I ordered 2 shirts through IG and never got the shirts. They tried saying they sent it out and never even asked for my address! Complete scams! Stay away! Loss but lesson learned.

Do not order from this company. I ordered two shirts over a month ago. I have not heard anything in regards to my order. My emails and direct messages have been ignored and no one will update me regarding my order. Either a scam or just horrible customer service. Whatever you do avoid this company at all cost.

Bad experience. I call the # on site, get sent to a auto reply text of “i can’t talk right now.” Have also sent numerous emails and zero replies. Two shirts need to be returned for a different size is all. Shirts are nice though. I took it as a loss and ordered two more shirts (correct size), never again with this company.FYI there are many more similar sites.

Received my Kobe “Legends Never Die” T-Shirt today! Great quality material and ink, it was bright and as expected. Will definitely cop a few more! Had my doubts but Bobby was on point and delivered on time!

I ordered 4 shirts for my husband, they took over 1 month to arrive after numerous emails and complaints for a store who’s bio says lightning fast shipping and excellent customer service, those are lies! 2 shirts came damaged and 2 shirts are the wrong size. I’m still waiting for a resolution but PayPal seems to be the best way to resolve this. Won’t get another $1 from me!

I actually watched the process from start to finish via social media (technology is amazing) in today’s climate where almost all business is conducted virtually or at least contactless, it felt good to see my order filled from scratch and the designs are crazy!!! Wish I could give them zero stars. Takes more than a month to get your product and that’s if you ever get it. They send you promotional emails every day to trick you into spending money on something you won’t receive. They do not answer emails or have a contact number. Very disrespectful how they post on every platform yet never respond to a message. This is the second and last time I get robbed by them. Buyer BEWARE

They mailed me a size Small when I ordered an XL and never responded to a phone call or 6+ emails to have it swapped out for the right size. I call that stealing

I ordered a shirt for my dad on Christmas and still hasn’t arrived! I’ve tried to reach them on Instagram and nothing. I comment on there social media post but they rather delete the comments then reply back. THIS IS NOT WHERE MONEY SHOULD BE SPENT!!!

Horrible customer service, the worst! Would rather take time to erase comments from social networks than actually try to fix the errors. Says to DM but yet I’ve had DM’s sitting in the inbox for weeks unseen! This is highly disappointing from a loyal customer, not a way to treat the people who support you.

If i could give a minus 1, I would. I placed an order on the 4th of June a Fathers Day gift for my son...I have yet to receive though money was taken out of my bank account immediately. I have been trying to reach out to the company for the last 3 weeks. No response, however, I keep getting daily promotional email. I would not recommend. I dont care how much my son loves their products.

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a shirt on Oct 14 to receive the same week and they didnt attempt to ship until Oct 27th. On top of that the sent the shirt to the wrong address. Tried contacting them everyday for a response and tracking information and they continue to ignore all of my messages and emails. They stole my money and did not issue a shirt or a refund.

They even gave us a free shirt for our patience. Its best to shoot them an email if you cant reach them by phone. They will answer and will take care of you! One of the worst if not the worst customer service there is. I’ve waited over 1 month for a shirt and no reply. Yet they have on Instagram 24/7 customer service & Lightning fast shipping, but I’ve waited over a month and neither has been accurate! Yet all my Instagram comments get erased within seconds. Not how paying customers should be treated.

I order three shirts in February of 2018 for $74.76. I ordered them for my trip in March. So when my trip came I didn’t wear them because I never received them. It is December I’ve talked to Robert twice he’s called me once. He talked about sending me shirts I just told him I wanted the money back. He was suppose to look into it and till this day I haven’t received my refund.

Do not order through this site. I repeat do not order from this site. I ordered 5 shirts as they was running a promo I believe, I ordered the shirts a full month ago contact via e-mail 3 to 4 times as they do not have a phone number to contact them and get a live person. On their site it says order can take up to 7-10 business to receive after placing the order, it says nothing about a month. I was ready to dispute the charges with my bank as at this point weeks has gone pass and no reply. Well about the fourth week I finally get tracking information saying my order has shipped and we’ll be here within the next couple of day. I was like okay that’s fine maybe I over reacted we should be good now, but no I only received 4 out of the 5 shirts I ordered and the ones I did get felt like a xl TALL. It looked like my girlfriend and one of my shirts she used to sleep in. And on top of that I reply to the email that they finally sent out and it asked did I get my shipment. Told them truthfully I did but I’m missing one of my shirts can I get a refund for it as I don’t want to wait another month for one shirt and no longer wanted to do business with them. I would of been fine if the replied to my messages when I asked about the order letting me know if the was backed up or anything but no one reply or cares and I’m glad I caught these shirts when they was cheap I would be pushed to a T if it was a shirt that I spend 30 60 dollars on.

Listen I Order from them at least twice a year a large haul. When I mean they go above and beyond I mean it. I received one of my packages and it was damaged due to the post office being careless, and I informed them and they said they would have it taken care of by the end of the week.Awesome-Keep it up Guys!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money, they dont send a confirmation, and no tracking number. Not even an idea of when your order will be received. Wrote a review on their IG site and they delete all negative reviews. They tell you text some number and they never response back. Then they tell you to email, then no response back, then they tell you that they are swamped and will get to you when the can. Its been a week. Was told if I continue to inquire about my $210.99 order that I would be blocked from their social media. Whoever is running this company needs to go back to business school... Their Better Business Bereau rating is already at an F. How much lower can they go?

I received an email from them with an offer of buy one, get one free tee plus a free 10th anniversary tee. It said all orders would be shipped between 3-5 days. I placed an order that night on September 20th and I received an order confirmation but no order number. After dozens of emails, texts, Instagram messages and even tweets, I FINALLY received my order on October 23rd, way beyond the 3-5 days that was promised. Order from them at your own risk. I like their shirts, but their customer service is HORRIBLE!!

Ordered shirts and they actually showed up!!!! Unfortunately the packaging was so shotty, the white shirts were filthy. And then, you guessed it, no response from seller.. I just disputed the charges and sent the shirts to goodwill. If you order from them, be ready to be disappointed.
