First of all, I would like to thank the store manager, who has always provided highly personalized help in both sales and consignment. It is the so called DM Gail who creates a non personal, ice-storage climate in all these stores. Wherever she goes, one can tell that the quality of help and merchandise goes down. She claimed decades of retail experiences, however, throughout the locations, one can see all those low quality kirkland style items. She made these places no longer a friendly place to shop or cosign anything. So too bad, I have to leave a review such as this and will not and will encourage others not to patronize Turn Style as long as she is there!

I visit most of their stores in the valley. I have found some very great deals and other times not so much. Staff is generally very friendly. The store is well organized and easy to shop.

I just picked up a couch I bought yesterday and the staff said they couldn’t help me carry the couch past the front door. I brought a van expecting that I would be helped like every other furniture store, better yet they would load the van for me. My mom is 50 years old and it would have been nice to know I needed my own back up to move the furniture. As we were struggling to put the couch in the van the staff closed the doors and said have a good day . At least the couch was cute.

I absolutely love this place, so fun and I found so many cute things!!! The people are amazing and the store in so awesome!!! Totally recommend going here.

When I was at Turn Style the other day, a mom came in with her 4-5 year old daughter who said, “Aw, not this place again!”😄 Like me, that mom must visit often because you can always find amazing bargains. They have furniture that’s in great shape, home decor, and amazing clothes. I found a pair of brand new Ann Taylor shorts with a $69 price tag still attached for $9.50. Seriously, why pay full retail when you can get nice labels for a fraction of the cost? As an added bonus, the sales associates are always friendly and helpful.

I have always been a shopper and have found some nice things. Recently I tried to consign and the staff was very inconsistent about what they would take or decline. I was there 3 times in 4 days, and they seemed like young girls on a power trip. I may shop there again, but I will NEVER consign with them.

Good prices and found a nice bargain

Perfect pricing specially when seasons are about to switch!! Got couple jackets here for $2.80 $1.30 $3.40 and jeans $4.60 - 6.45 and these are name brand items just got a skirt for $1.30 just cant beat those prices while getting a clean organized store with very nice employees Ive been to 4 locations never had a bad experience nor have I witnessed a situation of customer being upset

If you want to try to sell clothes you have to take them on hangers and they do not give you any money until they are sold. You have to continuously call and see if any of your items have sold to get your money and if they don’t sell in roughly 3 months you can go back and search around the store for them or donate them. Wish someone would have told me this before I took all my stuff there!

I stopped in here on a whim and found a nice piece of art and some glassware. Theyve got a good selection of furniture, clothes and shoes.

What a relief to find this consignment gem! Just moved to AZ. Been here two months. Long-time consignment shopper in Chicago and California. Found this place and knew I was home. Bought most fabulous red scoop neck blouse, 2 pairs of shorts, and curtains.. The clothes and furniture sold here was plentiful, varied and in excellent shape.

I really like this store!! As the name implies this is an upscale resale shop. They have a huge amount of things for you to choose from, in this case its true that theres something for everyone!!! But as I mentioned earlier its a upscale shop therefore be expecting to pay more for everything. I truly doubt think that you will find anything here to be cheaper than somewhere else.

This shop for second hand items is the perfect place to look for cheap household materials that look just as good as new. Their collection is very pretty and well maintained. The managers have worked to make the overall appearance of the ship very cute and appealing to the eye so you would want to buy more stuff than what you came for. Their prices are on the higher end for a second hand shop but totally worth it.

The staff was on the money today dispite their computer systems crashing for the day and being their busiest day open since covid began. Good job girls your the reason I always come back. And the Gold of course.

I consign here regularly. They take a lot of my things and I usually sell on my own what they dont take. I like the convenience of having them do the work though.

Many of the prices were too high... They are selling used clothing, and the name-brand items are being sold at a higher price, than brand new. I asked the cashier about this and she said it was software that decides the prices... That the software is supposed to mark everything 30% or greater below retail. the reason Im still giving fairly high stars is because the clothing was in good condition and I love that it is all color coordinated so you can find items by color.

While the customer service can be iffy at times, my experiences with Turn Style have been very positive. Great apparel and furniture that is nicely displayed and in excellent condition. The prices are very good - more so when there are sales. I shop here often and find it to be the best consignment shop I have found so far.

