Dear owner...i used to love this store. What drew me to the store was the 20 stage raw cones ( a medium sized box with 20 variety sized popular raw cones) and their bulk box of 1& 1/4, the grinders and the dab toolsI have to go to rival stores in order to start getting the things that I need.

Buyer beware: I used to love this shop. The vibes and knowledge employees like Social had were what kept me coming back. The current staff can’t tell the difference between heady glass and the China glass you all carry. I won’t be back anytime soon to say the least. I was okay with paying over-inflated prices when employees knew what they were discussing… this shop just be gaslighting now.. buyer beware.

Visiting Arizona for the first time and saw this shop on a walk. Decided to drop in and see if there were any pieces that caught my eye. I was neither acknowledged walking in nor asked if there was anything I needed help with after slowly browsing each case in the store. Did not feel welcomed at all. Customer service is so important.

On vacation with my friend and decided to stop in. Started talking with Social about what we were doing in town and told him we were on vacation. He gave us a couple recommendations on what to do/visit; also recommended his fav dispos in the area. Ended up buying three pieces to bring back home. Def recommend this spot to anybody visiting, super helpful, nice, and genuine!!

I came in the shop wanting a dab rig, but knowing absolutely nothing about them. TJ went out of his way to not just get all of the components I needed, but he also went into detail on exactly how to use it (and even showed me twice when I had questions). Plus this place has a huge variety of cool stuff. HIGHly recommend!

Yesterday me and the homie stopped into High Maintenance just to kill some time and look around, I got to meet a super cool guy who goes by social, he started showing us some of the nicer things in the cases, had a great conversation about our glass collections, cars, pendants, etc., I wanted to walk out with a couple pieces he had sold me on, but unfortunately I couldn’t grab anything at the time so I promised I’d be back and leave a review after I grabbed his infoI really appreciated all his help and will definitely be stopping in to grab more pieces for my collection, overall enjoyed my experience ! He was very friendly and it’s so nice to know people have employees that actually care for their customers!!! It’s rare these days

I love this shop. The staff is super nice and helpful. Theyre also patient and willing to go over each individual item with you. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a fifth star is the high pricing. I guess they can get away with it being on Mill, which also makes it understandable considering the price to own a business there. I just feel like lowering the prices would make me want to spend more money there in the long run as opposed to just window shopping. I have spent money here, but honestly, if I see something I like I tend to wait until Im elsewhere thats more affordable.I love the local art there though!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It is a good environment lots of stuff to browse through. The employees are always kind and very helpful. Its never a bad experience for me when I purchase items from here. I would recommend you check it if you never been there.

100% recommend.Im a newer smoker getting back into it after years of not doing it. Decided I wanted a new glass piece, I knew what I sorta wanted and how much I wanted to spend ( if you love glass pipes and would love something unique this is definitely your shop ) Wasnt being up sold into anything expensive, they answered all my questions and even recommended a thicker glass piece. Been here a few times since then, the shop is spacious, always clean and always get the help I need.

Its over hyped and over priced. And theyre always pushing more expensive items. Also they are a little rude. Nothing you can call out but they make you feel like youre bothering them. Even though I spent over $100.

Edit : Originally rated one star however the owner Jason reached out to me and resolved the issue, still the best smoke shop in AZStayHigh !I drove from Avondale for a disposable vape SPECIFICALLY to this shop because I know the brand I enjoy is stocked there also because I enjoy this smoke shop the experience I had this time around was just down right awful. The cashier Alexandria ( or similar) extremely rude and condescending. I typically rave about this smoke shop but after this experience not sure I will come back any more.

I had just got done skateboarding 2 miles and i was denied service due to the fact I was black and wanted to purchase 2 beverages and would not agree to wear a face mask. I had overheard the female employee say to the male employee its always the blacks. Please do not discriminate against African Americans who are deaf and do not wear face masks.

Are minors allowed inside accompanied by an adult?But not to purchase anything, just to look.

Sincerely disappointed in my experience here compared to the mesa location. I dont come to a smoke shop to listen to employees flirt with customers while others sit and wait. Will only be returning to the mesa location from here on out.

