They only give you 90 day “support”. Unfortunately, they classify downloading their product that you paid thousands for as “support”. So after 90 days if you need to download the product again, they’ll extort $250 for a “support incident” before giving you a download link. When you question them, here is the attitude you can expect.“Hi Jim:FYI......We provide free 90-day tech support for all new purchases and this software was purchased back in 2015 by other account.
