I found Cycle Match on Craigslist wile looking for used parts for my Harley Davidson, I went to the web site found it easy to navigate with Clear Quality Photos and a good description of the parts, I found the part I was looking for but needed more technical information about the part so I emailed Bill, He replied Quickly with the information I needed. I then Called Bill and spoke to him about getting the part (I was impressed with his knowledge in over seas shipping) as well as his knowledge of Harley Davidson parts in General. I went ahead and had the part shipped to me I was then emailed the shipping company and tracking number (I felt more at ease) I received the part in a timely manor as promised. The part was well packed, clean and looked just like it did in the web site photo. All in all I had a great experience dealing with Bill @ Cycle Match and I will recommend them to friends as well as use them as my go to used parts Company!

Bill and Crystal are AWESOME!! We were looking motorcycle parts and accessories for my boyfriends bike and found everything we wanted and more. Bill had everything set up in his warehouse and priced just right, we couldnt be happier! We will most defiantly be coming back to Cycle Match.

Finding a anniversary Harley tank was tough until I found Cycle Match. The owner was great to work with. He helped me immediately with what I needed and gave me a fair price including shipping costs. Sent me a tracking number so I knew where my tank was and also sent me a pic of the tank. I was searching craiglists for a tour pack box. Found cycle match had one talked to Bill on the phone he sent me pictures of some packs he had. I bought the pack he shipped it out got it 3 days later the box was packed tightly and well marked not to put anything on top of it. I will do more with Bill Krandel when I need parts thank you.

Bill is a really cool guy. Very informative on harley parts. He has reasonable prices on parts. He was cool to hang out with while looking at his inventory. If you have a harley or want to buy a harley check him out first!

Bill is amazing! I bought a 2002 Electra Glide Classic he stripped down to just the frame, engine, electrical wheels and handlebars. He has them this way so you can customize it the way you want, on top of having some ready to ride. He also has a lots of parts Ill probably be getting.The one I bought is carbureted. I became overwhelmed not ever doing a project like this before. He talked to me for a long time onthe pro and cons of both ways it took a couple of weeks of me thinking on it and calling him up and talking to him and asking a lot of questions., to decide and trying it. He told me he would hel me the whole way and even said he would have a friend help if he couldnt. Bill also drove it to my house in Buckeye from Tempe! Who does that? Hes outstanding and I really rcommend him if you thinkin of purchasing a motorcycle, parts or a project.Thanks Bill,Much appriciation,Martin
