I have been to numerous Harbor Freight locations and think all are excellent. This one is amazing with selection, staff, quality. There were lots of customers and adequate staffing. Parking is very good. As clean and well organized as it is, there is a sign asking to excuse dust and moving to larger location. We have choices when other places often dont stock a single choice.

They allow the media to dictate their fear. Must wear a mask if you are not vaccinated, so be aware of their policy at this store. On the bright side they had everything that I needed.

Customer service was okay at best. Asked for assistance on Allen Wrenches and flexible extension. She did not know they had a product. Also, one cash register at checkout and the person was on the phone, the line was getting long. He should have asked for help. Took almost 10 minutes for check out, I was next up. Great prices on most products. Found outdoor LED lighting price $30 less than Lowes.

We easily found what we thought we needed, realized we had the wrong one, and were able to do a quick exchange. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Reasonably priced tools and some hardware and automotive. Not for the pro but perfect for diy. Far less expensive than Lowes and HDNow has some lifetime warranty pro tools. Buying here for 16 yrs.

They are really helpful! We got a generator that was on sale and they loaded it up for us. We also needed some moving carts but they were out. They grabbed 2 out of the back that they had been using and gave us a discount.

Went in to get dog leashes..best bargain ever. Always fun to run the store and pick up inexpensive items like flashlights. I like the fact that I get my receipt in an email.

As Ive said b4: Great for the price; & with power tools especially you could probably replace them about three times for the price of a top brand; & certainly enables me to be a serious hobbyist in my retirement - if that makes sense😜. They do of course have an initial 90 day warranty. (+ the extended for more $s. I personally dont pay the extra for that). $36.27 out the door for what you see in the pic. (Cuppa Tea not included).

Love, love, love Harbor Freight! They have great cheap tools at cheap prices. Some of the tools are pretty good quality, but they are really inexpensive!! To be fair I havent had an item fail or break but Im not using them every day for work. They also have other things there you didnt know you needed, like mosquito zapping tennis rackets!

Usually have what I am looking for. And best thing is extended warranties. Can return anything damaged or broken or defective and get replacement on the spot. No arguing with the manufacturer. Love that about this place. And good prices. One small correction. Can return in 30 days. Beyond that you need to buy the extended warranty, but as long as you have that you can return anything not functioning

Store was clean and organized. Not crowded at all. Browsed each aisle for tools needed for projects and got ideas for future projects. Restrooms were clean. Becci was helpful at checkout and added a coupon we didnt have.

Its a well run store and the employees are chill and helpful. Clean as a whistle

This is one of the larger stores in the valley. Usually if I cant find it in another store, this store is able to help me out. Fairly large selection of returns as well. Ive gotten some fairly good deals here.

I love going into harbor freight, the prices have gone up but everybodys has.I was surprised to find out they dont not have any car jack stands.I even called another store they also do not have any jack stands. I was told to have something to do with they were all recalled for one reason or another.

This store is continuously over charging. And the lady manager with long black hair is so rude. She just wants to get you out the door. The cashier was checking me out and trying to apply a coupon. She comes up and takes over and tells me the 20% off doesn’t apply. So I didn’t hold up the line, I went to my car and pull up the coupon and had to go back in and have her fix it. And she has the nerve to have an attitude with me.

I highly recommend this location to anyone needing reasonably priced tools. The customer service is great and made the experience memorable. Purchased 2 replacement tires for a dolly for half the price of the nearest competitor.

You only have a 5 day return period on these outstanding deals, so be sure to use them right away to make sure there are no issues. This place gets me in trouble. I can walk in there to get one thing and end up getting a basket. Then they entrap you with their coupons and prices that make you want to ask if they have a place to rent in the back. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only down fall is that its small, but somehow they have everything. lol.

So much stuff at bargain prices. You have to check it out but give yourself enough time because its easy to spend hours here finding things you didnt even realize you needed.

