This place is incredible!! The girls working the show room are super friendly and super helpful.The selection is amazing and depending on the weekend you re there, you can even shop new and early releases!

I placed an order for a limited edition item, and it arrived within a few days. It was too big, so I reached out to confirm that I could return such an item, and they (Ariza) assured me that I could, and within a timely manner as well. I was informed that the size I want might no not be available by the time my return is delivered back to them, and I was invited to put in a new order for the exchange and I would be refunded when they receive the return. I did so, and my return and refund were processed the very next day. Their customer service is fantastic, their shipping time is very low (I live in Florida), and I am just overall very impressed with this company that Id never heard of before.I will definitely be a return customer in the future.

By far the best flannel shirts on the planet. They do not shrink and material is the best! Been buying from Dixxon for a while and follow all the drops. Had an issue with shipping and reached out via email. I had an email response quickly and a solution worked out even though it seems like a USPS issue. They took care of me! Thats why I keep buying from them. They are perfect flannels. Shorts are awesome too.

I had a shipment if flannels that sold out quickly get lost by the postal service and Dixxon replaced my order. I also made a large oder and later that day saw a promo code and emailed them asking to have it applied to my order, after the fact. The ladies who take care of customer service took care of the refund bright and early the next morning. Dixxons customer service is excellent, their products are very good and I enjoy collecting them.

Ive been buying Dixxon Flannels pretty much since they launched and have owned a couple dozen over the years. I even buy extras of some of them if I want to have a fresh one for the future. They ship fast and on time, the quality holds up, the anti wrinkle tech they have in their fabric is phenomenal. I know it sounds cheesy but I literally have never owned a better quality flannel.

Love the fit, look and quality of these shirts. Strong enough for everyday on a bike or at the barn, attractive enough for nights out. The prints are gorgeous, the fabric is strong and soft. Their Salem shirt is my new favorite for fall. Worth the investment.

I was visiting from out of town and I was hoping to see some things in stock that usually vaporize off the website in seconds. No luck there, but the store looks amazing and the atmosphere is great. Dixxon is doing big things and I hope they grow and dominate their niche market of producing top quality products. My closet is proof that their on to something. Dont say I didnt warn you when you catch the bug too.

Been with Dixxon for a long time and had a return issue ... not only was it handled so fast but so perfect. This is why I will spend my hard earned dollars on this rad product.... 1st and foremost,I never liked flannel shirts,but then we discovered Dixxon and the rest is history. Great sales team and location is good too. We will continue to shop at the store,as well as online.

Flannel was nice but the inventory was disappointing. They only had sizes XS and XL in any of the more popular patterns. I’m addition, the sizes are available on the website and the staff informed me that they cannot order them to allow for the savings on shipping. And couldn’t tell me if any would be coming in. Waste of a drive to the store today. Wouldn’t go back…just buy online if you want their product.

If I could leave no stars I would. Had a mix up with the address on my delivery, my order was never delivered and when I spoke with “customer service” I was rudely told that it’s between me and the post office. Dixxon shipped to an address that does not exist and I never received my order but they had no problem taking my money then giving me nothing but attitude. Shop in store because if there is any issue they will not take responsibility, poor customer service to say the least.

Have multiple flannels that are all excellent. Finally had the chance to go to their HQ store in Arizona. Awesome shop and awesome employees.

The shirts and flannels are amazing, but the customer service is so good you would continue to buy from them even if the shirts were only good quality. I have always loved my Dixxons but after having an issue with USPS and Dixxon were more proactive about helping I cant say enough nice things about how well I was treated.

I pretty much love everything Dixxon makes! Theyre made with great quality and very stylish. Unfortunately this last time I visited the warehouse store they didnt have any shirts I wanted in my size. I dont want to sound like a Karen but if youre a warehouse store you should have an abundance of stock.

Horrible customer service. Lost the flannel they claimed and then set another different one and it bled and ruined it. I was a happy customer but now there not helping me, I will never do business ever again. I guess customer service and fulfilling orders is just not a priority.

I have purchased over 30 of their flannels (and am going to continue to do so), several hats, and several of their performance polos (highly recommend). Staff have always been kind and helpful. Plus, their releases tend to show up the day before in-store. It is a shame they no longer provide store pickup online; but it isn’t the end of the world.

