What a great find during our trip to Tampa. The Cookie Dream malt shake was delicious and all the ice cream flavs were tasty and creamy. We loved all the flavs and service was really good. They do have a rewards program as well.

First of all the younger guy who worked here in 3/24/21 is simple outstanding he was so nice and patient. With me and my friend we ordered the Superman ice cream it was ABSOLUTELY delicious!! The customer service was OUTSTANDING and the ice creams were great! GREAT PRICED will return!

Yummy flavors of all ice cream.All ice cream was fresh and full of flavor.The actual cookie in cookie monster selected was chocolate chip. The cookie could use some work. It was hard, but might need to be that way for sandwiches of ice creamStill at 8Pm, it still needs work.Will be back to try more flavors of ice cream.

Tasty ice cream with lots of options and special cones including pufflecone which looks like a cross between a Belgian waffle and a roll of bubble wrap. I tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream which seemed like a good idea except there was actual (soggy) CTC cereal in it, and a blueberry fudge flavor I forget the name of but which was quite good. Service was quick and friendly.

Great little spot for some ice cream in Temple Terrace. Great service and selection too! Only negative for me personally was the other customers being obnoxious, but that is mostly age related. Will definitely be going back!

We’re new to the area and I’m so happy we stumbled on this ice cream shop! For one, the location is great for me personally since it’s so close, but it’s also very close to a handful of restaurants too. The ice cream is DELICIOUS, prices are so reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. There are so many choices of flavor and options for your ice cream (sundae, cones, ice cream sandwiches!!!) that it took my daughter and I a while to decide, everything looked great. We will definitely return and recommend anyone in the area to stop in for the best freaking treat!

The ice cream is amazing,they have a variety of home made creams as well as non dairy choices.They also carrie a variety of different cones and home made cookies for ice cream sandwiches. I went in not planning to buy anything but the employees were so polite with answering all my questions I have been two days in a row.I cant wait to try more flavors

I have Mixed feelings 🤔 my coconut 🥥 flavored ice cream was good, but would have been way better if there was real coconut in the ice cream blend vs just flavoring. Then ya could also cut the strawberries up some too for the toppings.The hot fudge topping tasted burnt 🤔 The Donut cone is a great idea in theory if done right, but the one we got was cooked too fast that caused it to be burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. I have had way better.The service was great and yes it is nice to watch them make it.

I had the salted caramel with marshmallows and hot fudge in a donut cone. My friend had the salted caramel with granola, hot fudge and whipped cream in a puddle cone. The ice cream tasted fantastic and we each like our cones. The only negative was I did think the doughnut cone was a bit too high priced. The staff was friendly and good about explaining everything since it was our first time there.

Best local ice cream shop period. The flavors are all homemade and delicious, and the prices are amazing as well. The staff is always very kind and welcoming. 100% recommend. Support your local businesses :)

Amazing ice cream with so many flavors to choose from. They offer bunch of variety bottle sodas along with cookies and lots of speciality creations. Custom made cookie sandwich and a puffle cone is a must try.

Very large selection of ice cream, malts, shakes, fresh made ice cream sandwiches. Prices are very reasonable. This was first time I have been there & will definitely be going back. Definitely worth the drive from Zephyrhills to Tampa.

Wow! This place is fun with ice cream.Its great to watch them not only make your ice cream, but your cone is made right in front of you too.The cones are about $6-$8 but thats with a unique cone and about 3 scoops of ice cream. The scoops in a bowl are about $5 (plus watching your ice cream and cones being made). The ice cream and the cones taste great!Not somewhere I can afford to go to often, but its a wonderful treat once in a while.

Quite disappointed. Really expensive for mediocre ice cream. The ice cream doesnt taste like anything special. And its REALLY EXPENSIVE, especially for being in a college area. The donut cone is boring. Not worth $8.50. Great soundtrack playing. Thats about the only positive thing I can say.Go to icesmile! We went to Icesmile a few days later and it was delicious! Plus you got more than this place and it was a little cheaper.

Slow service but decent ice cream. The cookie dough was too sweet and too rich for my grandson. Chocolate mint was excellent. If first time, definitely try before you buy.

Im a healthcare worker and i work near the area. I called Chill Bar Ice Cream to see if they delivered to the office and the manager Alex said NO but he would be willing to walk it over to our office. I told him i would call him back to make the order once i spoke to my co-workers to make a big order.I didnt end up calling back because we got busy with patients, but we were pleasantly surprised when Alex walked over and delivered some ice cream over for our office. My team was very happy to have receive this treat. Thank you for thinking about us Alex.

A must go to in Tampa. Cheap first date. They are expanding the menu to more than ice cream in 2019. You get to choose from a soft dough cone, a cup, or a sweet churro like cone. I keep it simple when i go. But the sky is the limit here. Cheaper than cold stone and ice smoke for sure. $5.49 for my large treat.

