I always give my experience a 5 star rating the customer service like usual was exceptional and i wont go anywhere else ive paid off many things there. If you want good customer service and great prices with great people that will work with you on anything and everything go to the rent a center on 46 in terre haute indiana.

Recomend shopping here if you need to rent things. Done business with them for the last 6 years never had an issue that wasnt solved as fast as possible.

If I could rate them a 0 star I would! We was overcharged and when I brought it to their attention ART THE STORE MANAGER on state road 46 wouldnt listen to what I had to say and hung up on me. Ive worked customer service my whole life and Ive never seen someone get so defensive when a customer asked questions. When I first started questioning the amount ART THE STORE MANAGER ran into his office and wouldnt come out and talk to me. Its sickening they wont make it right! Its out fault for trusting a rent a place I know, but youd think some people would have decency to be a good person.

Dont get me wrong, its a good place. HOWEVER, me and my wife found what we wanted, we checked out Penny told us we were set and we paid for it. Headed out, expected it to be there (tomorrow) the next day at 1:30. As I got a call the first time she said she needed another reference. I gave her my grandmas, which right now shes at regional hospital for her kidneys. I gave her my wifes moms and dads who are super busy but they were all good references. She called me right before maybe 1:17 and told me they canceled it, to come get our refundWent into the store, they didnt say a word to us, they simply gave us cash and didnt say a word. It honestly broke me to pieces because right before that I threw away my old furniture expecting the new kind and now I hate myself because I wish I couldve just put different references down. I will say Penny was super sweet but it sucked what it came down too because they did indeed lose 2 very well well loyal customers.
