TLDR: sales aren’t updated, false advertising.Went to stock up on items and was looking to get the MiniZone promotions (one item per $15 advertised). Previous experiences at miniso allowed multiple items in the same transaction (eg. $30= 2 free items).Staff informed me it was a new manager that had just instated a new policy that day and hadn’t changed the advertisements, where it was limited to 1 item per transaction regardless of how much you spent. Aside, staff was very helpful- would have appreciated an update to the sales as advertised.Suggestion: do multiple purchases of $15 if you really want to make use of this promotion. Sales aren’t updated.

Lots of cute items. New Adventure Time partnership, so a few things were there. Great smelling perfume at low price, and some cosmetics items. Their jewelries are okay, when I came the prices were reduced, so very good buy.

Soooo many things to chose from, I love this store! I love this store bc of the quality things they bring in. This time around they have marvel avengers themed items 😍🥰 so many items and characters to chose from. I love how they r helping out by supporting purchases of penguin plushies to help oceana, inc. Theres travel items, purses, perfumes, make up, toiletries, housewares, pillows, electronics, jewelry, you name it, they have it 😆

My sister introduced this tiny store to me. I got the feel of Daiso but store is tiny. Noticed a lot of skin care products, and very inexpensive perfumes. They have their own line or something. Very little of somethings. For example, stationary, house slippers, pots and pans, kitchen towels,etc things not going to shop for at a Japanese store. There was a BOGO sale for their one year anniversary. Not many things were marked BOGO. Anyways, I didnt buy anything. And then, not to be rude, I noticed Daiso around the corner in the same plaza! I went there.

My mom and I came to Miniso and there was one employee who was very disrespectful. She was of Hispanic descent and instead of helping us, she sounded like she was lecturing us. We bought a phone case which was $2.95 and a lip tint that was 95 cents. The prices was switched for the lip tint and it was on sale so instead of it being 95 cents, it was $1.95. At the cash register, the lady kept repeating that it was 95 cents at first. Then I told her that the price wouldnt be right because the cost would $4.37 including tax instead of the $5.37. She kept repeating Oh your math good huh several times before proving me wrong she said Yeah your math very good. After that, did she say that the lip tint was $1.95. She served the last customer in the store before proceeding to curse at us. Granted my mom did curse but she cursed the situation not the employee. We didnt mean to make it a big deal however her attitude towards us was horrible. Please do check your employees before hiring them.

Great place for little gifts for adults and children. Really cute stuff and great deals. Friendly staff and welcoming.
