Okay so the customer service department is amazing and they are 5 stars. BUT the car service department need a lot of work.I went in for a recall on my BMW and they are really nice and they treat your car with a lot of care. I always have misstrust for the service department because they find problems that werent there before. Yes they offered to fix them for a price that is out of this work outrageous. Again I know BMW and they charge a lot more but they must be insane.Then they managed to fry the not only a fuse but the whole housing for it. They did offer to fix it and I am sure they will but now I need to go a week without heat in my car. Also when I got my car back they dont really finish the work of putting things back.I am sure they are good at what they do but for me personally this was nothing but a pain.Again the customer service department was great my issue is with how the work on the car was done and how I got it back in worse condition then when I brought it in.

The service dept here is top notch. Very professional. They get you in and out quickly. Have been using them for many years. Highly recommend

I was racially profiled by the parts and service manager. He never apologized. I believe if I wasnt Hispanic he wouldnt have threatened me with calling police on me if I didnt leave the dealership after voicing my concern and disappointment with the work performed on my vehicle .
