After remodeling, this place is awesome. Very well maintained, quick and efficient. Perfect place for college students to get their cars serviced and cleaned.

This used to be a great car wash. I’ve been getting the ‘Ultimate’ car wash for years. But over the years, it’s progressively gotten worse. Today, after my car wash, I sat in my vehicle and saw that the front dash had not even been touched and there were still crumbs in both seats. As I’m showing this to the representative, I open the trunk and noticed that none of the door sills or cracks have been touched. The level of service and quality that this place used to have is no longer existent. Even after pointing it out to the manager, he tells me that they never use to clean door sills and just merely wipe away the dirt. I used to be very happy with this car wash and came here regularly with 3 vehicles, but I’ll have to take my business somewhere else.

There are no daily or weekly specials here, but it’s worth your every single penny.I choose the $24.99 wash ($3 extra for my full size SUV) and am extremely satisfied every time. The care they take to wash and detail your vehicle leaves you in awe.The building is beautiful and the waiting area is as well. There are massaging chairs inside (for a fee) as well as seating outside under an umbrella.The crew works hard and detailed to exceed your expectations. The lady at the cash register could be a bit more courteous (a smile and “welcome” perhaps..) but that still doesn’t take away from the amazing job these men do.I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!You can get oil changes here (they offer Mobile 1 oil) that come with a complimentary car wash!I strongly recommend!

I used to come here all the time and then was in area and got service which was good however I returned today and the car wash is being remodeled they refused to give me student discount and also upp the price of service. I omy go back here again sad to say it’s not like it used to be

Went today it was pretty quick. They did a great job. While waiting you can sit outdoors where there is sun protection. Alao inside there is AC massage chairs. Oh, id you need an oil change they do both. Nice. Good prices.

Terrible service. I will ensure no jeep wrangler owners that I know go to this car wash. I was forced to get a hand wash for my jeep and my grille still had dried dirt and bugs on it. Also there were soap suds and water that was visible. Mine you, I paid $53 and added a tip because thats what I was charged. I will never come back to this place especially being told that the water is dirty thats why I can see the residue, which was told to me by the man who washed my vehicle. I asked them could they run it through the machine so it gets a thorough wash and I was informed it only could be hand washed, in which I thought would be spectacular because they should take their time. However, that wasnt the case and it seems as if it was barely rinsed with water. I am so disappointed and unsatisfied 😞.

Got my car washed. They did a decent job. Asked specifically to clean one area, wasnt done. But overall Ms Pearl (my car) came out looking new again.

Very very poor customer service, overpriced for what you receive for a wash no one to greet you, outdated, poor chemical dispense on the vehicle, very very poor service when the employees towel dry your car still left there with soap stains and dirt on the vehicle. I DO NOT recommend this place and I emphasize I DO NOT recommend this place until they improve on their equipment, chemical, and most of all customer service and experience!!!!!

Not expensive, you choose from a few different car washing options. The car goes in without you to be washed.. The lounge area isnt too bad. You get to see your car passing through. They do have a ton of buy able things in the lounge (sunglasses, greeting cards, air freshners...etc. ) the gentlemen that dry your car after the wash do a decent job. I always place a tip in there tip jar. Definitely a worthy car wash place.

It is simple to get to. Service is quick. $23.99 for a oil and car wash. Not a bad deal. I like it and will keep coming back.

Unprofessional. Used to be a good place to wash your car, now I dont know happen. They said they vacuumed the seat, but when I looked, there was still visible crumbs and powder. Then the guy made the excuse that he vacuumed it but if I want it more clean, Id have to up the package. Ill change my review when I see change. Hope this helps.

If you are on any time restraint, do not rely on this establishment to be quick. For whatever reason, there were multiple people who came in, dropped off their car, picked up their car, and left by the time my car got washed. I watched my car sit parked behind the building for 17 minutes while other cars went past mine into the car wash. Ive lived in Tampa for over 3 years and have (by necessity) come here 4 times. I do not recommend coming here if you do not like to have your time wasted.

Excellent first experience. A little lower price, especially with USF discount, than other places. My car interior was very dirty, with lots of sand from trips to the dog park. They got the inside a bit cleaner than other places. It was slow, so several people worked on my Mazda. Friendly, efficient staff. Think this will be my new go-to place for car washes.

Good car wash but it took 45 min for a vacuum and exterior wash.

Normally very happy with Bulls Car Wash, but yesterday after spending $30 plus a tip for the ultimate car wash I was very, very disappointed! When I got my car back I had the same bug stains on the front of my car and when I ask about front of my car not being clean...the guy said no and walked off. Then I got in the car to discover foot tracks on the drivers panel side. When I got home I had to whip the panels of my car down, so why did I pay $30 plus a tip to do it myself???? Looking for a new car wash location!

