They took great care of my car, had a very reasonable price, very quick to get the car fixed, and very polite on the phone. This was a very positive experience with no negatives whatsoever! Will definitely come back again!

Our family has been using Switzer for almosr 16 years! EVEN now that we moved to florida. We still bring big problems to Switzers. As far as fair pricing Larry will send me home to do some repairs myself. As he does not want us to pay him to do things i can do and the things i cant do he is priced WAY fair. If it is time sensitive he will knock it out the park real fast.

Very honest which I liked. The gentleman I spoke with seemed trustworthy which is also a plus. They couldnt help me with my situation but I would definitely recommend them for repair and maintenance.

Great Place to take your vehicle for service. I had body work done. The price was competitive but more important was that I had confidence and TRUST in what they told me.I am a first time customer. The told me what the price was and what had to be done. They gave me a time to bring in car. Then, the car was ready when promised.One more thing, there was a minor issue with the paint finish. I told them, I would like it corrected about 3 weeks after I picked up the car. There was no issue, no confusion, and no complaints about me getting them to fix the minor cosmetic issue to my satisfaction.GREAT service. They done a 36 point inspection, completely missing my front breaks were metal to metal.Back break pads was very thin. Soon after my visit had a fuel pump stem leak. The damage was very strange and recent, can not prove but will not go back.

When she had car trouble I was very worried about finding a repair shop that wouldnt take advantage of us or her. I had my back break lines burst, both of them.Problem was they were ran over my gas tank, everyone else wanted an arm and a leg to fix it. Switzers had it fixed quick and for a very reasonable price. If I have any auto issues I can not take care of myself I will 100% be giving these nice people a call.

I brought my vehicle to Switzer after I had hit a deer. I received a quote for the body work immediately, and compared the estimate with my shop back home. The pricing was the same as my preferred mechanic back home, so I knew that they were not trying to overcharge. I then started to have some engine problems, I had them check the engine problem and contact me while I was out of the state. They compiled an estimate for my engine work and then I told them to go ahead and start on the body work as well. My truck was completely fixed in the estimated time, they managed to fix it for LESS than the estimate, and Chris was texting and calling me to keep me updated. Great family owned operation that works fast and honest and communicates extremely well. I will likely never go to any other mechanic in the area. TLDR: Great communication, great pricing, great work, and great people.

Took my car to Switzers to have my timing chain replaced. Owner listen to the engine and new that was the problem. Told me he had a lot of work and it would be about a week before he could get to it also gave me kind of a ballpark estimate of cost. Six business days later I recieved the call that it was done and the the cost was really close to what he indicated. It was a good experience and the people there were very nice. I dont know a lot about cars but I know I would recommend this business to anyone who needed repairs by the way they treated me

After reading great reviews, I took my truck in for a new door and fender. They kept the truck 2 days longer (not that it was a bug deal). I picked my truck up in middle of a down poor. The next morning I noticed, my seals, scratches and imperfections in the new paint, stickers were painted over, bolts not tighten. I went back in, the owner went beyond and above making things right. However the job once again was half assed. Missing hardware, bolts used as spacers, door wont shut properly. I can see day light through the seals, door wiggles badly as air comes through. I noticed they used a washer as a spacer to try and fit the door up. I do believe Larry the owner is a good and honest man, but the shortcuts his workers are taking, is unacceptable.

There are too many words to write about the wonderful customer service Switzer Auto provides. They are also very honest in telling you what needs to be fixed.

GO TO DONS SERVICE CENTER AND HERES WHY:Switzer overcharged me for a head light connector. The guy said it took him an hour just to take my car apart on top of replacing the connector. I took it apart the day before and it took me a solid 10 minutes. I digress.They got mad that I called them out on their bs & liars and said they were overcharging. So the owner said take it apart and send his ass own his way. Lol ok.(THIS IS THE BEST PART)The guy goes to the car and proceeds to take the new connector out and put my fried one back in. It took him 15 mins to take the car apart, take out the connector, put mine back in, and put the car back together.Im no car expert but dont overcharge for labor you didnt do. And for a $10 part.Go to this place at your own risk. They will try to overcharge you for easy fixes and pretend they are working while sitting around with their heads up their butts.Id recommend Dons service Center very honest and fair.
