It was out of quite a few items that they normally carry. Ive been shopping at this Publix for years. They have always been a little higher in price but you got excellent quality. Publix pricing has gone through the roof since Covid-19 & the quality has gone down. Weve tried other stores in our area. Looks like to me for some time now the prices on food have tripled to where people will not be able to afford the prices! Something needs to be done. Transportation for the grocers are hurting as well so its been hard getting food products. Food manufacturers have workers on strike, etc.

Absolutely love this Publix! The employees doing pick up orders communicate with you through the app if they can’t find what you want. Very good employees!

I Love Publix. They are a little more in price but there fruits and veggies seem to be more fresh and last longer than Winn Dixie. I like Publix better than Win Dixie. However Win Dixie has Publix beat with the price and quantity. Son I shop between the two. It works for me. 🤗

I love publix. But, will not use. Self check out. Under no circumstance will I use self check. I dont work for Publix. I will not spend my money that was earned as a cashier. To do the job of your cashiers. Later you will be raising your prices higher to accommodate the theft from self check out.

This place is extremely busy. Plus, I went there for some refrigerated pet fresh, and they had no refrigerator. Very disappointed. I guess the public in this area does not use it for their pets.

It was horrible they never have chicken after 4 my children and I waited 45 mins and they still didnt have any ready ..then the line to get other foods that was already made was so long it went to the bakery and the employees never said nothing ....im not going back to this particular store its like every time this happens ugh

The watermelons have been hit or miss this season and last season. The dark red cut melons are usually sweet. If the edible part is pink in color I wont buy it. Make sure there is a yellow patch at bottom. This means it is sweet usually.

Had a super sandwich at Publex...let me tell you Walmart does not make sandwiches . I was super surprised Walmart Deli person said that they dont make custom sandwiches..I was not happy with them so I tried Publex and to my hungry surprise they offered me a selection of french, Italian bread and they hooked me up. Go to Publex Im happy shopping there...

Ordered subs by phone for pickup, store is always clean, employees are always helpful, the self check out lines are such a great addition to Publix. What I love most is that I can place my order by phone and everything be right when I get home, unlike going thru a drive-thru fast food chain getting home and realizing they screwed up your order and your must likely missing something if you had to get food for more then 2 people, SO AGGRAVATING. Thank you Publix for always making it a great experience to shop with you.

This is newer location but its bottom of the list of where I would choose to shop regularly. Attitudes of workers are horrible and quality of produce is disgusting. Ive seen ppl bring pets and let them put their wet noses and dripping tongues right where the produce is.

The manager, Melissa is incredibly unprofessional and downright mean. She told one of the clerks that she did not care about my disability (rheumatoid arthritis) and that she should just carry on with her regular duties, and it made me feel unwelcome at this Publix. I hope they change these ways that they have, I’ve been a regular customer for as long as I have been living here. It’s not very kind to say those thoughts out loud, let alone provide the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my time going to Publix! I know they can do better.

For some strange reason, they did not have enough cashiers that day.Also it to a good 30 min to get waited on in the deli.What gives Publix?So unlike your service.

I shop here usually on Wednesdays. Shelves are NOT always well stocked. Yesterday there were very few choices of Marie Callendars meals, and only two that I liked. (I only bought four.) Could not find the Organic Kale, 2 for $5.00 so I asked an employee. He did not know. Found some organic kale, but was not priced according to the sale. Did not buy any...... it use to be a pleasure to shop here. Now its just a chore!

We came on a rainy day. The reflective paint outside was slippery and a few of us almost slipped on it. Also, the deli department was lacking today. The middle eastern gentleman in that dept. didnt understand the settings on the slicer. I asked for 1/2 lb cut at a .5. What he gave me was 2 lbs cut at a 2. No thanks. I didnt buy it. This is waste. He also didnt understand the difference between the brands of meat. Tried to give me Publix when I wanted Boars Head. Thank you

It was a quick run in & out. This publix isnt equipped with newer upgrades as some other Publix since its an older version. Found some bullet grapes tho.

By far the best store! My daughter was having a meltdown & while most of the store looked at us in a very obvious disapproving manner a cashier walked over to me help me & starting putting things into my cart locked eyes with me & told me how great I was doing. Appreciated her more than shell know, hope youre reading this now. Thank you! Stores always clean, usually stocked & has an excellent self checkout staff!

I like this store because it is new and I have gotten to know some of the employees. They are always very friendly to me since Im a regular. I would give it a 5 but hesitate because I think some work needs to be done on the employee satisfaction side in the Deli. Ive heard employees complain about each other and customers on numerous occasions. They are not very descreet about it.

