Friendly and quick, considering we were the only ones there. Service was very friendly and they were a great help figuring out what we wanted. Mint chip was my wifes choice and I had smores. Both were very tasty and both were roses. Could have used more fluff but figured that was to see the rose better. Aces anyway. Would recommend for the show that is put on in the process of making ice cream. Never had nitrogen ice cream before, but will start seeking it outCreamy, creamy, creamy.Thanks for the introduction. 👍😁🤠

Honestly wasnt that impressed with the ice cream. But the theatrics and optical demonstration og nitrogen frozen churned ice cream is thrilling. As if little blast of sub zero nitrogen couldnt be mesmerizing...kudos on a brilliant idea. Overall the velvety smooth ice cream was splendid, however flavor was mundane and lack luster.

The seasonal flavor of Chamango added an amazing taste in addition to warm waffle and cold ice cream was amazing. The ice cream flavor itself wasnt too amazing, but asides from that the service, aesthetic of the store, and the overall taste of the ice cream is the best!

Nitrogen ice cream is a gimic, but a good gimic. Very good stuff

I was really skeptical about trying Cauldron because I had a bad experience with nitrogen ice cream @ a different shop in Monrovia but Im so glad I gave this place a go. I was a fan from the first taste.I know that some people get thrown off by the texture of nitrogen ice cream because of how thick it can be but Cauldron was pretty smooth. Ive tried several different flavors but Sun, Moon & Stars is hands-down my favorite. It didnt take too long to make yet it was really cold. Cold enough not to melt inside a hot, freshly made Hong Kong waffle (they call it their puffle cone).Service is okay. There is only one bench to sit on inside with some table seating right outside the shop and plenty of public seating in the shared space of nice Asian plaza in which theyre located.Aesthetics: 4/5Service: 3/5Food: 4/5Recommend: YES

Tried the Earl Grey Lavender with puffle cone. It’s was good!

I went there with my girlfriend before the grand opening. I actually ended up not getting anything because there was a group of maybe 5 people in front of us and they were waiting to be served. Everything was really slow. I know they might not be ready but for it to make us wait 10 minutes and not being able to serve us was unacceptable. At least acknowledge our existence by saying Hello, Welcome, sorry but we will be right with you we wouldnt have walked out without ordering. Perhaps one day Ill try again.

I tried their Earl Grey Lavender with Churro Puffle cone. There were a couple of people ahead of us which made the wait turn into 15 minutes. It tasted good; the earl grey tea had a lavender aroma to it while the honey swirl on top gave a slight sweetness to the creamy texture. The churro puffle was bleh. Its basically an egg waffle with cinnamon toast crunch sprinkled on it. The liquid nitrogen makes for a nice bespoke ice cream...but it takes too long and has limited flavors for me to return.

4 Stars with room to to grow!Nice mint flavor, nice creamy texture but it melts fast!!! So start digging in right away!The whole mix, stir and freeze before your eyes is fun. I wish they served it to us a bit more frozen, maybe a second longer of cold exposure.I’ll be back to try the other flavors!

We came here to get dessert, some of the adults got Meet Fresh, but me and the kids decided to get ice cream. The deciding factor for me was the Dole Whip! Any place that serves Dole whip is aces for me. I got the small in a cone - was a bit disappointed that if you got a larger size, you couldnt mix flavors as there were a bunch of other flavors that sounded amazing like milk and cereal and earl grey lavender. They make the ice cream into nice flowers.

We came here for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves. Both of us ordered the puffle cones with our ice cream and that was a great choice. Theyre like a waffle with small circle puffs instead of cube holes. They come out warm, so you do have to be quick about eating your ice cream as a result, but its worth it. We tried the Cauldron flavor and the Rose H2O flavor, both were tasty.

Cool ice cream place where you can get icecream in the form of flower. The way they make the icecream is almost like an attraction because of their use of cooling ice. They also have different kind of cones.

The presentation is good, but the ice cream is nothing special. I would go with Baskin Robbins for good quay ice cream.

I have only been here one time for grand opening, I like it the egg puffle cones, they are actually very tasty and soft with a bit of crunch. I wouldnt have it all the time but the ice cream is hand made and they shape it as a flower for free.

Family and I went to their grand opening a month ago and ordered the Sun, Moon, and Stars ice cream with a red velvet puffle cone (essentially a Hong Kong egg waffle) and just a Family size (4 scoops) cup of the Earl Grey Lavender. Waiting for the ice cream wasnt long even though its made to order. All of them were pretty good and I also like that they can make the ice cream into a rose shape! The only thing I didnt like was the fact that you could only get 1 flavor for the 4 scoops instead of individual flavors, but I understand that its not pre-made and itd take longer to make 4 different flavors. Also, its pricey too but the ice cream is made with nitrogen, making it more creamy and denser, so probably thats why. Overall, a pretty solid ice cream place!

The ice cream was very smooth and flavorful, but the warm puffle cone was the star of the show. I got the original this time, but would definitely try the churro flavor cone next time.

The hype of this place is high but the actual taste isnt that great. Cauldrons take on the Hong Kong egg waffle lacks in terms of taste. Sure, they have a lot of different flavors but its not even close to how theyre made in Hong Kong. It tastes stale and its not crispy like how theyre supposed to be. The price is ridiculous for desserts and Id rather walk next door to summer rolls for a meal instead.