Dont waste your time here. They are overpriced even with their coupons. It might end up being the same price as an actual car place like Tuffy. Choose a real car place cuz they dont do that great of a job. Nor is the car wash and vacuum worth it cuz that barely does anything. Disappointed and never coming back here again. If you pay $25-30 for an oil change for a place like this, you are way over paying.

I didnt get my oil change because it was over crowded just like when I attempted to go in years ago. The girl at the desk wasnt knowledgeable, she told me go back outside & ask for so and so...So i played along went looking for said worker who wasnt in the bays, it was busy and no one acknowledged me... Walked back to my car and went couple doors away go Take 5 where a friendly eager employee greeted me and I was able to even use a coupon! Yea wont be back to bulls...that place is bull.. Ive tried twice to give them money they didnt want it..

Spoke with someone over the phone the day before coming to get an oil change and the guy told me there a certain price for that particular vehicle and for my particular vehicle make model and year.I called in the next day to get my car all changed and they told me a totally different price and would not honor what the guy told me the what price the guy told me the previous day it was completely unprofessional I am a student at USF and I was told a certain price and didn’t get it .Don’t come here you get a better value at Walmart.The price is higher when I came in person as opposed of over the phone.

I’ve been going to bulls car wash for the last year. Yesterday I went in and got the ultimate car wash like I always do. When I got back into my car I seen that they put My floor mats back into my car dirty. Why wouldn’t you clean somebody’s floor mats before you put it into their newly cleaned car? The last time I came in, they got armor all all over the glass to my speedometer and my windshield. When I first started coming to this place they did A1 Service. It’s starting to go downhill now. Their prices are very competitive that’s why I like them but the service that they’re giving is not up to par

I was traveling through the area and was looking for a good car wash that also cleaned the inside. I am so glad I stopped here. I highly recommend them. The service was outstanding from both the young man who took my request and the lady at the counter who collected my money. I asked the young man if they did a good job on windows because I owned a window cleaning company for years and am very picky. He made a note to do an extra good job on the windows, and they certainly did! These were the best I have ever seen a place do. Thank you for the great job!

Consistently poor service! I do not see the value for the amount I pay here. Every single time I did the ultimate wash, I had to point out where they missed out and they still don’t do a good job. Today, it got to a point where I had to ask him for his piece of cloth to clean a seat on my own! I have light colored seats and it came back with black muddy prints (it was raining and some how they got it dirty while cleaning it). When I pointed it out, he just wiped it out partly. When I took his cloth, it was soaked with dirty water and was leaving black marks on the seat. I also paid $5 extra for bug removal. It was all the same and they said your card is ready to go.... I made them do it all over again! This was the last time, I am finding a new spot to clean my car!

I came here on Friday 30 min before they closed they said they wouldn’t have enough time to Detail my car so that was understandable because it was before closing so they told me to come back on Saturday I came back on Saturday and they said they have no shampooers this is the second time I got turned around I feel like this is unprofessional how are you a detail place if you don’t have shampooers?

Stop by to receive a detailing quote for my suv. I asked the employee sitting outside who I needed to speak with as I wanted a quote. He came over & said they charge by the hour. I laughed At that since they could drag it out just to run my bill up. Told him I needed a price he opened my car doors and said 5 hours $260. So they charge $52 an hour? Crazy! He did suggest I get an ultimate wash. Very odd most places try to upsell you. I really don’t think he wanted the business.

I like going here because in my way it seems like Im helping to support the struggling students at the University of South Florida. Mainly all young people work in the car wash just a few blocks from the campus.

This place is phenomenal. They do an excellent job on my vehicle every time I visit! Great attention to detail.

When you get a full detail, you expect things like your floor to be cleaned, the outside of the vehicle clean and things not to be broken.

It is just not worth it to take your car to Bulls Car Wash. Ive gone several times for both oil changes and car washes. After spending close to $75 for a full synthetic oil change, I questioned why they had not wiped down my dashboard. They said that was an up charge... after already spending $75! I went back again for just a car wash (package #4, $20.99) and noticed there were still leaves and other debris on my floor! I had to ask them to go back and vacuum! Unless you want to sit there and micromanage every little detail, go elsewhere.

