As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by a friendly staff worker and he was very knowledgeable on what i needed and where to go to get the parts .He also went and grabbed a cart for me.During checkout they asked me if I needed any help loading my item into my work van, it was very fast.Basically a good day down at the lo6 Home Depot.I highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot, when you go, ask for Neil with the deal !!Thank You Home Depot for always being there.Always helping me get my plumbing parts.So I can focus on getting my jobs done right .

Hardware stores, Ace hardware, Home Depot. For being a female, I love tools. Hand tools, Electrical tools. All the fitting, U - shape,L- shapes, there are J-hooks. Wood, l love fresh cut wood, 2by4s, 4by4s, ply-wood. Plants, grass seed, fertilization. Scotts Brand fertilizer is pet and kids friendly. That is important to me. Bug pray inside and out, again pet and kid friendly. Hoses, rakes, shovels, and a snow shovel. Appliances, lighting, in and out side. BBQ grills. Patio furniture, colored rocks and any kind of garden tools. So much more.

Great place for tools… they also have a self checkout if you don’t want to be helped.

Are you kidding? This is my Disneyland. The to go place even when I dont need anything, I walk the aisles and get ideas then the creative juices start flowing in my head. Its hard to walk away empty handed. They know me by first name. When it comes time to return some overkill supplies left over they dont ask, only happy to help. Incredible!

This place is beyond horrible with communication. I will never return here again. This place is clueless with Garden questions. They kept giving me the run around when it came down to needing to find a certain shrub. For one it’s way to hot to be running back and fourth with getting sent to one desk for help and another. Beyond unhelpful and not knowledgeable in finding what I needed. And then to send me to customer service for help, and them not know how to help, and only to send me back to Garden was beyond annoying. A wasted trip!! I just ended up leaving without waiting for someone else to figure out how to find this shrub.

I tried several other major hardware stores to find unistrut only to waste my time and gas, so I called this store and Erika was very helpful on the phone so I went there and Rob did a outstanding job showing me where it was, outstanding!!

Not as big a location as most others I’ve been to. Seems more catered to the average home owner and less so to contractors judging by the inventory here. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not as much that you’ll find here as compared to other locations. Other than that, it’s pretty decent.

They worked hard to not sell things today. The layout is odd at this store. when asked where item was from clerk in kitchen design department I had interrupt her texting. She gave bad directions also. Third person I asked had no idea, I found item by accident. The prices where to high and not all items needed to complete project where not there.

So many people walking around but none of them ask you if you need help with anything. This store specifically lacks this. Other home depots are really good about that, not this one. Just left my cart full of stuff there because I couldnt get help. Went to Lowes, perfect service and that was 1200 well spent at Lowes. Dont go here unless you know exactly what youre getting. Do not expect any help here.

This store could not be bothered to answer its phone . One of three stores I tried. Finally got the one on Ray to answer and was able to complete a purchase. It was an emergency. My fridge went out and I needed a standalone freezer to save my food. Took hours to do something that should have taken minutes. I buy almost everything online because I hate going through this. Dont bother with Home Dept in an emergency. They cant be bothered with you. At least the one on Ray will answer its phone and tell you whether they have something in stock.

This is the nicest looking and organized Home Depot Ive ever been in. During my visit I had 3 different associates approach me to ask if they could help me! I have never had that happen in any big home improvement store. Usually in these places I can never find one, or its not their section, or they are trying to help more than 2 customers already, or they are not busy but sure as hell aint offering to help.So needless to say I was very impressed with the look, selection and especially the service at this store. I had a very positive experience. Michael helped me load my truck too!

Very poor customer service, Manager Alandra put me on hold for 16 minutes and did not return I had to call back. I guess they have made enough money and dont need mine.

This Home Depot is smaller than the other ones Ive seen. Im glad I went here earlier in the day before it gets packed like most Home Depots do. Anyways, the advantage of it being smaller was I was able to find things easier and quicker in a way. When I couldnt find what I needed for painting, the paint department cashier guy was helpful and found it for me. :)Checkout was quick, friendly, and easy.

