This place did an amazing job getting rid of the damages done to my car. The paint job they did was incredibly well done, couldn’t ask for more. Jessica (receptionist), was clear and very informative to any questions I had at the time of leaving my car. She kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and with the insurance claim. They were able to finish the job early than the estimated time, which was a great help. Overall, the shop provided splendid service from beginning to end. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They shift faces after I paid. On 8/19/2021, I dropped my Vehicle here. The front Desk Ladys name is Jessica. My cars front and rear were damaged, and the coffee spills that were caused by the accident, so I asked them to repair and clean it. The process took over a month to complete. The final bill later comes out to be 12,000 dollars for the front and rear repair for a Toyota Camry 2016. In this case,I suspect that there can be some overcharges for the repairs that were not be performed but also billed. Since now I think back the repair cost is ridiculously high on a Toyota Camry for front and end in this case.The bill were still paid off fully on the day I picked up my car. Since i have to pay the amount fully so i can drove off. I picked up my car on the day of 10/01/2021. One of the interior parts were missing when I pick up, it was there when I drop off. The coffee spills were not cleaned at all. Jessica stated that the car cleaning is just courtesy work, it is not charged..... After 12000 has been paid…….. And they did not do it anyways… I thought it was not a big deal, i can clean the car at a car wash. Regards to the interior missing part however auto shop told me that they would give me a response the next business day and they will check the footage camera, I called them Monday, 10/04, Jessica told me that two of her co-workers said the parts were missing when I drop off my vehicle(no camera footage were been seen), then she told me on the phone that i might be lying about the missing parts and she cant take my words, at this point they did not even check the camera footage. Her doubts that i m lying about the missing part were based on the front bumper damage that is included in the estimate, since i got rear ended and she feels like the front should not be included even tho it is a mistake made by insurance’s Appraisal branch and it is really non of the shop’s business. it is between me and the insurance. Then she threated me that she is going to tell the insurance company that I might committing insurance fraud on the front bumper/end, even though it was a mistake made by the appraisal company on the estimate not my fault at all, at the same time, they might be the ones who overbilled the insurance company, and it is non of the auto shops business to tell the insurance company about the things between me and the insurance. Very bad business practices. On 10/06/2021, I spoke to them again, they stated that they check the camera footage, and the parts were not there when i drop off the vehicle. I asked them to send me the camera footage of the missing part BEFORE they start to work on my car to prove their words, Until today 10/20/21 they did not gave me a response nor the footage. Side note, on the day i drop off my car, Jessica and I did a walk around the car, and we did open the front door and back door, looked at the inside and outside of the car fully. Both of us did not notice the missing part on the day I drop the car off.(the part was there and it is very visible if it is gone). I submitted my complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and to have them check my car accordingly with the invoice . in total they received payments of around 12,000 dollars from me and insurance(with suspicion of overcharge/intentional false billing or extra works that is not requested but also charged) I am not expecting such bad services with this price and especially with threats, assumptions, and false accusations not backed up by any evidence. The missing part was not a big deal itself but how they resolve at the end is. Last time I spoke with them they don’t agree to fix the missing part at all. I have submited complaints to the FTC also. They might also be involved in fake reviews, since all their reviews on yelp/ google/car wise are almost all after 2020 as a business operating there for years. I decide to repair there bec of their good ratings, but I highly doubt their high ratings as well. Will take my car somewhere else to get the part back and detail it.

Wow. Just wow. The service here is amazing. I came here thinking it was going to be a hassle but I was wrong. The receptionist Jessica was great and very caring. She made the whole transaction so smooth and simple. She made sure I was taken care of and kept reassuring me that everything will be fix as soon as possible. Fix Auto did a amazing job on the repair!!! And the time it took was quicker than Ive ever had. I had repair done to my back bumper we and trunk lid. The repaint came out perfect, like it just rolled out the lot. Now, I need to figure out how to get the rest of the car (that wasnt impacted) to look as good as the back end. Highly recommend!

Fix Auto was an incredibly pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. I brought my car into the shop after my front bumper and grill were damaged from a physical hazard on the highway. I came in and I was immediately attended to. The receptionist, Jessica was incredibly warm and energetic, which made it impossible for me to not stay in a bad mood. She was very thoughtful of my situation so she was quick and made sure things were handled smoothly. She coordinated with my insurance (known to take things slowly) and made sure they were quick on sorting out damages and approvals. Sometimes, she would contact me and update me before my insurance did. Incredible. Fix Auto is able to get you a 20% discount on rentals with a Hertz nearby. They offered transportation to Hertz, which makes things easier for me and on my wallet. She continued to update me about the status of my car repairs so that I can gauge how many days I needed to continue to rental, which I really appreciated. They were even able to complete my repairs earlier than expected. It was suppose to be two weeks, but it ended up only being 9 days! Jessica handled with Hertz for me so I didnt have to worry about it. My car looked brand new, straight out of the lot of a dealership (My car is 6 years old). I dropped the rental at Fix Auto and drove my car home. Part of what helped this whole experience better was the incredible coordination and services on their part so that I didnt have to worry about it on my end. I didnt have to think about getting a rideshare or a friend to take my car while I sort out the rental. Thank you Fix Auto and thank you Jessica for making me smile and feel better about my situation. You made it incredibly hard to be moody.