Update: they charged me an extra $5 for lovebug removal, seems they didnt remove any love bugs from my car i have attached a photo.I will never go here again, i took my car here for a wash and wax so that it could look beautiful for the new owner i sell it to. The wait time was long like always and when i got home and really examined my car i noticed it was not waxy at all. I called up bulls car wash to inforn them i paid for wax but i dont see any on my vehicle. Their reply was everything is done through a machine, the wax is just a protectant for the car, its not supposed to make the car shiny. What???? So their deluxe wash is a false advertisement. When i drove my car that night i noticed they had wax all over my windows which made it extremely difficult for me to see and drive. Go to circle k if you want a machine to clean your car, bulls car wash does the same thing but for more of your hard earned money

Cheap oil change, good service, nice waiting area, they wash your car and dont charge 50$ for your basic sedan oil change. Nice waiting area with space and massage chairs (paid) if youre into that.

The lady that works in the front when asked did not know what the prices were. I was told by her to go outside and read the sign. Unbelievable. Meanwhile she was busy texting while speaking to me.

The people here are very nice and professional. Great job and price for an oil change and car wash.

Was very disappointed this time and mad!!! I dont appreciate my car being moved and squealing my tires!!! I watched them!!! Car sat after wash and didnt get wiped/cleaned as it should be. I had said something to the guy who cleaned my car, about not being cleaned and windows clean, half way did that.. Looked at me as if I had 4 eyes... Had no time to go inside and say something about it..

As a general rule my car is messy. I practically live out of it, work out of it, and sleep out of it. I have not had a thoroughly cleaned and easily over 3 years. It was a mess! I can say, without a doubt, that Bulls Car Wash is the absolute best place to take your vehicle when it needs to be cleaned. I had an oil change and their Deluxe Car Wash and my car looks feels and smells like new. There is no other place I will go to get my cars cleaned.

This is a high-capacity quick turnover car wash. They do a good job. I dont like that they add the extra charge for pick-up as they are already a high-priced car wash. I would most likely show up more if I didnt have to pay this extra charge as I have to go out of my way to come there.

Today was one of my worst experiences at this establishment. I went for a carwash and purchased the 20.99 package. Meaning vacuum and dashboard wipe down and ect. I had to ask them to vacuum my seats. The cashier was very rude in person and over the phone. She went to the extreme of calling the temple terrace police department to try and have me trespassed because i asked for her manager name. And of course when i asked for her name she refused. As a individual in customer service that is not a choice for you to not give a paying customer your name. I told her that i was going to complain because she obviously need to be retrained as a cashier or something. That is not a good look. She will cause people to not want to spend their money. And just to clear the air i am a black female. Not trying to throw the race card at her but it seemed like she was bothered by me

Came home from the beach and the truck looked the kids sand box. Went they finished it looked like it came off the showroom floor. It like new. Wow! Thank you Bulls Car wash.

Very negligent with your car, they use too much liquid near the trunk/ hood latches, then your alarm will go off randomly afterwards thinking the hood/trunk is open... Regrease your doors and latches...OPEN your HOOD/ trunk then set the alarm or lock the doors..... Unlock it & then Close the hood /trunk & set the alarm to hopefully fix... Update they got the fob wet $260 TO REPLACE!

This location is a work in progress definitely toward success. The employees were quick to help and very effective in what they did. I was in and out in no time. If you need a quick detail and wash check this out.

First time going to Bulls car wash got a oil change mobile oil for 4995 the only vacuum the inside of my car did not the inside of my windows did not mention that there was an upgrade to get the rest of the car wash done the cashier was very unprofessional the guys outside was very unprofessional will never go back there

Worst experience ever. Washers didnt know how to drive my vehicle and dragged it to the front of the line. Did absolutely nothing about it. We have the conversation on file though.

Totally worth the money! Paid about $30 for everything and will definitely return to do the same. I will probably do the standard clean bi weekly and the $30 clean quarterly. They are extremely friendly too!

This is a busy location. The place is almost always crowded. Their service is good but they need to pay more attention to detail. It almost feels like they rush with the service because theyre busy. I always have to bring the window cleaning to their attention.

I am not sure if management has changed, but I am so disappointed in Bulls Carwash. The woman running the interior is rude, she has no clue what is going on and cant keep track of tickets and cars. Everyone is confused and customers are getting frustrated. Will have to find a new spot in TT to go to.

Lazy employees and awful management!I went there to get the inside of car washed and cleaned. They brought me a menu. I chose the second expensive. But after getting car back from them. I noticed they just washed the outside body of the car and didn’t do anything with the inside !!