Been great for years. Spent more money here than I can imagine, but quite frankly, the pricing is always fair, and always have what I need in one store. Cant beat it.

Great location, friendly staff. Typical Home Depot. The paint department is knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that drives me crazy is the entrance is all the way at one end of the building and the exit is at the other. In Arizona you dont want to have to walk across the parking lot.

I just closed on a home today. I went into the location looking for washer/dryer and doors and a ton of other stuff. I asked for assistance from the man working in paint ( he was wearing black doc martens, no name tag.) He said he wasnt trained. I explained thats ok but can you get me help? He walked 8 feet to a group of 4 associates who saw me standing in the other area for several minutes. They were also not interested. They recommended he go look for help. I overheard them and said I can go fund someone, just tell me who. At that point the older gentleman in the group thought laughing at me was the thing to do. Not one dime will be spent there moving forward.

Went in to just take a look at Vinyl flooring. Looking to help my mom update her home floors. Was given AMAZING information by Annie. Marcell asked us if we needed help and about 20 minutes later just checked up on us and at this point, we needed a little help. Annie came along, informed us and got some info. We’re looking for pricing and such and she was able to give us an estimate about taking our current tile/carpet out, install, & product we were looking at and the difference in the products they had!We had just left a tile company and they were not as informative as Annie at HomeDepot! Plus Marcell was the one that helped out to get someone to give us more information since he saw we were walking down an isle for quite a bit. We wanted wood floors but they aren’t that great and there’s a lot of dogs in the house. SHOUT OUT TO MARCELL (he was by the registers) AND ANNIE! Once we figure out color we’re gonna be back!

I ordered chairs online to be delivered by their third party vendor the following day. The delivery company pushed back the delivery date for an unknown reason and I needed the chairs delivered that same day for an event.I called the store and Lee, the assistant manager, was so accommodating - he had someone make a special delivery late in the evening so that I would get the chairs in time! I appreciate them going above and beyond - what wonderful customer service!

Pretty typical Home Depot experience. Wide aisles, clean store, huge selection, and helpful staff even if they seem a little annoyed to be helpful. I wish they sold more American made products.

Set up is nice and clean, staff is very friendly. Right now they have their christmas trees for sale, real and fake ones. Best place to go if you are hunting for Christmas lights or displays.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was well stocked. Some of the aisles are a bit narrow, but it was otherwise wheelchair accessible.

Note to self: do not order flooring from Home Depot ever again, specifically, the Warner Road, Tempe location.December 27, went to store, ordered laminate flooring. December 31, installer phoned informing me the flooring selected needed a constant temperature. Since this did not meet my requirements, I went back to HD and was referred to a Flooring Specialist not there on Sundays. On January 6, received call from the Flooring Supervisor. I told her I wanted to cancel the order and have the amount credited to my credit card. She assured me she would take care of it. Speaking with the Assistant Manager on January 12, I discovered the order was not cancelled and my card not credited. Now, to cancel, I will have to pay a 15% restocking fee which, of the four employees with whom I spoke, no one else had mentioned. January 13, called installer to schedule installation, now told the Western States installation manager will need to come out to inspect the site before they will install the flooring. Why wasn’t this suggested December 31 when they first called me? January 14, I’ve had enough, I’ll pay the restock fee just to be done with HD, called Assistant Manager and finally cancelled the flooring order. Never again! I took the time to write this review so others may avoid this disappointing Home Depot customer service fiasco.

I came in to buy just some can lights, and had some questions about the product that I was buy.I had the pleasure to speak with Ms.brian and was amazing how much he knew about the product and bought it and install it in no time didnt have to go back and was at home just admiring my work.

The manager over charged for our rental truck. Do not rent a truck from them the staff is unprofessional and rude. We wont be coming back here again for any reason. Do not waste your time here.

Overall the store was clean and somewhat organized. We went in looking for storage shelf parts but all the organization and shelf materials seemed to be separated in multiple aisles. Im used to them all being in the same aisle. The store was somewhat empty and slow and not one HD team member asked if we needed assistance or if they could help. Everyone was too busy looking busy.

