Not even after nine months, two of the shutters broke. one of the workers there offered a ten year warranty. when We went back to exchange the broken pieces, she refused to give it to us. She offered us a piece of plastic that is used to reinforce the blinds for THREE dollars a piece. We later bought a box of those reinforcements for only six bucks. Her attitude was condescending and accusing.

Very professional service and installation. Blinds are great value compared to other major home appliances stores. Would recommend!
