Would like for them to answer the phone especially during this time so people don’t have to make unnecessary trips to the mall to check for a shoe/sneaker they may or may not have in stock. Typically good service in the store but again, customer service could be better

I was not a fan of this shoe store. It looked nice at first because they had so many types of shoes to choose from. I really liked their boots. They looked cute and I grabbed one.If only they were as comfy. When I initially tried them on, they felt ok at the store. However, when I actually started walking in them when I got home, the left boot gave a pinching sensation at the tip.I was going to bring it back for a return, but the store lady had explained when I was buying this that they dont accept returns since it was on sale. I dont think they would do exchange or credit either.I gave them an extra star, however, because when I was trying on the shoes and sizes, the associate that assisted me was very personable and helpful. She patiently helped me retrieve several sizes. :)

This short mexican girl was one very RUDE employee. She didnt bother looking for my size. I felt like I was bothering her so I just left. She didnt even look at me when I was asking her questions. Totally ruined my shopping experience with Shoe Palace

I have changed my review because obviously management has changed here. This was the only place in the mall that had the shoe my son wanted. It was a total 360 from my last visit. Fast, efficient and organized. The staff was on top it. From the time we stepped foot in the store and checked out.First REVIEW FROM 10 Months Ago:Very poor customer service. The staff was to busy putting the Christmas decorations on their heads, to acknowledge my son standing at the register waiting to see if they had his size. A total of 4 employees and one was the girl that went to check for his size were just playing instead of helping waiting customers. Seeing as shoes cost over $115 a pair and we always buy 2 or 3 at a time, I would appreciate some acknowledgement from the staff. Went to Foot Locker in the same mall and guess what ? Attentive, courteous and respectful staff so I gave them my business.

Just terrible place to get shoes !!!! I cant believe this company is not out of business by now. The location is Arizona Mills and the staff is really under staff. You have to literally go up to them just to tell them you need a size shoe. They take 15 mins to get your shoe. They dont even have all the shoe sizes what shoe doesnt have 9? Or 9/? Like really... Horrible custom service. The cashier was on his phone. Two guys that work Here came in from wherever just to talk to the guys working there then left again .... never coming here again. Dont recommend

This review is directed at the overall corporate policies set in place for this company rather than the customer service from the employees. I would recommend that anyone who appreciates a company who cares about their customers look to shop at a different store. I have never written a negative review about a company before, but my experiences with the Shoe Palace warrant a very negative review.I received a pair of Adidas Ultraboost shoes from my brother for Christmas that he had purchased at Shoe Palace to surprise me. I also received another pair of shoes from Macys, but the Adidas Ultraboost shoes are premier shoes which I decided to keep rather than the other shoes which were Nike Pegasus 35. I looked online at all the different types of colors for the Adidas Ultraboost shoes and decided that I wanted the red base/black striped shoes rather than the white ones I had received. The shoes were also smaller than my typical size, so I had planned to increase them in size as well.I walk into Shoe Palace in Scottsdale Fashion Center (after driving for an hour), and I hand them the gift receipt as well as the original receipt. We arent able to return this pair of shoes without the original credit card was their response. They let me know they can offer an exchange (I would have exchanged, but they dont carry red in any store in Arizona) or that they can offer store credit (which is not able to be used on their website - which also doesnt carry red). I shrug and decide to head to Macys where I plan to return the Nike Pegasus 35 shoes. Equipped with the original receipt/gift receipt, Well refund this amount to the original card ending in ####. This is exactly what I had expected earlier at Shoe Palace.Fast forward to the next day, I drive an hour to my brothers work to get the credit card he had used to purchase the shoes and then drive another 30 minutes to the closest Shoe Palace. I get in to the store ready for the return and they state that their credit card scanner has gone down and theyre only accepting cash. They are unable to offer a return via cash due to the purchase being with credit. At this point Ive driven for 2 hours (Scottsdale Fashion and back) + 2 hours (to my brothers work and back) + 1 hour (to Shoe Palace and back from my brothers work ) or a total of 5 hours and they have been unable to offer me a refund.This is not the type of customer service that you should be offering to your customers, and I wanted to post this review so that everyone who inquires about this store can understand the dirty tactics used by their corporate leadership. I asked them how I would be able to return the shoes if I lived in Florida and I received the shoes as a gift from my brother who lives in Arizona and they stated that I would still need the original credit card. They purposely are making the returns irritable to the point where they hope that their customers give up so that Shoe Palace can keep their profits.

Their service sucked. The guy not gentlemen needs to work on his customer skill. All i wanted to do is try a shoe on. And he madeba face. Really, and i really wanted the shoes. Its ok, i just took my business elsewhere. Dont even deserve a star. Only way i could leave a comment.

Worst store ever....all the working were too busy talking to eachother.....there was two employees outside talking woth there buddys the whole time i was in the store...no1 came up to ask if i needed help....fianlly i ask1 sum for two diff sizes in shoes n went to the back and never came back out....45min in this store for nothing big waste of time ill never come.back

Went in to this location with exactly what i wanted in mind and when entering the store i was not greeted, i was notified the store was closing in 4mins...got the dress i wanted tried it on quickly and upon get dressed to go pay for the dress i was notified again that the store was closing in 1 minuet i left without the dress angry that a was rushed and with the amount of time it took me to let them know their service was distasteful i still left at 9:00pm i will never go back to the location again!

Very bad attention from its employees ... a good part of the economy of Arizona is supported by Mexican tourists who go shopping ... all employees are Latino and do not want to speak Spanish ... train your employees please explain to them the Importance of having a Mexican client. ... mediocre people who dont have how to hide the cactus from their forehead. Feel proud lyr your root.
