I would to give a well deserved compliment to Wireless USA. I brought in my cell phone thinking it was damaged beyond repair. I was greeted with a smile and I was assured my phone would work again. I have used Wireless USA on Broadway Road in Tempe three times now to replace my broken screens. The first time a young lady took care of me. She did an excellent job. I went back, because of her. Then I met the owner, Sam. He has a delicious accent, which I enjoy. His personality is only surpassed by his skill with all things electronic. He has done a superb job of fixing my cell phones, and he can offer advice on computer issues. If I have to repair my laptop, thats where I am taking it.

My phone came out worse than it went in. Had a cracked screen so took it here, after ‘fixing’ the screen it could not display all colours as it could before so I took it back and they replaced that screen with a new one. The screen was then fixed but my finger print sensor didn’t work. Just pay the extra and get it done professionally and properly at Apple. You will regret using these people!

I changed my iphone 6 screen in this store. After a short period of time, the screen cracked. I kept using this phone and after a year, there were strips in the screen as well. They only have 15 or 30 days warranty (different information from different calls) Avoid doing anything with them.

These price was right and we received Outstanding service.

They fixed my iPad mini screen. But in the process they mangled the casing of the iPad. There are gouges and scrapes marks all over the casing really bad on all four corners you could tell that whoever fixed it did not take their time and they quickly pride the glass off causing the damage to the casing. I would of given 1 star except they fixed it cheap. Moral of the story is you get what you pay for. I would not have them replace another screen for me.
