I started a new business and needed a copier/printer but being a new start up I could not get a company to lease a copier to me. I found Matt and Nextgen, they were able to rent a copier to me for a great price. excellent customer service. Great to work with!

NextGen Business Solutions has done such a fantastic job handling our business needs. We love the fact they dont require long contracts and are flexible on terms. Their copier automatically emails them when the toner is low, its time to clean the machine or any additional service needs. This has been such a time saver compared to our old company who we would have to call every month to tell them our meter reading and any other time we needed toner/servicing... I would absolutely recommend them!

NextGen has been awesome! We just started business in 2015 and were hesitant to sign a lease for a copy machine so soon without knowing where the business was going. They were wonderful and let us rent with no down payment or term commitment. They didnt even charge us for the delivery or hooking up the few computers we have. Great company, so happy to work with them.

Our business went independent in late 2018, and it was a mad rush to both set up all the logistics of a new business and simultaneously keep the existing business running smoothly. I can tell you that Next Gen did not make this easier for us.We are a small shop with 1 copier between three offices. Every time it needed to be serviced for low toner or network issues or anything else, I had to put in 12 calls to NextGen before I got a single answer. II tried calling them at 930, 1030, 1130, and 130. It didnt matter. Only once in a dozen calls did I speak to a human being and not a machine, and only once did I ever have a service tech arrive to perform maintenance.Of course, despite never responding to our calls at all, they still managed to bill us without fail every single month. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable copier rental service, this one clearly does not have its act together.

As a small business, efficiency and price are the two most important things. I was extremely hesitant to move away from our prior office equipment provider (Pacific Office Automation), like most small business owners: we live by the motto if its not broken dont fix it. However, when NextGen was able to drop our monthly cost by 45% and was also willing to let us try the machine in our office for 2 weeks (100% free!), I had no choice but to give them a shot! Its now been more than a year and I wont ever change again. Since they dont require term commitments, it seems like a lot of their business is built off providing great service and making sure there is very little downtime. On the few occasions theyve had to stop by to service the machine, they have been extremely professional and are twice as fast as the last guys! Theyve earned my business and have proven to be the best Ive dealt with. If youre on the fence about switching (like I was) give these guys a call and see what they can offer! I know this is a long review but Ive had such a great experience and have been so happy with them I want to share the love...

Great team to work with! It has solved our constant issues with faxes and printers that need contact drum and ink replacement. The staff is attentive to our needs and come in within 24 hours of a service call.
