They dont get large orders correctly most of the time. They taste pretty good as seen by the hype they generate. But if Ima order for more than me, Id go elsewhere.

If I have an itch for a quality burger Id go to my local In and Out. This place is really good. Great service. Be sure to ask for extra condiments.

Customer service was rude: The order was done already but she waited for me to ask for it. Then she literally threw the food at me, without giving a single piece of ketchup.I was supposed to enjoy burger and fries, WITHOUT KETCHUPPPPPPP?!! I walked in and waited for about 8 minutes and no one even noticed me. I had to try to talk to someone through the windo so they would notice me. I know theyre extremely busy, but, walk in customers count too...

Went to try this location and found my burger saltier than Im used it tasting at other locations. I think it was the grilled onions but I love In-N-Out too much to not come back for another go. Otherwise the workers were amazingly nice and efficient and my order came quick!

The cheese burgers with animal style onions are best. The staff works hard a making your order as you desire. French fries with special sauce is excellent.

Very nice people and the service is always fast, the only downside is the location so its always a long line with no where to drive in and wait. Its a small drive in that starts at the street. Other than that its a really good place.

At this location is the only place I know where they have the shakes thick and their burgers are always delicious no burnt buns here

Food is always good and the line seems to move pretty well. The only drawback, which most older ones have, is that the lot is too small to handle large amounts of cars.

As expected from any In n Out, service and food are all great. currently they only allow for takeouts. the out doors seating area is not available due to the pandemic, which is understandable.

We were literally In-N-Out in roughly 10-15 min from the time we got in line till we received our complete, accurate, and delicious order. Usually I to one in BP however, I might need to change locations.

Its in and out. Its what you do here. This place is a fast food burger and shake joint. Its what put them on the map. These guys werent in competition with no one cuz theyre in a class by themselves. Despite the long lines and the parade to just order the burgers and fries are fresh and the shakes are thick. This place is simple. They have 3 combos its a no brainer. No menu overload. But they have a secret menu. Do your research. I like animal style. But they have protein burgers too. That means no buns but your burgers comes wrapped in lettuce. Its a must try so get in line and get ready to hurry up and wait.

Long lines and at one point they needed more buns and stopped line of cars to get more buns which would have been fine if food didnt come out like it had been sitting out for a while..Also the strawberry shake came out insanely sweetbut regardless, food was delicious and all worth it.

Went two days in a row. Once in the evening and the other during the middle of the day. To my surprise, both times, there was no crazy long lines! Fast and friendly service!

Coming from the Midwest, had to have a West coast In-n-Out burger, was worth it. Definitely add salt to the fries or try the animal style! They have the not so secret menu! Check them out!

The outdoor order taker was MIA for the first fifteen minutes I was there. Then she took the order from the car in front of me, then went two cars back of me in the other line to serve a car that has arrived five minutes after me that took ten minutes to order, then LOST HER PLACE in my line. By the time I got my order in, I was one car back of the service window. The least competent In-N-Out I have ever visited.I spent thirty five minutes to traverse a five car queue.

For the second time they messed up my order. First time they gave me medium red meat. Second time I order a cheeseburger, paid for it and I got a hamburger. In the same order I ask for a double double they gave me only meat with grilles onions.

Read about this family owned business. I try to go when I know that grill has been seasoned all day. Sometimes, 12- 1 a.m.At one of my jobs, I was the first customer waiting for it to open at 10:30 am. They do not charge extra for fixings. The American way!2019, their price finally went up a little. Not a greedy company, that pays their cooks really well for flipping burgers. Fun to watch their teamwork in small area.Ask about the secret menu such as animal style. They make a great Grilled Cheese sandwich!Protein burger is a lettuce wrap no bun burger. Animal style grilled onion, grilled mustard, pickle.. the works. 3X3 triple 4X4 etc

Dont expect a sit-down In N Out, this is one of the old drive-thru only chains which adds to its charm. Staff is fantastic, food is consistently delicious, and Ive never had a bad experience at this particular location though Ive visited hundreds of times. Keep up the good work folks!