High Maintenance. Smoke Shop.As I entered, I felt immediately less clean than my surroundings. In addition, I was wearing my mask. It -by this time- was reminiscent of a half-smoked cigarette and yesterdays breakfast. The day before I had ironically waked and baked. Eggs.The mask would last another 10 minutes.What I saw around me could only be described as probably the largest, publicly held collection of leaf smoking paraphernalia I have ever seen. The staff was immediately courteous and friendly. The actual business? Neat as a pin.I struggled to imagine how such a place could survive right in the middle of a vibrant urban downtown, situated almost entirely within one of the largest college campuses in the United States. ... Largest college campuses... United States...Collages... Altered States...Oh, yes! I quickly remembered that this is the very neighborhood that can support a staff of approximately 20 people in a liquor store about the size of a postage stamp, packed wall to wall and ceiling to floor with all kinds of booze. Tops Liquor. A quick three blocks south and west on University. On the south side of the street. I then remembered Tempe Marketplace -a huffing stumble to the East- where they actually still have a working Barnes & Noble bookstore, brick and mortar.(that place had books in it. I saw them)I digress. The place is great and everything I could ever imagine, according to its listing.Unironically; this establishment does not actually carry any smokable products.They almost deserve a fifth star for such glazed-eye indifference.Edit- The owner of the actual establishment just commented on my review. The exceedingly rare ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Double Edit- Sigh. What a difference a night makes. Just for fun, I went in during the night time . So I actually took a look around the place; theres a lot of the same things, not so much variety among other things.But what really killed it for me was when there was a lull in the business, and a gentleman asked me if you could help me with anything. I asked them about small leather pipe cases, and they asked about some of the hookah cases that were larger shipping case type things. The dude could not have been more... Bored? Im not sure what the deal was. Finally, I asked him if there were any shops around anywhere that might carry other kind of things that I was looking for. Glazed indifference and not in a good way. Right next door? Theres a Henna place that sells all sorts of bric-a-brac. The only thing keeping me from downgrading my rating was a finger pointing South. That was too much to ask for. Due to my new rating system of did the place meet the mineral requirements for calling itself the place it is? Three stars. Did you do anything to make me want to come back? Four stars. Did it do anything to make me not want to come back? Two stars. Did it momentarily ruin my whole existence? One star. What does it take to get five stars? The world may never know.

Like always this is the best smoke shop ever. Recently I had no idea what to do with a new medicine I purchased. Well the professional at the counter helped me not only learn how to use the paraphernalia in question. I left with the full kit. Seriously the best set up you can get. If you think price might chase a person off well stop and check first. Even with 5 bucks they got your piece or roll. Dont forget to turn around in the store and pick up an awesome hat or trinket that say sorry but im High Maintenance Smoke Shop all the way.

Edit: just go to HQ they have a better selection and a real parking lotcame in today (7/28 4pm) for help with my vector torch warranty. The person working refused to believe that the previous sales person had told me to return to the store if there was a problem with the lighter. I asked how I can use the warranty. The salesperson just told me just use the website and when I asked for more information about how to complete the process, he said just go online its all there. I was not helped . I bought two packs of leaf from this smoke shop and spent 12 plus dollars and even let the cashier keep the few dollars in change. I got home and both leafs literally crumbled. I called within 15 minutes of leaving the store and the manager refused to do anything to work with me. No exchange or anything. Not the end of the world but poor customer service

Best Customer Service. Friendly, customer centric and answers my questions. Always show me whats new, whats on sale ( if that applies). Make excellent recommendations for flavours or combinations of CBD products to buy. Recently purchased the Airo Pro. CBD Vaporizer and after chatting about it with a few of the staff ( several different times) I Love this thing! You All get Five stars for that recent suggestion alone! Pretty decent selection, but a lot of repetition in the shop. The real problem here is that everything is extremely overpriced. I guess if youre on Mill Ave youre going to pay Mill Ave prices. Went in to look for, what is commonly known in the industry, a screen bowl. Didnt know what a screen bowl was. Showed me bowls that fit my description. Minimum price $40. Yes, for a bowl. I no joke asked is this bowl really $40?!! The response was that its scientific glass. Ridiculous. This basically means that its borosilicate glass. I have bought a Mav glass shower piece for 110, and all of their stuff is borosilicate. And you want to sell me a bowl for 40% of the price of a high end piece? Please. Ill go to my local spot and get 5 for that price, and yes, theyll all be borosilicate.