Love Publix, the people are always friendly and kind, even if your constantly asking where something is; their attitude never changes towards you.Now, I will say the one Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville, Florida, there is this one young lady who is very nasty and its no wonder they have her retrieving buggies, maybe she is going through somethings but she was totally rude and nasty when we where in need of one of a buggy.

I ordered my sub online and arrived at told time only to wait 40 minutes longer before receiving sub. This has now happened 3 times in a row now so I stopped going here. Managenent needs to re evaluate the deli workers it has as they cant multi task at all. This place use to be on point but they moved their quality workers out of deli and now it is a joke... Stay away from ordering subs from this location if possible unless u like to wait forever to get your food.

Heres the problem, they were ready and theu got the Reubens all wrong.LATE AND WRONG is unacceptable.I later found out from employees to stay away from that Publix. The service is notorious for being horrible. Now I see why

Was there to get a couple of deli sandwiches however, the line was so long I decided just to get deli meat and sub rolls instead. 30 minutes later and only two people in front of me with one person helping us.

Bathrooms could be a lot cleaner the associates at the deli counter was nice after i waited for about 10 minutes to be waited on while they walk back and forward doing whatever i was the only person in line waiting someone finally acknowledged my existence after about 10 minutes ..

This is the worst publix ive ever been to. The Slowest, most rude, talkative, unproductive sandwiche line. Took 45 mins to get my sub. Seriously 45 mins. All while deli managers and leads run around with seemingly nothing to do. Only 2 registers open with lines backing into the isles. And low stock on the cold refreshments. Just did not look and feel like a Publix.

Worst Deli Ive ever visited. They had one woman making sandwiches on a friday at noon. This lady was so slow. Zero hustle zero sense of urgency. She made one sub in the 20 mins I stood there. Worst part is that there were three managers standing around just staring at people doing nothing. Complained to the office cashier and he just chuckled and sad yea they suck. Even though this publix is right by my house Ill be driving to another if I need anything from the deli.

I recently went shopping there and I received cash back for my purchased. As I unloading my stuff to my house, I noticed I dropped my money somewhere in the parking lot. I went back to see if it was still there or somebody might have returned it. I ask a customer service representative if somebody returned it, she laugh at the situation as if shes no compassion for me. Its my fault I should of put it in my wallet but I didnt deserve that response.

I placed a pick up order an hour before I came to pick it up and it wasnt ready when I got there and the orders were totally wrong. Whats the point of placing an order an hour ahead of time if you still have to sit and wait when you get there just to get the wrong order Im really dissapointed

If youre ordering any sub around lunch time, pick your pickup time 15mins before your actual time. Everyone does it. I check and subs with times 15-30 mins past are still sitting. Never wait, always speak up or youll never get it. Deli is always packed. Ill drive the extra 5 mins going forward and go to the Fowler location.

Mangos rotten on inside. Looks freshly picked on exterior. Store clean, spacious aisle, easy to find items. Service ok. Employees seemed tensed. Like they just came out of a bad meeting or something.

Such a beautiful store. An amazing floral section. I feel so good shopping here! Theyve added many new greenwise products.

Even though I ordered my subs online and waited to go pick them up past the time I set because I was running late; I had to wait in store for another 20 minutes before my subs were actually ready. They were made right so im not complaining about that because publix subs are always a great way to end the day when youre hungry. But by the end of the wait I was very hangery and I was trying to avoid that by placing my order ahead of time.

This stores deli department is seriously struggling in the customer service department. The lady who answered the phone was rude as heck, offered no help, and spoke with a bad attitude. Not even the lunch rush and this woman refused to check on something for me. Definitely skipping over this Publix next time I’m in the area.

Went and purchased a half chicken, cooked - @ publics, went home - opened the bag snatched the chicken Hungary as heck- However the half chicken I paid almost $8 for was raw. Returned it to a rude customer service person. Wasted gas and my time! Im still Hungary.!

Went in 5/12/2021 to purchase a sub from the deli, first when I got inside the line was extremely long which is ok because it was during lunch hour. However I stood in line for over a hour to finally get served very unacceptable. As I was in line waiting to workers a man & woman got into a verbal altercation both were very loud yelling & cursing. One they both were employees on the clock, two it’s lunch time let’s get the line down or go in the back and disagree amongst each other instead of in-front of all the employees. This was sad after the man walked away the woman kept going on & on with other employees about what happened instead of at least trying to help get the line down. I don’t think I will be eating from or purchasing anything from this location. Also the deli area was very dirty trash on the floor no lids for Xlarge cups on top of no wheat bread during lunch rush hour. Please address all issues this was very ridiculous. Anyway after an whole hour and a half I finally was able to get my sub and leave I only waited because my taste bugs was already set for a Publix sub. However this location has a lot of issues that need to be addressed.
