Quick and easy oil change and rotation on my 2010 Ford fusion. Will definitely come back again! They had snacks and drinks offered in the waiting lobby to keep you occupied amongst many other things. Took less than an hour.

Dorsett Nissan has the best customer service! Records are pulled up from previous visits, and service is recommended, and suggested, not forced. Status of work in progress is shared frequently through text or email. A ride to a nearby location is provided for longer waits. The car is always cleaner, inside and out, following service. I highly recommend Dorsett.

My bill was $120 that resulted in nothing. The seat belt still doesn’t work and I would of been better off doing the work myself. This wasn’t what I expected from the dealership

I came in needing a new car as the one I was driving was 14 years old and the engine was on its last leg. Scott McCall helped me out first by showing me what I wanted and listened to my concerns and how much I wanted in a monthly payment. I met Scott a second day to look at the vehicle I was set on and he was honest about its condition. He then told me he had a better vehicle the I would be able to get cheaper payments on. Scott was honest and had my best interest in mind and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable about buying a new vehicle. I walked in the dealership wanting a 2016 Jeep Wrangler with 135,000 miles on it, however I left with a 2021 Nissan Sentra with 16 miles on it. I love my new car.

Beware getting a oil change and tire rotation. They charged $94 for one visit! My first visit to them I got the $165 package for three oil changes and rotates, including alignment check. Out of the first three oil changes the adjusted tire pressure once.I was a former technician in a Chevy dealership. I could do a oil change and rotate in around 15-20 minutes. Just to put it in perspective even running Mobil 1 I never seen a $94 bill.

He helped us find the right car for us and even did well with my 8 year old niece who tagged along. We picked up our vehicle, the sales staff was phenomenal, so courteous! Ernie Engle even took the time to go over all the features with us on the vehicle, & he even helped us set up the apps. So far I love my Rouge!! but I feel like everything has been a complete fiasco. Day of my test drive, had a flat, to which the salesman drove it flat to the garage to fill it up for the drive. I expressed at that time I did not feel confident with driving on that tire after it was filled. I purchased the car after the salesman explained that the tire issue would be taken care of. I explained to him that I would be moving from ohio to Indiana at the end of the month, and he stated that they would call me when my title was ready to be picked up. I left Dorsett with confidence that I made a solid investment. The next morning i go out to my new rouge to head out of state and I have a flat tire!!! Whaaaatt? I call Dorsett the moment they opened to let them know what happened. They thankfully sent out a tow truck to get my vehicle and take it back to the shop at Dorsett to diagnose the tire issue. 4 hours later I call to check in, as I still need to head out of state. Dorsett does not have my vehicle and cant tell me where it is. Whaaaattt again????? I receive a call back explaining that the tow company is extremely busy that day and still have my vehicle. It finally gets dropped off and they decide after looking at the tire that it has gotten a nail in it and it has punctured the tire and they are making a repair to the tire. My vehicle gets delivered back to me and I head out on my 200 mile drive. Today, almost a month later I call the dealership i regards to my title. It was fed exed to an address I no longer live at, which is completely different than the address I wrote on my paperwork. I am very frustrated at this point. Once you get a cash sale, it is not your problem any longer? Customer service is always your problem, where is my customer satisfaction?Thwarted Rouge

I had to have a surprise repair along with my brakes and the typical oil change and tires rotated. Everything only took a few hours to do and it drives just as good as the first day I got my Pathfinder. Eric helped me from start to finish and everything was resolved with ease.
