Great service, friendly people, and good prices. We first went to Arizona Rug Company when looking for a new rug this summer. There was no pressure, no one following us around, but Adam was easily available if we had questions (exactly how I like to shop). We returned a month and a half later and Jay helped us locate the rug we had liked from our earlier trip. The price was reasonable and we were very happy with our beautiful rug. We were so happy with the service that they were the first people I thought of when I needed a new pad for two rugs I already had. They were very helpful and gave me a discounted price, even giving us some remnants for our runner. I will definitely return here in the future when I need another rug.

Great shopping experience. First visited Tempe store in June just beginning my rug search and was browsing. No pressure just pleasant, helpful staff. Second visit was in August after deciding on a rug I previously saw. It was in stock, reasonable price, and I received great customer service from Ed. Will shop there again.

As a family of nine, we are heading on a cruise to Turkey. We were interested in learning about the construction of Turkish Rugs as we are thinking of purchasing a rug while in Turkey. Arizona Rug Company cleaned and repaired the fringe on one Chinese silk rug and one Turkish silk rug. Both Ed and Jay were friendly and knowledgeable and the price was reasonable, especially considering the special nature of both jobs. I couldn’t be happier with how both rugs look and the service I received. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have purchased several rugs from Arizona Rug Company over the years, both from the Tempe and Scottsdale stores. They are always helpful and patient with us picking out just the right rugs for our home. Other rug stores that we have visited can get a little pushy, but the employees here never are like that. Cant recommend them enough!I had a flood that damaged and discolored several high value Persian rugs. The fringes turned red, blue colors in the rugs ran (see closeup pic).Dennis and Ed were super helpful throughout the process and the carpets turned out great! (see 2nd pic) The fringes are the whitest they have been in a decade and the color run was completely restored!

After several frustrating months of shopping online for (and returning several) area rugs, I finally decided to check out a few rug stores in person. Since Arizona Rug Company had the best reviews, the Scottsdale location was my first stop. I was promptly greeted by Adam, who was super helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing while I shopped. His associate (so sorry I didnt catch her name!) was such a sweet lady, patiently helping me navigate rows and rows of rugs while I narrowed down my preferences. I finally found the perfect rug for my space, and at a great price! I have never had such a pleasant shopping experience anywhere, so much so that I will only shop at AZ Rug Co for my rugs from now on. I also brought in a rug that my husband bought while in Afghanistan, which was in need of some serious cleaning. Adam was kind enough to unload the rug from my car, explain the cleaning process and suggest a few ideas for updating/repairs. I wish I would have found AZ Rug Co before the months of headache and hassle I wasted with online sites!

Very rude Apparent Store Manager... possibly a power tripping disgruntal employee. Disappointing people are still so self righteous and feel entitled to be so rude n on power trips to strangers that have nothing to do with them. Flexing if they have authority in a situation that literally occurred in the parking lot out in front of their establishment. Theyre clearly not doing much business during an extreme time of need for most. I would recommend another carpet and rug store based on my experience that had nothing to do with their business hope this helps customer service is key!

He and Dennis spent time teaching me about the rich and wonderful history behind these special works of art. Ed even came to my house and provided a consultation, which was very helpful. (I bought several rugs). The delivery and installation assistance was very much appreciated as well. Jacob delivered the rug, helped me move a heavy couch off the old rug, laid out the mat underneath, rolled out the rug, made sure it was even, trimmed the mat so it wouldnt show, and helped me carry out the old rug. I was looking for the perfect rug to finish off my newly remodeled townhome. I stopped in Arizona Rugs, looking for a Persian or Oriental rug. We recently bought a condo in the West Valley. It has wall to wall tile flooring so we were in need of some sound deadening and a splash of color to decorate our new living space. Finding area rugs became a necessity to complete the decor. After visiting a number of stores, we discovered the ARC website and then visited the Tempe store. Ed, the manager, greeted us and provided run of the house to comb through his vast selection of merchandise. An hour later we narrowed our choices and purchased a pair of beautifully distinct area rugs. Ed was more than helpful and he allowed us to roam the store undisturbed. If you cannot find a quality rug at a great price at this company store, it most likely doesnt exist. Then again, Ed will probably find the unicorn that you seek adding a cheerful smile!

This is the 5th rug I have purchased from Arizona Rug. Great quality, nice people working there (that arent pushy, yet they answer all your questions), and great selection. They have a variety of price points which they will explain the different in rugs and prices. I prefer a wool rug instead of a silk rug since I have pets that would destroy a silk rug. I highly recommend them and I think you will find something you like here.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Omar at ARC. I first stopped in to the store on a whim as I was beginning my search for a rug to suit our needs (in the Fall of 2014). Omar was very generous with information and he helped me to better understand the world of rugs which was very new to me. While the selection of rugs at ARC is great, it was the service that brought me back a few months later when I ended up acquiring a used rug: my first thought was to take it to Omar at ARC for cleaning. I brought my husband with me to meet the Great Omar and they discussed at length the details of our new rug as well as the details of ARCs careful and thorough cleaning process. When we picked up the newly cleaned rug it looked brand new! I was very impressed with the cleaning and it really helped me to feel comfortable bringing a used rug into my home. Omar worked with us to get the correct pad to place beneath the rug, and now many months later we are enjoying our rug and I still think of the great service I received at ARC. The next time I have rug needs I will go first to ARC.

Nick and Ed gave outstanding service in getting our personal and church rugs cleaned and repaired. Its a long drive for me to get to Arizona Rug, but worth the extra effort. I also deeply appreciate their showroom with its huge inventory of beautiful rugs.

I hired Arizona Rug Company to clean an antique rug. It smell atrocious due to its age and how it was stored. They did an amazing job! The rug no longer smells like an antique and looks fantastic. Great job, well worth the price.

We recently purchased a rug at the Tempe location. They have an impressive collection of rugs in various styles and price points. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful but at no time did we feel pressured. Because it was a large rug, we chose to have it delivered. Delivery was right on time and very professional. The Rug I purchased has brown edges and brown swirls along with baby blue swirls with white, made in the USA. The rug pops when sun light hits it. This was a few years ago. I will be taking my rug back for a cleaning.
