Love going there. I still just barely walk after my amputation, so when i walk in they say hi and start asking what i need, get it together and ready to ring it up or have it rung up already! By the time i reach the register it is time to pay and turn around. Excellent!! I go out of my way to go there.

The service is good and I enjoy the atmosphere however there is a 50% chance your wrappers will be dry and crunchy at all of their stores for a while. Check them well before you leave.

I had the best time coming into the store yesterday. As i walk in right away im greeting by the entire team with the most friendly inviting greeting ive seen around. The team that was working (Frankie + Josh + Matt) was very attentive to me in my needs and keeping me informed of all product also while being very engaging. This is what i call excellent customer service, a team that has chemistry and thats cohesive. Im definitely coming back just based on these reasons alone. These guys need a raise. Went there for joint papers walked out with $200 in gear and stuff lol

I would absolutely would recommend them.Ive been going to Sky High since 2012. Mainly shisha and coals for hookah. Occasionally replacing the hookah or getting hoses and the like. I also bought a couple vapes here/Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I remember one time I was looking for a diffuser for my hookah, but was having trouble because the base neck was too narrow for the stem diffusers, and the stem was too long into the base for a slip on diffuser. They tore apart every box and bin to see if they had a shorter stem that would fit the slip on.They have very good selection and I believe they try to include as much locally made/produced stuff as they reasonably can.

Without a doubt the best smoke shop Ive ever been to. Excellent selection, the hours work for me because I work nights and this place is open later than everywhere else. But mainly due to the people who work there. My man hoss took time to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. The most friendly staff and really just nothing but positive vibes.Theyve made a customer for life out of me. 10/10 would recommend.

Just wanted to let you know the lush ice pod juice definitely does taste watermelon despite what I was told by an employee. It was pretty obvious by the picture of a watermelon on the bottle but I was assured it was a mint flavor not watermelon.

I have purchased a couple high end items from this shop but this one is by far the best!

So I’ve bought puffs and other brands multiple times from here and been coming here for years. Normally staff is really friendly and understanding. Anyone who knows puffs knows they’re super unreliable. Half the time before I leave the shop I have to get a new one because one of them is defective and you have to try them first. The other half of the time they die early. So I started trying different brands and have been gettIng the SEAs.Got 2 SEAs the other day. Opened one and it worked so I went home because I haven’t had a problem with these ones. Opened the next one in the morning and it didn’t hit at all, no light, nothing. Came back with the receipt and the manager was there and said there was nothing they could do. Even though two of the employees in there working that day know me as a regular and saw me the previous day and knew exactly what I had gotten because we had a long conversation about the reliability of different brands. The manager was blunt and unwilling to come to a resolution. I’m done with anything that isn’t juul and I’m done with this shop. I thought they would’ve had greater respect for their regulars and at least come to a compromise but I’m not supporting a business that sells defective products anymore and doesn’t hold their regulars to a higher value. I’ve probably lost hundreds of dollars due to defective products this year from this store. Enough is enough. If you can’t trust me as a loyal customer then I sure as hell cant trust your business. I won’t be recommending them anymore.

There isnt a better smoke/head shop in town. Ive been coming here since I was legally allowed to step foot in a smoke shop and almost a decade later I have still yet to find a more friendly, accommodating bunch of people who want nothing more than to help you get what you need. All three of their locations are amazing but as it usually goes, the original is the best.

Sky High use to be my favorite smoke shop. On nov28 I was very disappointed to listen and watch the staff not allow my friend to return a defective piece of art. 400$ to be exact. It was nothing that you could ever ise.I could not believe all of the excuses that all the employees were giving her in the end they still charged her a restocking fee of 100.00 something so simple as the customer

I just moved to town from Tucson and this place is great! Wonderful selection of things and great customer service. They had exactly what I was looking for and more. Im so glad this place is around the corner, it will be the only place to get wraps and accessories :).

As soon as you walk in the door someone offers you help, and they continue to follow you on your journey throughout the store, to answer your questions.There is a HUGE wall to wall selection of everything you can imagine to smoke with.There are bongs, pipes in stone/wood/metal and glass, scales, grinders, canisters, blunt wraps, rolling papers, etc.They have pipe cleaners, ashtrays, lighters, cleaners etc.They also have a very large selection of fine glass. For example: I am a spray paint artist, and have fallen in love with the spray paint bong and necklace by Ski Mask Glass. Beautiful usable artStop by- its worth it !!

Bought a puff bar, tried it in the store and it legit tasted like nail polish remover... they refused to exchange it because their policy is “if it smokes there’s no exchanges.” I get the same flavor every time and I will not pay money at a place that asks me to first try it and then not take it back when it’s not right

Went in to buy a new glass tip for my roadrunner. When I got home and unwrapped it, there was wax in it and had clearly been used. I called and they kept telling me that they dont sell used glass, but clearly that is a lie. Will never use Sky High. You have lost a very loyal customer.

