I was so pumped about this product but can’t get in touch with anyone and my card has been charged for months even though I haven’t received thing. Incredibly disappointed.

I would have always given BAMBOX a 5 star review.The product is excellent.The problem is staffing.Im not able to pick up my orders. No one has been at the Farm. It seems that the staff is made of volunteers and evidently they dont care about getting my order and making it available.. The phone is disconnected and the one person that acted as the responsible person no longer returns my texts.Hopefully,Bambox management sees this review and corrects its internal issues. Im tired of paying weekly and never knowing if anyone will be there so that I can collect my salads.My wife, Marianne, started with Bambox when it was in OldTown Scottsdale. She passed away this past June from cancer. I kept her subscription going since I loved the product. Customer Service is extremely lacking.Perhaps if Bambox actually paid its staff, Id be able to get what Im paying for .BAMBOX management please get in touch with Me.Nathan has my info.-Tony Winters

I almost feel bad leaving this review, as the product these guys put out is great. The service, on the other hand, is not.Over the span of my 4-week membership, I was given the wrong order two weeks, only half of my order the next week, and I was charged for an extra order (that was later refunded). There was also no indication on my last week that the pickup point had changed, and I had to email to find out that they had another vendor holding onto my product. The website conveniently had an error every time I tried to cancel, and I had to email the owner to stop my subscription.My guess is that the subscriptions grew too fast for the company’s staff and infrastructure to handle. I truly hope they are able to get their systems in order, but as it stands I can’t recommend them over another local, non-subscription-based microgreens vendor.
