! They were on time, efficient and very friendly! They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I was happy with the install! They went above and beyond our expectations! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

We had used Bay Alarm for many years and always pleased with their service. Today we had a service to upgrade the system to 4G network. David Madden arrived as scheduled and performed the upgrade without any difficulties. David has worked for this company for over 30+ years and he is one of the top technicians. David checked the entire system and even replaced the battery since it was given the error code. We are very pleased with Bay Alarm and highly recommend this great company.

Craig, Darren, and George hands down the best at Bay Alarm. Craig drove over an hour and an half multiple times to our house and sold us a system that fit our budget and a great system. Darren and George showed up right on time to install our system and walked us through ever step on how to run and operate everything. Super cool team!!! Never once felt any pressure to purchase the system or any upgrades. My family and I are safe in our new home. If they had 10 stars I would give these guys 12.

Tech, Mike Valley was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. He installed 2 separate systems for me at 2 locations. He took the time to walk me thru the mobile app and even spent extra time asking the staff if we had any questions or concerns.Thanks again, Mike.
Bay Alarm successfully migrated our old alarm and access system to a single web-based system. Installation was quick and seamless. Michael Spencer thoroughly explained the system, options and how we could use our existing equipment to reduce costs. Very pleased with our system and customer service received.

Please note edit at the bottom of the this review:So, my neighbors Bay alarm starts going off at 6:45 am and it rings loud for 20 minutes. No, police come, no security guard comes just a piercing loud alarm screaming for 20 minutes that wakes up the whole neighborhood. So, I call the police and the 1-800 Bay Alarm system telephone number that is all over the stickers on all of his windows and the customer service lady tells me that, yes, they got a signal from the alarm and . theyve done everything that they do on their end . Im wondering...what do they do? The alarm rang for 20 minutes, no one ever came and we still have no idea if the man is alright. Hey, Bay Alarm company - did you alert the police? Did you alert a security company to drive by and check it out? What exactly do I get if I purchase your service other than a really loud siren?One day after I wrote my original post the owner of the company personally called me. He thanked me for being a good neighbor and investigating the matter. He informed me that his company did call the police and did attempt to contact the owner of the property. It meant a lot that he reached out to me and now I understand more about how alarm companies operate.Thank you for addressing my concerns.
I called Bay Alarm in Oct to cancel my service. In Dec I had a message stating my payment was late. I called back to remind them that the service was cancelled and was told that I had not returned the cancellation letter. I said I had not received it and was told WE SENT YOU AN EMAIL. That may work for those that check emails regularly, but I do not. I was not told to check my email for a cancellation letter, which must be signed and returned in order for the cancellation to take effect. So I found the email. Unfortunately I am unable to print it. I asked that the letter be mailed to me. So far I still have not received it.
A clean install in my beautiful showroom in Scottsdale Airpark was paramount for me. Love the look, love that much of it is wireless now, love that we avoid a keypad in front via the app on the phone. Sales and service were excellent at onset and continue. I have three other facilities with ADT but we chose Bay for this site based on the initial and secondary consult with Michael Spencer. Installer did an excellent job, too. I see some other folks upset about different things in these reviews but I have gotten EXACTLY what I wanted so far. Thumbs up!
We just had Bay Alarm team Mike and Ken here installing our new security system. They were quick, competent, and thorough in their installation. Lorraine was our sales rep. Bay Alarm call and scheduled a no cost check of my alarm system this month. It had been several months after they acquired me as a Bonds Alarm customer but the fact that they wanted to do checks and tests along with seeing if I had any concerns was welcomed. JR was the service tech that came out, he was very knowledgeable about the system and took time to explain any questions I had. He visited with me about newer alarm system products but was not overbearing about a purchase.Overall I was pleased with the service I received and the fact it was at no charge was great.Thanks JR for your help.

Our newly implemented infrared motion sensor cameras detected an individual on campus last night. Bay Alarm immediately responded using the call out protocols and the police were dispatched in minutes. There was a full perimeter police presence and the campus was swept with over 10-12 police officers and a canine officer. The response was swift and aggressive.Its good to see that our investment in the new security system is working. Had it not been for the infrared motion sensors, the perpetrator could have spent as much time as he wanted to on campus, until ultimately breaking into a classroom/building, tripping an alarm, stealing at item, then running away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this system.
Several months ago I had my home system installed by Bay Alarm. They installed a Skybell door bell, which I love, and provided me with Total Connect to be able to access my alarm system from my phone. Their sales person was courteous and knowledgeable, but not pushy. The installer was on time, clean and took his time to train me well at the end. I havent had any issues with my system since the install and feel much safer knowing my home is protected when I am not home.

Beware of using this company for monitoring. I have been a customer for 10 years plus. I recently sold my home and gave written notice 30 days prior to cancel service. I just got a bill for the balance of my contract. A contract they said automatically renews every year without any notice. When I called to cancel they do have a option if you are selling your residence to sell your equipment back. No one mentioned that to me. That would have at least helped to recoup my additional costs. Please think twice before entering any sort of contract with this company.
Do not feel safe with this alarm company at all! Alarms do not work! They are not professional DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !

I would give Tom Donahue, Phoenix Branch Manager of, Bay Alarm, Tempe Arizona 10 Stars if I could.The technicians, David Madden and John Furlog were very professional /knowledgeable and respectful of my Home These three men, Tom, Davie and John are my Heroes ♥First, I would like to preface my comments with the following:My Alarm Monitoring has been recently acquired by Bay Alarm July 2017. Prior to that it was Bonds who purchased it from Arizona Alarm. I had an older hard-wired system, whichI usually test it 2 time a year. You can well imagine my Shock when I tested it this fall, only to fine out there was NO Phone connection! Mind you, I have been paying for this monitored alarm service from day one of its original installation. I immediately contact Bay Alarm to set up a service call to see why Bay was NOT receiving my alarm information.A very courteous technician named David Madden arrive promptly on time and began to trouble-shoot my system. Naturally David pointed out that my system’s technology was outdated. I assured him I was aware it was an older system but I cannot see to use a Touch Pad type of Key-pad nor one that must work with a “smart Phone’. I explained t him that I have limited sight and must have a keypad that I can do strictly by “feel’. David said he would do some research to see what was available for someone like me with special needs. David then pointed out that not only was there no Phone Line Directly connected to the Alarm System, but the last person, Wade, from Arizona Alarm, who had service- Allam from Arizona Alarm, had Disconnected the wires in the main control box for the Monitored Fire, Smoke, CO2, and Heat Sensors. In addition, Wade had never reconnected the wires to the new windows that were installed in 2013.Once the shock started to wore off, I got very upset to know that my home, Grandchildren, Pets and myself were Not being Protected. Even worse, it had been almost 4 Years since Arizona Alarm’s, Wade had been out to work on it …Thank goodness, David remained professional and graciously promised he would do his best to work out a solution.He and Tom Donahue true to their promises did. I now have new keypads that not only have some raised buttons like a telephone but also have audio signals. It is still a tactile learning curb, but I get quicker each day at Armin and Disarming it. I accidentally set it off a few nights ago and I know the phone lines are definitely back in service.I am happy to say I now have a New Fully Functioning Alarm System thanks to Tom Donahue, and his staff