Extremely nice people, but I bought a whipped cream charger canister here and it wasn’t working nor lining up with the top part of the cracker. When I asked him for the receipt he never put it in the bag and when called I was told they don’t return or exchange the canisters. I was upset considering I drove all the way from chandler just to get the cheapest price but it should have been cheaper considering the bunk product. Say bye to $50!

I highly wouldn’t recommend this place. I’d probably say for the first two years that I moved to Arizona are used to shop at this location on a daily or every two days to get my normal cigarettes and other items. I’m now gone have to go out of my way to find the dog CBD that I used to buy from this location because it has became such an inconvenience shopping here. Save money, time, and hassle and not shop here at this location at least because I promise you you’re going to regret your decision every time. I’d rather just go to Circle K and deal with no hassle and pay higher cigarettes

This company is wonderful and has excellent customer service. I recently purchased a vaporizer here. It was dysfunctional and did not pull any juice the first few hours I had it. I then went back to their store the next day and they simply gave me the same mod that actually worked. No receipt necessary since I was a familiar face. Hands down the best smoke shop in Phoenix. The customer service is phenomenal, and by far the best prices in the Phoenix. Any staff member can answer any question you have and make you feel comfortable with your purchase without feeling obligated or rushed. They have a huge selection of bongs, wraps, food/drinks, pretty much everything you need.

Went in to buy a downstem, Noah turned me on to HiSi and was really helpful. That one was too long so I came back to switch it out and got chewed out by Hoss cause it smelled - should’ve known better but, lessons for next time lol. Hoss was great, helped me find a good size and told me what to do next time I needed to return a product. I’ll definitely be back.

Theyre limiting how many people go in at a time, very understandable. However, they arent keeping track of how many are leaving. Saw 5-7 people leave before they sent in 2. Either they had too many people inside anyway or they just dont know how to count. Selection also seems to be pretty bad at the moment

I bought 2 Puff Plus bars. One of them came with the package tampered with, the plastic packaging had already been opened and there was no seal for the mouthpiece, as if someone had already opened and used it. I exchanged it for another one, which had a different mouth guard on it which was suspicious; the plastic packaging looked like it had been opened and resealed. The insides of the bars were rattling, as if they had been messed with; the mouth piece was also loose and easily came off. The flavors of the bars were not consistent with the other ones I get at my regular vape shop and actually tasted like the Airis brand. I cant say with certainty that someone purposefully corrupted the devices, but needless to say, my first impression was awful and I wont come back. Be warned that the devices theyre selling may be knock-offs and/or tampered with. If I could give negative stars, I would. Go to Gravitate Smoke shops (Cooper and Ray is amazing!) They have great workers and quality, genuine products. PERIODT

Has almost everything. Open late. They have large bottles of butane for extracting for cheap. Everything else Ive purchased I can find cheaper somewhere else but not all at the same place. Convenience wins when theres money to blow

Ive bought plenty of glass here its a good place but dont come straight from work or look disheveled in any way. I came 30 min before closing for a lighter and they refused to let me take a small look around. Ive spent 100s of $ here and get kicked out like Im going to rob the place. Was told were closing soon. Last dollar Ill spend there it was once worth the time to drive. To the owner dont stay open late if you wont let people shop,You want your glass back Id be happy to smash it at your doorstep...

Im a regular and the staff always greet me& already know I want vape juice when I walk in. One of the employees made a special exception for us today and took a piece we needed out of a vape kit, and just sold is that part instead of us having to buy a whole new kit. Really cool people at this location.

Great service, excellent variety and friendly staff.I called and asked if they had a specific product tonight, they only had 1 left and I live a good 15 minutes away from there so I asked if they could hold it for me and they were kind enough to set the item aside. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and picked up my item and was talking with an employee Joe that works there who was really cool and knowledgeable and also showed me some of the other products in the store I was interested in. Like all of staff Ive met there Joe was very friendly and had a positive attitude which is what I look for when I shop at any store. All in all Ive had nothing but good experiences every time Ive gone to this location over the last 4 or 5 years and thats why I felt the need to write this review tonight.

I love this shop, they have an amazing selection of glass and smoking accessories, as well as some great vaping options. This is also my go to place for hookah supplies and insense. I have been shopping here for years and have never had a bad experience. You should definitely check it out.

They charged me $140.44 for a jupiter battery... this is literally $12.99 or less.. i went back to the store to get my money back, and the manager or whoever helped me gave me money back and more. very helpful! very sweet! made me change my mind on how i felt about the store.