Is like the old fashion icecream parlors, many flavors to choose from, large scoops at a very fair price. Lots of different cones to choose from or you can get it in a cup. They had many other items to choose from, loike cookie icecream sandwiches or milkshake, an assortment of cookies and more. I would highly recommend this place. The icecream was delicious!

Based off my experience, this shop deserves no less than a 5 star. The store interior is super cute & has convenient parking area which is always a plus. Most importantly the ice cream is yum.Shop was very clean and simplistic. The customer service was good and staff was helpful. I really like the idea of building my ice cream from bottom to top.I ordered vanilla ice cream with whip cream & graham cracker in a puffle cone. It was absolutely perfect and sufficient to satisfy my sweet tooth. It is my definition of good ice cream. I loved that the puffle cone is made fresh and on the spot as well.I would definitely consider this my new ice cream spot whenever I have cravings which is pretty much everyday. Prices are definitely worth it! I can’t wait to come back and try out all the other flavors & cones (variety to pick from, it’s awesome).P.S VEGAN OPTIONS!! Also do yourself the favor and do not touch the bottom of your cup, my finger felt like it burned off because of the nitro lol. Nitro makes it super convenient to drive home and not have melted ice cream left. Highly recommend!

I found this place by accident yesterday! I had some time to kill and looked up ice cream, I noticed this place and said to myself, why not? I got a doughnut cone with mint ice cream and chocolate chips topped off with hot fudge. It was delicious however I feel it is too much for one person as I was unable to finish on my own. The way they make it is so much fun to watch and helps time pass. They do have healthier options as well with different fruits. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable people who are more than happy to answer all your questions. I would recommend this place and definitely will go again.

The ice cream was great and the donut cones were absolutely delicious. Baked fresh so they were still warm with the cold ice cream inside. A lot of good ice cream flavors to choose from too.

Me and my family went out for ice cream at this location. Last time I came to visit Florida my lil sister took me here cuz I wanted some ice cream and the lady that waited on me kind of had a attitude but I by passed it well on tonight I told my kids and wife to get ice cream we moved to the area and I really wanted them to try this while we walked into the store and the same young lady waited on use I then told her it was going to be a big order as we placing are order she then told me she got off at 6 and for me to wait for the guy who was parking his car I then at this point knew she much carry a nasty attitude the guy comes in she walked to the back he put gloves on no washing the hands or anything after spending 50 dollars if my kids and wife really wasn’t happy to try this I would have walked out this is very sad and Covid it still here you must not care about staying opening doing things like that

This unique twist on traditional ice cream has a nice texture and is sweeter than you might be used to. Unfortunately the wait is very long because its such an arduous process to make. We felt hot inside. We also noticed one of the mixers wasnt wearing gloves and no one had hats or hair nets. One gentleman with longer hair did not even have it pulled back while making cones. Its worth a try if youve never had it before. It is fun to watch them make it, but dont come if youre in a rush or generally impatient.

Best nitrogen ice cream ever

The employees were super nice and answered all our questions. They even gave us a little something extra for Fathers Day! I totally recommend the puffles. To me they taste like a light waffle that isnt too sweet so it pairs beautifully with ice cream. Will definitely be back if Im in the Temple Terrace area!

The puffle cone is such a great invention! Conveniently located in the midst of a multitude of food choices its a perfect after lunch or dinner snack. Theres so many choices of baked goods as well as ice cream preparations. Its fresh creative and so yummy.

This place is probably one of my favorite ice cream places in Tampa. Huge variety of flavors and their cookie-ice cream sandwiches are wonderful. Im definitely coming back to get some more ice cream because its always hot outside. The inside is nicely renovated so it has a CHILL vibe. Definitely recommend this place!

Great ice cream flavors and different dessert options to choose from. My favorite flavor in particular is called sticky fingers, if you like peanut butter, chocolate and caramel then I highly recommend! The staff is nice and the inside is clean!

Came here and was blown away! The ice cream looked great on the inside and very clean. The ladies behind the bar was super nice to us. I gotten the puffin birthday cake and a puffin very berry strawberry. They were so delicious. I definitely recommend this spot to chill and have ice cream.

After hearing rave reviews from our neighbors about Chill, my family and I visited on a Saturday afternoon. My husband got Cupids Love Potion (whats he trying to prove?) and my daughter got the most 5-year-old thing possible, an ice cream sandwich made of rainbow sprinkle sugar cookies and birthday cake ice cream. Everything was excellent - I was the most surprised at how incredibly good the sugar cookies were!Side note: they also stock an impressive variety of unusual soda flavors, including Butterbeer!