Disappointed in the service. The staff was busy with load and stocking and we felt very much in the way. It was 10:00 on Thursday morning....not a good customer service time! We werent able to get our questions answered satisfactorily; had to dig into the problem ourselves. Ended up leaving without a purchase or a good experience.

What Id expect from a Harbor Freight. Great place for some specific items and not so much for others. This particular store was very clean and well kept.

People might think its weird to give five stars to a place that sells cheap Chinese tools. If you use the tools as intended and are willing to make some repairs and upgrades you can get great success. I have a fairly well equipped wood/metal shop for the price of a good brand name table saw. I dont kid myself into thinking that all my tools are the equal of the big names. But they bring me to the game. Plus Harbor Freight is always bringing out better quality tools and have a very generous return policy.

If you buy stuff here then you already know. Its a great place to buy tools and equipment for cheap. Its not the best of quality for everything but sometimes you dont need to buy an expensive tool for something your arent going to be using everyday. Or of this just starting out and need to maximize your tool purchasing. Harbor freight is a good place to start, while you build your tool collection. I still have and use a pneumatic ½ drive impact, saw, ⅜ and ½ drill, bought in 2007.Also a great place for drill bits that you use all the time. I burn through 1/8 and 3/16 drill bits pretty quick hanging TVs. So why pay for expensive ones that drywall will dull very quickly.

Its harbor freight, good luck getting help in the aisles...thats just how it is, and partly why the 4 stars.Also I dont like the fact that even though I am in their system and getting coupons, if I forgot my book they wont give me the discounts unless I come back in with the coupons. Thats the harbor freight policy, but I still dont agree with it.Some of the stuff they sell is plain junk! JUNK! Most of their stuff is good and the prices are great. I wish they would not sell junk though (generic snap ring pliers, auto tire plug kit to name a few).

This location typically has helpful and friendly staff. However, parking can be a bit of a pain in this shopping center.

Lots of neat things that you cant find elsewhere and pretty good prices, the only thing thats keeping me from five stars is they use to have flyers at the door that had coupons for free stuff and 10-20% off but they only send it to you if you sign up for their catalog but still is a fun place to shop 👍

Harbor freight has great tools if you need to get a job done once or twice. if youre a professional handyman these tools are not for you, as they are not built to last, however if Im only going to use the tool a few times, theres no reason to go to home Depot and pay $1,000 for it.I buy a lot of storage containers here because I store my Legos and them and thats perfect.

So, I had to exchange to broken screwdrivers, Quinn brand. they opened up a new set just to give me the replacement ones as they have a lifetime warranty. Im very grateful that they did that however I can imagine that it must be very costly for them replacing broken merchandise. Also I returned icon wrench set and it was relatively smooth transaction. Icon brand is excellent however just did not work out for me in this particular application. I would always go back to Harbor Freight and I possess most of their tools as I am a professional mechanic and I really appreciate the Pittsburgh pro Line, and the Quinn line. I will still try the icon line but as of this moment, Im very happy with what Pittsburgh and Quinn have put out.

Ive been going to Harbor Freight for several years both for personal and for business. They have a good selection of reasonably priced tools and the softer tends to be very familiar with how everything should work. I also love the ability to put an extended warranty for a small fee on items purchased just in case something doesnt work right. Overall I would recommend this place and well continue to go there myself.

Stopped in Sept.30 on my way to Houston. To grab a load tarp and bungee cords. Saw what looked like 2 registers open i politely asked the gentleman at register closes to me if he was open, he looked at me but didnt answer, I asked again if he was open, at this point the guy found out later he was the manager totally flew off the handle and told me that the world doesnt revolve around me. Holey smokes!! Caught me totally off guard!! Needless to say my reply was not civil. I spend a lot of money at Harbor freight. This guy needs to be fired

I called about a Chicago table saw that nobody else had at the time. They had one and put it on hold for me. When I got there it was right up front and easy to access. I was in and out and in just a few minutes.