Dixxon is a fantastic company with awesome clothing and accessories and phenomenal customer service. I was sent a women’s shirt by mistake and the help I received getting that resolved was top notch. If you’ve ever considered purchasing their products, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Love these flannels and the variety but they never have any available in sizes other than small. I would think if they were that popular increasing production would be a necessary next step. Supply and demand. I would by dozens of these but can’t seem to get any in a size of most average adults.

This grandma recently visited the Dixxon showroom at the suggestion of my son who has many Dixxon shirts. What a place! I liked when I walked in, they asked if I needed any help and when I said no - they left me alone to wander and look at my own pace. When I DID need help, they were personable and willing to do whatever they could to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Once home, my grandson asked if he could exchange his for a shirt with his school colors. I contacted Dixxon, they sent me a mailing label, I returned the shirt and had just the right one back in record time! I was really surprised at how fast it all happened. I dealt with Shelby who couldn’t have been more helpful. Dixon’s customer service is A++++. If you want a quality garment, you owe it to yourself to check this company out. You won’t be sorry.

Super cool Flannels and other clothing line!

Been a loyal customer since the beginning. Ive purchased every Sunhat release. Passed on only a few Flannel releases. To see that the quality of the Sunhat has deteriorated is disappointing.. purchased the New Release Mr. Horsepower and its noticeably smaller than the others. The patch is glued on and part of said patch is already peeling up. 😒

The clothing is great quality, but the owner has gotten to big in his own head. He’s a bit of a A Hole and doesn’t care about customer service. He only cares about making his next $

This place is very cool to check out for fannel shirts. The fannel shirts are made of great quility material and the shirts dont shrink. Make sure you try it on for the right fit, before you buy. ( You also need to Wash the fannel in cold water and hang dry. ) The sales staff is very helpful on choosing the right size for you. If the size your looking for isnt on the rack. Asked the sales staff, to see if they have one in the back warehouse.

They’re board shorts are not adjustable. I got a 38 thinking I could adjust the string down to make tighter, it just falls right off . Very poor design for functionality, nice in looks.The flannels are the best I’ve seen ever .The shirts are nice, but they wrinkle way to easily .I wouldn’t pay money for a stupid trucker hat. Wish they would make some fit caps.All there accessories are over priced .

The best flannel I have ever owned doesnt shrink lose its color and is very comfortable. This is now my only clothing stop for work and play.Dont let the price get you down its worth paying a little more for quality and very cool custom colors and special runs. Try it you wont be disappointed.

So my husband and I LOVE dixxon. We have almost every flannel dropped, plus Xmas stocking, shorts, t_shirts, hats, towels, swim suits.... chances are it was dropped we have it. My husband also has a collection of the original flannels, back when they only dropped a few at a time and nobody knew who they were!!!! My number 1 complaint is the lack of good customer service when you call them!!! Its all the sudden became huge which is get but the girls taking calls treat long standing loyal customers like they are nobody.....

I love the product. I have spent an average of $300 per month with these guys over the last 5 months. I tried using a promo code on 6/9 for free shipping, and the discount did not apply. I immediately emailed customer service about this, and was told they would not do anything. I pasted the direct text from their website that states they will help if this problem occurs, and was still told they would not help me. I called their phone number today at 12:40pm EST, and asked for a supervisor. I was told the supervisor was in a meeting. I called back an hour later, after no return call, and was told the supervisor was still unavailable. I have been waiting all day, and called again at 5:30 pm EST. The same woman who answered previously (Alysha) hung up on me as soon as I asked for the supervisor. I immediately called back, and have been sitting on hold for nearly 7 minutes at this time. I have zero expectation that they will answer my call as long as my number appears on caller ID. Apparently they are really willing to lose a customer over $7 as opposed to trying to work with me the way their own website states they will.

Hands down the best flannels Ive ever worn. Made from quality material, the team over at Dixxon Flannel are dedicated to making the best quality flannels for your everday life. I have a 12 week old rottweiler and she loves to play. She especially likes to chew on and gnaw me to get my attention. The flannels keep holding up as she has yet to puncture it, tear it or caused any threads to come loose. Outstanding product! Highly recommended!!!