I love how friendly the employees are & they always let me know if my fluids are low & even fill for free if not too low if they are really low they just charge all small fee to refill. I’ve visited this location on several occasions and have been pretty pleased with the results. I have kids and noticed other customers with kids. Would be nice if there were some kid-friendly entertainment or semi-contained area given the 20 to 30 minute car wash time.

Just got my car washed at Bulls Car Wash and Im thoroughly pleased. Seems like they went that extra mile. My car is virtually spotless. This is my go to place for getting my car cleaned.

Would not reccomend this place. My husband brought my car in for an oil change and it was running smoothly with no problems. After the oil change they handed him the receipt to sign and then gave him the full receipt covering their service slip comments. They never mentioned anything. I was on winter break so I did not drive my car for a few days. The first time I drove my car it died! We had to have it towed and it had major smoke and errors. I had to junk the car! This is right during going back to work so i had to wait until the Saturday to go speak with them. I reviewed the service statement. It said when they opened it there was metal shavings. If this was true, they should have come spoke with my husband as he would have halted the oil change and had it towed to our mechanic so the engine could be cleaned and not destroy the engine. They should not have continued the service or completed the transaction without speaking about it. I suspect they sheared off something opening it or closing it as I had zero issues before. When I returned, I was shamed by the manager for not coming in sooner (I was working and couldnt) and told they would review the tapes. They never contacted me as promised and were rude during the exchange. All I wanted was refund of the oil change that should not have continued or even a sorry this was not communicated about during the oil change. A consumer should always be able to make an informed decison. Note: this was in Jan. So hopefully they have new management by this point and better training. I was really disappointed as this places communication.

I purchased a full detail car wash which included entire wax and interior cleaning. My SUV looked brand new when I picked up my vehicle. AMAZING Job!!! They are the best and most thorough wash for your vehicle by far in the area!

Ive been coming here for the last 5 years or so. I come here every time I need an oil change and Ill usually get the Ultimate Wash. I will always come here because I know my car is being taken care of. Everything is always done in a timely manner, and the employees are wonderful!

Go to a real car wash and oil lube service provider. Was told one price but charged another. Claim was my truck needed an additional quart of oil. Service manager did not inform me. Was told I should have known! Wow! I will never go back and NOT RECOMMEND this place to any one. Very bad customer service.

Up most, worst place ever. I went to the car wash on Saturday March 21, 2020. We arriving I was asked what wash I wanted, so I explained to the girl a hand wash. She didnt understand because she was like the deluxe or another one. I stated again, a hand wash. By that time Josh (i believe is his name) came up and said hello and asked if I wanted the normal, which was a hand wash. I answered with a yes. I have a Mercedes C250 the screen for my radio has an option to turn off. So I ALWAYS have it off. I have a few witnesses and the Mercedes dealership that can prove there was nothing wrong with my screen. But magically after the car was done with its hand wash and the interior was half way cleaned with just the doors and the dash whipped down, I was flagged to come to the car to check it out. So me and my friend went over. After I looked at the outside, I then went to the inside. I noticed that all the inside seats was NOT cleaned, then I started the car and noticed that the screen was black with red, blue, green, and yellow lines going through it. I freaked and immediately went to seek to a manager or owner. No manager or owner was available so it was just people I spoke to. Josh was the one whom came over and looked at it. He tried saying they do not touch the screens so they didnt do it. Then after being gone for about 30 minutes the screen came back on, so I then moved my car to the front. I let them know it was working and in between that time it went out again. The screen then went black with black lines. I voiced myself again that this was not like this before I came. They again was making every excuse that they didnt do it or there was no way possible it could of happened by them. The screen then came back on then went back off this time to black with red lines. My friend then noticed the wipe mark on the bottom of the screen and water marks at the top of the screen, where he wiped the bottom then realized he wasnt suppose to do that and left the spray still on the top of the screen. After about 10 minutes the screen went to normal again. So there was another guy, not sure what is name is because they never told me. But he said himself he seen the marks but cant prove that it was from them. They feel that because the screen was black at the time it was going through the vacuum part and their cameras shows that the screen is black that they dont know if it was like this before. But they dont have cameras for the rest of the cleaning process. And lets not mention the whip down part is the last process part. When I took my car in there it was SUPER dirty so I didnt magically just put wipe marks and water stains on the screen. After all the excuses they just refunded my money for the wash. After I left the screen then started blinking black and somewhat the normal screen. I reached back out to speak to the owner on Sunday, whom refused to talk until a lawyer calls.This is the worst place to go to. They are incompetent and have incompetent workers working for them. They can not take responsibility for their actions that they have done. I will be getting in touch with a lawyer because Bulls Car Wash broke my screen in my car and they will be held accountable for there actions.