Ive been shopping here on and off for a few months, and I have no real complaints to mention. What I would like to mention is a great example of their customer service:I purchased a pair of shoes recently that I was intending to resell; the shoes were on clearance, and in great shape. I paid, took them home, and it was only then that I realized they had accidentally put a staple in the air pocket on the sole of the shoe. The problem is that the air pocket is structural to the shoe, and the hole from the staple would cause the shoe to feel awful. I took them back about a week or two later and told them what happened. I had no receipt, paid in cash, and brought the shoes with me to show them what happened. I was polite and mentioned that they were cheap enough for me to let it go; I just wanted them to know that they did ruin a perfectly good pair of shoes. They then said theyd try to look up the transaction so I could get a refund. Yes, a refund. On a clearance item. Mind you, this IS because they ruined the shoe before putting it on their shelf, so this was a very unique case. After maybe 20 minutes of browsing they found me in the store (I didnt have to go to them) and completed the refund.I must say that their customer service is outstanding. As well, while I may not walk out with a purchase every time I go in, the selection isnt heavily stagnant and the prices are reasonable for what you get. After the above mentioned experience with the shoes, I plan on shopping here even more. Stores with that kind of out of the way customer service always wins my dollar! Im so glad I can write this review with such an amazing experience to back it up. Ten stars all the way, even if some of the jeans can be overpriced lol

I have been consigning there for about 3 years. Items must be clean and on hangers. Store on McClintock and Guadalupe is very upscale, clean, nice layout and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Orderly process. Store at the Ray road location is smaller but same consignment process and plenty of parking. Staff at both locations are friendly.

I wasnt super impressed but I didnt feel very welcomed either. They were very polite to the older crowd that came through so maybe I just wasnt the demographic they care for. It was very clean and everything had its place.

Went here to look at furniture. An ok selection. Good open set up for spacious browsing. Didnt buy anything but would return to check out the clothes and furniture in the future.

Nice store, however the employees were rather snooty and treated me as though i was beneath them. They need to remember, its their customers who provide them their paychecks, and to treat their customers with gratitude and some true kindness rather than being fake and having this grandeous type disposition. Pricey second hand store. Not worth the trip. Stood patiently on one side of the jewelry counter/checkout while the clerk ignored me and waited on 3 customers on the other side. On the forth customer, I finally asked if someone could help me and she stated after this lady. Maybe I should have stood in the checkout line, instead I walked out. Will not return.

They get some good stuff and theyre fair on consigning dollars you can earn. Always clean and organized.

Very very bad customer service. Asked when I bought a shirt for my son who returning home for the Army, if I could return it if it didnt fit. They said as long as I leave the tag on it. It did not fit and when I tried to return it, she said I was 3 days too late. Only 7 days allowed. That was not shared when I bought it. I had been a regular customer. They didnt care about lossing a good costumer over an $8 shirt. Like the others say. Really bad Customer Service.

As with many other reviewers, Ive found myself drawing stares from employees as if I wasnt welcome. I had a heck of a time trying to get any sort of help when I was looking for a certain homeware - after looking around the homeware department, though, I realized that I probably didnt want to see the price even if they did have what I was looking for.Their clothing options are fair, but this is definitely a buy junk and sell antiques type of consignment store. Wasnt very happy with any of the options.

The staff was really rude. The selection seems ok but the prices are a bit on the high side for what you get. After 3 bad impressions from the staff I’ve learned to just avoid this place.

You cannot beat the prices for furniture, home decorating, clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc. Its an amazing 2nd hand store. Several in the valley. This one is particularly nice.

I like to buy clothe in turn style but the cashier wasnt friendly, with me i asked her for one item and she was rude. Bad customer service.i recommend to the manager of that store. To find more associates who enjoy to work with customers and have a very good humor sense, why? Because customer likes to go buy where they feel welcome. Why? Because they go to spend their money.... Yes and this maintain the store up. No customers, no jobs, customers are number one all the time. Muy mal servicio.

It might be a hit and miss with the items that theyre selling. The clothes are reasonably prices, but I find that many of their home items are expensive.

Great stuff, horrible customer service!!! The woman behind the counter was rude, didnt even seem interested in my business, and left me standing there while she talked on the phone. She never said one customer service related thing, didnt even offer to assist me. There stuff was neat but she was aweful!