New drop 27 mins ago and already sold out. Had ine in my cart and went to check out and says they are sold out. Nearly every time i go to order this happens. Love the product and get them when i can, but i see these all the time on ebay because people buy multiple quanities and sell them for sometimes more than double the asking price. Really do wish they had a max quantity that people can buy, in order to let others get a chance to purchase.

Dixxon makes a great product. I’ve backed there stuff for a long time “Stay Gold” days. But their customer service left something to be desired. Wouldn’t even let me finish asking my question before the chat was cut off. I made the mistake and I know all sales where final, wasn’t even gonna ask for money back. Just wanted to know when polos would be back in stock so I could get the next size up. It’s a shame really.

I recently ordered chino shorts according to the sizing chart and they did not even remotely fit. I called to request support, sent pictures of my measurements and the fit of the shorts, and was treated rudely and received no help in trying to find the correct size. I am still waiting on a complete return and frankly feel robbed by this company. They clearly do not care about the experience of their customers.

1. The products from Dixxon are second to none. The flannels and the bamboo short sleeves are truly addictive.2. The customer service is simply fantastic.I recently order my 9 year old some bamboo shirts. I got the wrong size. I used Dixxons return directions. 2 weeks from the day I sent them back I recieved the replacements. I emailed them to remind them it was my mistake and I wished to pay the difference. Within an hour an email arrived thanking me for my business and kind words. It also said not to worry about the difference and enjoy the proper sizing.Thank you Dixxon for being a great company.Its an addiction truly.

I find myself the envy of men and the target of women when wearing these fine threads. My testosterone has skyrocketed and my beard has grown in thicker due to my purchases. A friend did her family Christmas photos in Dixxon flannels and I had to get one after seeing the shirt. Since then I have 6 and another 2 on my way. They are comfortable and warm and made really well. I had an issue with the mail sending one back and the customer service was AMAZING on helping me getting it sent back. The customer service from Bernie was AMAZING and so personable like talking to a friend. Another great thing is the Dixxon Facebook groups!

Do not care about the average consumer. During a new release I was online had the shirt in my cart and was typing in the payment information and the shirt was removed from my cart and I was told it was sold out. I had the shirt in my cart. Could you give me one min to type in my payment info? I then see the same shirt for twice the amount on ebay as clearly someone buys a ton and sells them at a higher cost. If Dixxon was about the consumer and not just money they would give regular consumers one or two minutes to actually buy the product. I just cannot understand how you could just take the shirt out of my cart while I was putting in my payment info. Could you at least give people one or two minutes to enter info? Clearly popular shirts will be sold quickly give me a minute. I emailed the company and was pretty much told, sorry that is how it is..... So sad

Per the size chart I fit between a small and medium. I ordered the medium size. The flannel is top notch quality. I dont think there is a better quality flannel out there. Only issue for me is the sleeves are a bit too long. I should of ordered a small. I reached out to Dixxon Support team and processed a return the same day I got my flannel. Due to this product being a limited release and sizes already sold out I was very worried I would not be able to exchange for a small. Tammy from support reached out to me. The day Tammy reached out to me I saw that the small sizes were sold out. I was very sad. Tammy went to the warehouse and secured a small for me earlier in the day and is holding it till my medium shows up. I was blown away as this is something 99% of business would not do. Dixxon has a for ever customer now. Thank you Dixxon and thank you Tammy.

Quality flannels and clothing. I have ordered many times and have no issues with their products. Customer service, availability, website and support are seriously lacking and need major improvement!! Added items in your cart disappear while inputting payment information, that should not occur. Newly added items dont always show up on time on the website. Adjusting an order cant be done, even the day of order, because they ship lightening fast, which actually occurs 3 days later. Again decent product, just wish they would step up their business procedures and create a customer service that actually does something!!

Well I would love to leave a review of the shirts I purchased but have yet to receive them. I contacted customer service last week and they said there would be a delay due to the bulk of orders for black Friday and that they hoped to have them all shipped by the end of the week and that they never leave their customers empty handed. Well here we are a week after reaching out and they still havent even shipped. It isnt about leaving your customers empty handed, it is about getting them their merchandise in a timely manner. You wasted no time taking money from my bank account. If you are going to advertise so heavily and make so many sales, you should be sure to be staffed and equipped to process those orders in a timely manner. I hope the shirts are worth their hefty price.Update 12-15-20I received my shirts today and they fit great and are extremely well made. I added a couple stars just for the quality of the shirts. Hopefully the shipping dept improves in the future

Im always asking questions about current new releases when Im in the showroom, and the showroom staff is always awesome. I have always had consistent service and am always greeted when I come in. Katie rocked during checkout today making sure we got a long sleeve in the correct size i needed for a gift, and I received help on the floor from another new young lady who was awesome.

