Well, up to this point I trusted Fuson service, but now have my doubts. I requested them to rotate my tires as well as oil change. Service advisor, Joe, told me my truck was ready. I paid and on leaving I looked at my wheels and noticed the brake dust on the front, so I wondered if they even rotated the tires? After arriving home, I looked over the papers and the tech had written, pass front and drivers rear, bad tires, no rotate. They dealer charged $10.00 to rotate. I called and Joe made several excuses and refunded my 10 bucks. I took my truck to Sullivan Tire Mart Wednesday morning. This is where I purchased the tires. Also, they only have 25,000 miles on them! Kevin, the owner and I looked the tires over and did not see and issues. They rotated and balance my tires for me. Makes me wonder? did they even change my oil???*** In reply to the response from the owner, The issue is NOT communications, it is stating I had bad tires when that was not the case, tires were fine. Its all about customer trust!
The technicians did a synthetic oil change, inspection, and tire rotation on my Hyundai for $54.08. What a great price! The waiting room is comfortable, theres a table with a computer, and free bottled water and coffee. All of the people that spoke to me who worked for Fuson were professional and friendly. It took a little over an hour, but I was doing work from home stuff. I still need some more service done, but I will definitely be seeing them again! They also left this nice little note in my car.
I dealt with Spencer from Fuson. He was genuine, energetic, and worked with us to get us in a new car before our trip. Everyone there was upbeat and polite. They definitely need some recognition.
Received excellent service when I brought my car into Fuson for an oil change. I had been to a local oil change shop for years due to their quick service but decided to try something new since Fuson was advertising for half the cost. My car was vacuumed out and I got into a complimentary water! Between the small gestures and kind, attentive staff I couldnt have been happier with my decision.

I have never been anywhere where they promise real mechanics to look at your vehicle, but cant find the problem! Literally cant find the problem !!! how many Mechanics are working there actually??? But was still charged the service fee! And the receptionist was so, so rude! I have never had a more deplorable service! Just terrible! I would not suggest Fusion to anyone I know!

This is the second time that my wife has taken our car to have the oil changed. We were promised four free oil changes for up to a year. Both times she has made it very clear that she wants just an oil change. This time was far worse than the first time. She said on the phone when scheduling and at the desk with checking in that she only wanted an oil change and for nothing else to be done. 20 minutes later the tech comes walking up to her and telling her that the wipers that are only three months old need replaced and that the cabin filter needs replaced, which it does. This was found because they did the inspection that she very clearly told them twice not to do. Then they tried to rotate the tires that are also only three months old. She told the tech to put it’s all back and change the oil and that she did not want an inspection done. Another 40 minutes pass until they have the car done. With an $80+ bill with a charge for the inspection that she said multiple times that she did not want and a charge for the oil change. They did remove the cost of the inspection after some push back, but still tried to charge for the oil change. They brought in the service manager and the the salesman that sold us that car. The same salesman that called my wife at work when we were still working out the financial situation. He then preceded to say that he has no memory of selling us this car in January of this year and that he doesn’t remember tell us anything about oil changes. After some more push back they removed all charges and she was on her way after well over an hour. The worst part is that she feels that she was singled out for being a young woman in her own in this environment. The tech only backed off about the other issues once she told him that her husband has already done the wipers and is doing the cabin filter. I am not accusing anyone of anything, this is just how to situation made her feel. I was less than impressed and frankly disappointed in the fact that this happened and was not a one time fluke incident.
I came into the car shopping process unsure of what to expect. The team at Fuson Automotive sent all my worries out the window with their professionalism and expertise. A HUGE S/O to Dillon Furry, the finance manager, for walking me through the paperwork and answering any question I had! Hats off to him for landing that gorgeous bride I saw pictures of in his office too
I recently took my vehicle to Terre Haute Chevrolet for service, they didnt record my warranty information and left for the day without telling me my vehicle was completed. Fuson processed the warranty service again and checked to see if I received my first visit free from Buick. They got my warranty information submitted and had fantastic customer service!
It would be nice if someone different then the person that changes the oil pulls your car out. That way there’s not oil on the inside of your car when you get in it. This is a very big deal to me.
Garrett was great to work with. He didnt pressure us and showed us all of the options that our new Cadillac had. We love our new XT4!