She is very knowledgeable about many topics related to the kitchen including ways to get around unfortunate events that come up with your kitchen such as a kitchen island. Elizabeth has many talents when it comes to kitchen designing. She is fast, efficient, and accurate with her design. Elizabeth helped me color match my kitchen island cabinets and style to the rest of my kitchen after a leak caused major damage to my kitchen island. Her recommendations and design ideas were spot on for my kitchen island to help make it look as though it was not an afterthought. The first day I met with Elizabeth she knew exactly what to do to help bring my island back to the standard it was before the leak. She got the process started immediately using the measurements for my kitchen island. Elizabeth designed a kitchen island, created a power point, and gave estimates for kitchen granite countertop and cabinets. She set up measurement appointments and worked with the Home Depot installers communicating the needed information to get my kitchen island back up and running as soon as possible. Elizabeth is an asset to Home Depot and definitely the designer you want to work with. She is highly efficient at her job, communicates well with her co-workers and customers.

Melanie was helpful. She spent the time with me assuring I got the front door that was perfect for my home and price point. Also helped me with shelves and tool storage cabinet for my garage. Great experience, thank you!

A team member Vafing (hopefully I spelled his name right) assisted me not only recommending the type of wood I would need and but also cutting up the pieces. Deciding color for gates.

This morning I went to the Home Depot on Warner and Kyrene for the first time everything was good until we got to check out. This cashier Maryanne was ringing up our stuff and was violently throwing our stuff in the bag not sure why she was doing that. But i felt it to be disrespectful and she was not very friendly. From now on I will stick to the Home Depot closer to my house.

My significant other visited this afternoon to make a purchase. He was in the aisle of the product that he wanted for quite a bit as he took a phone call while he was there and when he finished his phone call he was reading the box of the product so he pulled it partway off the shelf. At this point the manager Tevin approached and stated that they needed to help him with that purchase or product. Which was no problem my SO offer the shopping cart to bring the product to the front of the store at which point Tevin in a rude manner declined. My so told him He would meet him at the front as he needed one more product. Tevin told him to follow him to that isle but my so declined the assistance, because he knows where it was he is at a Home Depot about five times a week. The manager decided to follow him anyways and hover over him watching him treating him like a criminal when he has done absolutely nothing wrong at this point. When my so and the manager got back up to the front to purchase the productsHe decided that he wasn’t going to purchase them because the whole situation and how he was treated made him uncomfortable. At which point The manager tells him that he is trespassed from the store and if he returns the police will be called and he will be arrested. I’m a little confused to is why because he had done absolutely nothing wrong and it was somewhat of a large purchase but the managers behavior was beyond inappropriate. Home Depot has lost quite a bit of money due to this manager. My SO works for his family’s local business, they own several residential properties and are currently renovating a commercial property. As you can imagine that requires quite a bit of Home Depot runs. But I guess from now on those will be Lowe’s runs. This manager Needs some training on how to treat customers.

They have one of the best garden shops around. Great selection of plants on Saturdays. Excellent array of fertilizers available to choose from.

Spent 43 minutes at customer service Went there on Tues 10/6/2020 to return a hampton bay fan that was not working properly, manager they had issues trying to locate product because there store dont carry iteam even though product is on website, they did not help me to get return on product or warranty iteam that is lifetime, upton bay is owned by home depot, I never had such a run around hassle by everybody involved, I will take my future business to lowes, iam a licensed contractor this ordeal will cost hd lots of future job material purchasesThey said iteam internet only now well IAM returning it to store

I have been here once and had an awesome experience with Kaitlyns help. I needed a certain heat gun for my business and they were out of it. Instead of saying oh well she found an upgraded one that she could get close to the price point with. I will be back for sure. Nice friendly and (not like Home Depot used to be where you couldnt find help), lots of people ready to help me when I walked in.

I came there to make a tortoise enclosure and I could not believe how helpful and how nice everybody was. I felt like it was family. Definitely going to be my primary place for any their type products. They did all my cuts for me and then even helped me with some simple styrofoam stuff