Dixxon flannels are hands down the best flannel out there. *brag alert* Proud owner of 7 flannels and now Im moving to their lightweight bamboo short sleeves and bathing suits. Twice, my order got mixed up- with one little email, Tammy had both orders fixed and sent out with a quickness. Love the product but the customer service sucks extremely bad. I have spent well over 3 grand on flannels shirts jackets and what not. I received a tank top with a torn seam reached out and nothing but a hard time to get a exchange.

Great products love there flannels. Would be a 5 if they gave a rip about there customers. Despite having a closet full of their products they refused to return a pair of swim trunks that were gifted to me. I reached to them several times with nothing but the run around. I asked for an exchange and was denied that as well. So moral of the story is great product but delivery time is a mess and pray that it fits because returns or exchanges are not possible.

The Flannels are nice but when you wait to get one, set an alarm on phone - got on site exactly at time of release and put flannel in cart then went to get my kid one went to check out 3 minutes later and they are completely Sold Out! Thats B.S! someone came in and bought as many as they could and now they are on Ebay for $150- I wouldnt let this happen if I owned business. They should have a limit per item. Good Luck!

Trash customer service... spend your money with a company that will at least make an attempt to get it right... fit is all over the place.. I purchased 2 shirts and they were a bit big; I emailed the customer service and they refused to exchange them...I even offered to pay shipping..my items fit all of the criteria on the website for a return...

The mecca for flannel wearers! Now they didnt have a lot of sizes in for me(xl) but they did have some in the ones I already had. But this place is cool to see how a guy who use to sell shirts put of the back of his truck has built a small empire. Shows what hard work gets yah.

Went in with my SO and was greeted and given an informative run down by a super helpful girl was in the store for about 30 mins when another employee/girl came up and was getting ready to give us the same run down when I stopped her and let her know we had already been helped out she got super defensive and then continued to talk only addressing my partner and told him if he needed anything could come get her but “ this section is all we have for women’s and that’s it” then walked off. When I passed her again she gave me a nice eye roll... loved everything about this place with the exception of her attitude.

Quality products that look great! Every order I have done has come correct and sooner than expected. The one time it took longer than usual I received an email explaining the delay on my order. Very pleased with my experiences with Dixxon and will continue to buy more.

I was ready to throw down a few $100 bucks. Couldnt get any help in the store was empty. Ask a girl at the checkout a couple questions and it seemed as if I was bothering her. She even moved to a different area as to not face me. I really like their merchandise but if Im going to lay down 300 to 400 bucks Id like some customer service.

I have been searching for the perfect fitting shirt for years. I have finally found it! Dixxon Flannel co. Is hands down my favorite shirt company. Their customer service is the best service Ive ever experienced!! For example I had a minor issue with a shirt so I emailed Justin, he got back to me immediately with an email that said weve shipped you a brand new replacement shirt. No questions asked. Needless to say I was blown away. Id also like to mention the speed of shipment when you order. If I order a shirt Monday morning it is shipped and on its way by Monday afternoon, and its in my hands by Wednesday/Thursday. These guys get it! I wish every company took care of their clients like Dixxon does. Hats off to the whole Dixxon crew! You guys have a customer for life! I’ve seen these flannels around in the last year or two..I asked my wife for the Midway for Christmas and man am I glad I did.I haven’t been addicted to a brand since my high school days but Dixxon changed that for me.I’m hooked. Ordered a flannel two hats and some boxer briefs two months ago still haven’t received them it’s an order under $100 back-and-forth emails with Dixon who refuses to send them or sent home and I never got it and they’re blame it on the courier they’re refusing to send me my stuff back tell me I have to deal with the post office that they used. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with when purchasing an item and the worst thing about it is I like their flannels but due to this I will never support this company ever again and I hope you guys don’t either.
