Tempe Pawn & Gold breaks every stereotype about pawn shops.From the staff to the coziness of the room, it is a place you can walk into with an issue and walk out with a resolution.All of the employees are warm and friendly but what was impressive was how knowledgeable in regards to their services and what the processes are.Asking questions doesnt feel uncomfortable and neither does explaining the truth of your situation. I walked in trying to resolve an issue that I didnt have a reliable solution for and walked out knowing exactly what I need to do to turn everything around.I am grateful for their services and help.

Tried to sell a Bose speaker, and I was okay with the initial offer, but mid transaction they told me they were no longer interested, which was fine, but as they were gathering my speaker parts, I had to remind them to give me back a few things. After I had left i had got home to realize they had forgotten to give me my ID back since they no longer wanted the speaker I tried to sell after telling me initially they wanted the speaker which led to me giving them my ID. Just an annoying experience and unprofessional handling of business

I am a working, gigging musician. The Covid pandemic hit me in ways I never anticipated. Once the concert venues and bars where I normally play to make my living were shut down my income took a nose dive. In order to pay my rent I considered getting a loan against the value of a guitar that I had as my back up instrument. My guitars are my babies so I was apprehensive to do this until I Met Linda and Rosa at Tempe Pawn & Gold. They were extremely helpful and took special care with my babies as the y stored them until I returned for them. The service was excellent and for a pawn shop, the terms of the loan were surprisingly reasonable. I recommend Tempe Pawn & Gold completely!