I had the best experience with this dealership!! We were buying a car for our daughter as a surprise. We hadnt found anything at the few dealerships before this one. Not to mention the few before this one were just very rude and acted like they didnt want to sell a car. Everyone at Fuson was extremely nice and smiling and willing to help. Now by this point we were on a time limit, due to us wanting to surprise her that day after school! Everyone pitched in and helped our sales rep out, they even helped us find a bow to put on her vehicle!!! Not once did I feel pressured or that they were just trying to make a sale! They made us feel like family. I honestly think they were more excited about surprising our daughter than we were. Quick service. Nice customer waiting area. I had been thinking about calling and setting up an appointment for quite a while but with the holidays and my work schedule, I just never got around to doing it. Fusons called me and Im glad. I knew my oil service needed to be done. Who knows how long it would have been before I actually got around to making the call.

Making the service appointment was easy. When I got to the dealership, the Service Advisor had all of my information and knew what needed to be done to my car. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price.
Carl was very helpful,took care of all the details....done quickly and really had no hassles...took a little bit longer than I expected to get the parts but not really a big issue.

I had several items on my list of things to check for the car. The service man was very helpful in addressing all the issues. I was pleased with the explanation about the outside temperature register on my in dash screen. I have owned the car for 3 years and did not understand how the temperature is registered as it relates to the timing.

Oil change and replace aFront parking light bulb. Was told that light was working in the shop. At check out both park lights were out. I was told that I would have to have a $125.00 test that would take 45 minutes. I was already there 1hr 15min. The fact of the matter is that they didnt want to be bothered to replace bulb. Because if theyve replace the bulb and there was a problem, it would have been more believable.
Got an oil change and my tires rotated. Very friendly and gave me information on what i might need in the future but were not pushy at all. Everything in about an hour which is fine for such great service. Recommend over any 15 minute oil change for sure!
Our 2005 Chevrolet Uplander was experiencing brake issues. Our Service Representative, Carl Cottrell, was able to have the Service Department replace both front disc brake pads and rotors. In addition, Fuson was able to diagnose imminent failure of both the left and right front stabilizers, which we agreed also required replacement. The Service Department at Fuson Buick GMC is very reputable and we will continue to have our vehicles serviced at this location.

You damaged my truck. Then denied it was done by your people. I will never shop or use your dealership again. Sad too I thought I finally had a dealership in Terre Haute I could trust turns out youre just as crooked as the rest. Wouldnt show me the camera footage and didnt have footage of their parking area. There was not dirt over the scratches. Then the manager rubbs his hand over the area to erase in evidence.
My husband Monte Wenzel and I havent bought a car for 14 years . We seen a car on your lot and talked to a salesman Randall Kline employed by Fusion Automotive. We went ahead and bought the car because we liked it but your salesman wasnt very cordial and was rude when we stopped by after washing it we noticed a small chip in the windshield. He said to my husband we bought the car too cheap and he wasnt going to do anything to help us with the chipped windshield. I have known the Harvey Froderman, and Eston Fusion both and they wouldnt have a salesman on their lot like him because they want a good name in the community. Monte Wenzel

The paperwork I received indicated tire pressure had been set to 35lbs., front and rear. Recommended pressure for my truck is 60 front, 70 rear. When I checked the pressure they all were around 60.

It really turned out to be a great afternoon doing something that I do not enjoy. The staff was aware of my feelings on getting rid of my truck and getting into a new vehicle. The spent the time with me to let me come to grips with the change. We really liked how we were approached, and the staff was not too aggressive with their initial contacts. It is extremely valuable to my family that we have the space to look around and not have the feeling of being pressured. Once the sale process began, there was a huge component of teamwork to get the job done. I really respect people to have the confidence to ask other people questions and not present themselves as experts when they are not. Our young son really enjoyed all of the staff. He smiled and and laughed and played with them, and they were very warm and inviting. For a Saturday afternoon that I did not want to do, I could not think of a way the car buying experience could have been better. Keep up the great work. My wife has already said that when it is her turn for a new car, you guys will be our first stop. We never thought someone would knock Chevy of the pedestal that we put them on for so many years, but we are sure glad that you did.

I have had ongoing issues with a new car that I bought here, including finding out the factory never installed the rear speakers. Fuson has been fantastic in helping me navigate the repairs and ensuring the warranty coverage paid for it.They were understanding and worked hard to ensure everything came out okay. I never had to miss any work or take time as they were always willing to take me where I needed to go while the vehicle was in their shop.I would recommend them to anyone for their service and caring alone, let alone for their vehicles and pricing.Five stars all the way!

Everything was great except the guys at the desks had masks over their mouths, but not their noses. All noses were open to infection.
Went in for service no one present. Went to sales area no help there either. Service manager was present upon return to that area. Was interested in a quote for a new truck while I was waiting. Went to the sales area 5 times and could not find anyone that had time or interest in selling a vehicle. I can say they are out of the running to sell me a vehicle in the future.
