There was a hiccup with shipping my order, but it was worth the wait. I used the LamLock flowing epoxy to bond gravel to a concrete water feature. Couldnt be happier with the results.

I placed an order online with countertop guides for a complete granite maintenance kit. After waiting 2 weeks for it to be shipped, I tried to contact that company. With a little perseverance, I found out that countertop guides is a drop ship company that has its orders fulfilled by DeFusco Industrial Supply. I called and talked to Paul regarding this order and he stated it was being processed and I would have it within 5 days (which I did). Thank you again Paul if you read this.Please take my advice, cut out the middle man (who never did contact me), and call or visit their website. You will have a lot less headaches. DeFusco is number one with these types of products.

I am a registered nurse and have ordered twice from this business in the past 6 months. The first time I ordered disposable N95 respirators online a few months ago. I was extremely surprised to find them appropriately priced considering so many sellers were price gouging and taking advantage of the health crisis. One of the reps called me to notify me that the product had sold out but that they had another brand of N95 masks and they would be sending those. Easy peasy. I received the order in a few days and was completely satisfied. Professional and efficient.I placed another order online for reusable N95 respirators and filters. Again, they were appropriately priced and I was extremely appreciative that Defusco was not attempting to take advantage of this global crisis. I paid for the order but was concerned that they might not be in stock when the order was filled. I called and spoke to a rep that advised me that he would speak to the person in stock and get back to me. He had the person in stock call me back, who confirmed that all items were in stock and he was able to add a few boxes of much needed gloves to the order as well. He told me that the order would go out that day. I received the order a few days later. The order was complete and packed well.Given the current climate and the lack of ethics that many other sellers have exhibited by raising prices for the rough, Defusco shines as a hero in the retail world. Each person that I spoke to at Defusco has been professional, kind, responsive, and very accommodating. I have shared their info with colleagues of mine that are looking for PPE as well. I had a cracked granite countertop. The crack was deep and three feet long. I spoke with Paul Ruthardt. He explained what I needed and the process involved. He sent me a package that included evrerything I needed. He also included a DVD (on how to) and written instructions. I highly recommend this company and Paul Ruthardt.
