I highly recommend this shop to be extremely friendly. My mother tongue is not English. This shop makes me feel more comfortable than going to a Chinese gun shop.

Found this location on google and went there to transfer gun to my friend. Went there at 11ish am, already lineup. Karen would come out to check customer purpose of the visit and explained what we need or she could do for now before getting our turn to get in store. She made a great job to keep everything organized and efficiently. Tami was excellent and made the transition smoothly. She also gave me very good answers and suggestions of my additional questions. Love this shop. Highly recommend.

Called an asked if they sale any ammunition an the person on the phone said no a hung up before I could even ask another question about parts for my custom AR . Very rude. I will purchase all my parts elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Chucks/The Firing Pin for several years. I found him originally when looking for a difficult to find rifle. Chuck and crew have always been more than helpful and the prices are quite competitive. There is a friendly business atmosphere in the store. I recommend the Saturday gathering if you have time to visit with fellow enthusiasts.

I felt very comfortable with the staff. A bit difficult to locate. But, worth my travels.It felt like purchasing a firearm from a family member. Just as easy as it gets.Not to mention I found what I was fishing for. Very happy I was shown The Firing PIn.

Terrible Service waited in line for an hour to get the price on a scope mounting then to also be told their not taking in any firearms till late July. Definitely not coming back here.

To much violence

Ive been going there for over a year I can tell you its the best off-the-beaten-path place to get guns in the tri city area. The owner Big Chuck is very knowledgeable about all things guns, and the other two people there, Tami and Mark are very good at helping you find the right gun for you, and if they dont have it they can order it as long as its California legal. Almost forgot to mention they do bbq every Saturday so bring the wife and kids if you plan on getting a gun that day.

Came in for a charging handle for my rifle that a certain outdoorsman store (cough cough Turners) didnt have and had me waiting 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me,just to let me know they didnt have what I needed.1 two minute call and a 25 minute drive later I had my part. Thank you Firing pin staff. Im definetly coming back for that Galil I saw on the wall and one of those hot dogs lol.

No attitude here. Just friendly service. Gun selection is pretty small, but they can order just about anything for you.

I ordered a handgun from turner and waited over 7 months for it to come in. I walked into the firing pin, had one the same day. Cant beat that and great service too. I highly recommend this shop to all.

Very tight and small, so you dont have many guns to look at. And I think someone shot my brand new gun I order from online during the 10 days waiting period. Only good thing is they dont seem busy most of the time so no waiting for service.

Ive been coming here since they opened. Only for the true gun enthusiast. If youre a first-timer, might want to try elsewhere. Very small showroom, but can order anything you want.
